Environment: Located in the city center, near the bus station, it's a bit nerve-wracking at night with many people loitering around asking for money. It's safe during the day.
Facilities: Somewhat old.
Cleanliness: Overall acceptable.
Service: The front desk staff speaks excellent English. Breakfast is decent, and the service is quite good. One of the recommended taxis was good, but the other driver demanded a higher price and used deceptive tactics to extort money. Very dishonest. See the last picture; be extremely careful and avoid this scam.
The view from the sixth-floor sky lounge is excellent. Drinking water is available in the lobby. There are armed security guards at the entrance.

Breakfast, the restaurant environment is very good, the price is also suitable, there is a swimming pool, the roof can be seen invincible river view, positive! No extra bed available. The Torarica Resort is a very good hotel. The property is very expansive close to a beautiful river, and it also adjourn the Royal Torarica hotel. The staff are very friendly, they know their stuff, very professional and always wear smiles on their faces. The food in thd hotel is very hood and the portions are on the very large sizes.
The only downside is the booming music coming from one or two specific bars and lounges directly opposite the hotel. The noise kept us awake most of the nights, with thunderous shakes of the windows. The hotel management must engage the government to either move the clubs or limit their unnecessarily loud music to the daytime.
