Tempat yang luar biasa untuk menghabiskan percutian keluarga atau sebagai pasangan, ia mempunyai semua kemudahan yang dapat anda bayangkan termasuk gelongsor, gelanggang tenis, gimnasium, spa dan banyak lagi !! Tanpa keraguan, ini akan menjadi hotel pilihan saya setiap kali saya datang ke Acapulco. Makanannya juga sedap dan semuanya berkualiti seperti kopi dan perkhidmatannya.

Hotel en excelente ubicacion muy centrico, en cuanto a los alimentos son buenos y sirven suficiente, considero que el servicio del personal no es el mejor los meseros muy poco amables y un pèsimo servicio al cliente. Las instalaciones tienen muchos años y el mobiliaro del lugar no es muy agradable (necesita una renovacion de mobiliario urgente), los elevadores obsoletos tuve que esperar hasta 40 minutos para bajar sobre todo a la hora de check in.

El Hotel está estupendo , instalaciones, albercas, pero al no tener playa cada día nos desplazamos en su camioneta al Club de Palaya, es genial son 10m en camión y estás en la playa con todos los servicios del Hotel….pues no… ahí estuvo nuestro problema los meseros del club de playa no nos hicieron caso, por 4 veces mi esposo se tuvo que parar e ir hasta el bar y venir el cargando la comida y la bebida, les llamamos hasta en más de 6 veces , decían si si y nunca llegó nadie a tomar nuestra orden.
La habitación genial y su servicio de Valet Parking en cambio decían lo mejor que he visto, eficientes, amables,
En fin hubo de todo en este hotel buró y malo, pero obvio la atención en la playa es un básico en vacaciones y no estuvo a la altura

A pesar de que ya pasó dos años del huracán Otis aún está en reparación algunas áreas, baños. En general muy bien, el personal amable, puede mejorar mucho más. La comida está buena y las albercas que si funcionan bien.

Es un hotel que si bien está un poco alejado de todo, es perfecto para tener momentos de tranquilidad y paz no hay ruido todo muy limpio la gente amable y se compensa con los lugares a los que tienes acceso, yo sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

Con la reciente remodelación está muy bien, lo único malo es un se cobra el estacionamiento como adicional y no es dentro del hotel, es en unas instalaciones adicionales que aún está en remodelación

十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店后翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閒遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一個中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更贊的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！
要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

El hotel está remodelado y todos los trabajadores dan un excelente servicio.
En temporada alta deben hacer mayor énfasis a que los huéspedes sigan las reglas.
Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen.
En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.

LLegalEagleAlthough Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy.
The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner.
All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship.
Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups.
Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style.
It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

LLucas AguirreHotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

CChavezIncredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, an old hotel worthy of recognition! Alpurco’s tourist attractions in the 1960s were already unfamiliar to foreigners. After booking a hotel, I felt even more uneasy after reading online reviews. I insisted on visiting based on my impressions from more than 50 years ago. I was really worried that I had chosen the wrong place and hotel! We have been here for thirteen days and have not seen a single Chinese! The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! So we want to give HS Hotel a big thumbs up! What a solid old but very nice hotel!
One thing to mention: the balcony door of 2511 needs to be repaired.

GGuest UserThe hotel is great , facilities, hostels, but as we don't have beach every day we move on your truck to the Palaya Club, it's great are 10m in truck and you are on the beach with all the services of the Hotel.....for not... there was our problem The beach club shoppers did not listen to us, for 4 times my husband had to stop and go to the bar and come loading food and drink, we called them up to more than 6 times , they said if yes and never arrived anyone to take our order.
The great room and its service at Valet Parking in return said the best I've seen, efficient, friendly,
Finally there was everything in this hotel buried and bad, but obvious attention on the beach is a basic in holidays and was not at the height
