The hotel has a very good location and it was easy to get around the city. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The room was decent, but the cleanliness and facilities were quite average and could be improved. Overall, it was a reasonable stay for the price and suitable for a short trip.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. ГЛАВНЫЙ МИНУС -шум до 12 ночи. Были уставшими, хотелось отдыха, но пришлось ждать, пока стихнет музыка и танцы с ресторанов под окном. Имейте это ввиду. Заселились на 1 день. Крутое месторасположение, рядом достопримечательности и море, правда, удобно. Базар тоже рядом. Также удивило, что можно было воспользоваться бассейном. Вкусный завтрак, большой выбор еды был.

Had to change 2x the room.....besides my last room the whole 2nd floor was under construction. Even after midnight they were working. The laundry service is too expensive. They charged me €10 for a small plastic bag of cloths.

The hotel is situated in a central location close to the tram line and bus stops. Lara beach is just a bus journey away and Mark Antalya Shopping centre provides lots of inexpensive food options at a large food court on its top floor. The hotel staff including Omer at reception were lovely and very helpful and answered all of our questions during our stay. Breakfast is filling and delicious. The only downside was that the entertainment system was outdated with an older tv in each room with limited channels available.

Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Местоположение хорошее, но такси не сможет подъехать к отелу, придётся метров 70-100 нести сумки/чемоданы. До достопримечательностей пару минут. Сам отель хорош за свою цену. Подойдёт на 1-2 ночи. Комната, душ, постель чистые

This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach. The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best hotel ever in istanbul you feel like you are at home very clean wonderful stuff very much welcoming with big smile and the don't mind of you check on early and the answer all your questions and the hotel location city center amazing 1 minutes walking and 1 minutes walking to old town so it's amazing we will be back for sure 100/100 to me and my family it's 5 star 🌟 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 🌟

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Удобные кровати. Хорошие кондиционеры. Все исправно и в нормальном состоянии.Скромный завтрак.
