Provavelmente um dos melhores locais para passar alguns dias em pleno relaxamento. A localização é fantástica, o restaurante tem uma vista invejável para a serra. Todos os funcionários são de extrema simpatia e prontos a responder a qualquer dúvida. Recomendo!

This hotel is for relaxation purposes but it was on our way to our destination so we only stayed overnight I would have loved to use their services. The hotel was kind of cool, different from your normal hotel, it has modern architecture with a cool hip vibe. The room was clean and comfortable and included a nice spa tub which I did use. They have a restaurant on the premises where we had a fabulous dinner and took a bottle of wine back to our room, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff were super nice and very accommodating. We would stay there again.

O hotel é lindo, o atendimento muito profissional. Os quartos providenciam um ambiente acolhedor e relaxante, muito bem decorados.
Já visitamos este hotel algumas vezes e sempre fomos bem recebidos. O único senão é que a água da piscina estava um pouco fria, a piscina de agua quente é a atração do hotel e devido a este destaque devia merecer mais cuidados e manutenção.

Hotel muito bonito com espaços comuns amplos e agradáveis. Quarto grande minimalista. Ar condicionado não exerce o seu trabalho, pelo que tivemos muito frio. Tem uma prateleira por cima do lavatório que interfere com a abertura da torneira por estarem muito próximas. O tubo do chuveiro é tão pequeno que não permite pendurar o chuveiro no suporte. Bom pequeno almoço. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Bem localizado

A Cama podia ser mais confortável, as almofadas são muito altas e resguardo de plástico da cama faz com que seja pouco cómodo cada vez que uma pessoa se mexe. A casa de banho além de gel de banho e shampoo não tem mais ameneties. O pequeno almoço era bom. A piscina interior embora seja necessário fazer marcação estava cheia de famílias e crianças. A sauna não funcionava correctamente. O staff foi muito simpatico e sempre prestável mas o hotel de 4 estrelas e 180€/noite deixa um pouco a desejar em termos de comodidades.

Erg vriendelijk en alles netjes.
Je hoefde maar een kik te geven en hielpen je.
Elke dag de kamer netjes gepoetst en tussendoor bed verschoond. Fijn dat de auto onder in de garage geparkeerd kon worden.
Prima alles.
Ontbijt keurig verzorgd en nog ontbijt in een packet meegekregen omdat we al vroeg, 5.00 uur moesten vertrekken.
Geweldig hotel.

Je conseille cet hôtel pour la qualité de ses installations, notamment la piscine, le sauna et le hammam. La chambre était impeccable et très bien équipée. Cependant, le petit déjeuner pourrait offrir plus de variété, et la salle à manger manque de convivialité à cause de son éclairage trop intense, particulièrement inadapté pour le repas du soir.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, the very professional service, and the rooms provide a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, very well decorated.
We have visited this hotel a few times and always been welcomed, the only thing that was the water of the pool was a little cold, the hot water pool is the attraction of the hotel and because of this emphasis it should deserve more care and maintenance.

GGuest UserThe bed could be more comfortable, the coats are very high and the plastic guard makes it uncomfortable whenever a person moves. The bathroom, besides bath gel and shampoo, has no more ameneties. The breakfast was good. The indoor pool, although it was necessary to mark, was full of families and children. The staff was very friendly and always comfortable, but the 4-star hotel with 180€ per night leaves a little to desire in terms of comfort.
