Hotel Dengan breakfast di Antalya Province, Türkiye

The hotel is situated in a central location close to the tram line and bus stops. Lara beach is just a bus journey away and Mark Antalya Shopping centre provides lots of inexpensive food options at a large food court on its top floor. The hotel staff including Omer at reception were lovely and very helpful and answered all of our questions during our stay. Breakfast is filling and delicious. The only downside was that the entertainment system was outdated with an older tv in each room with limited channels available.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. Hotel dan kakitangan perkhidmatan adalah luar biasa. Saya sedih kerana saya baru menempah hotel ini untuk satu hari daripada perjalanan 4 hari saya, jika saya tahu lebih awal, saya akan menempahnya untuk keseluruhan perjalanan saya. Jalan-jalan di lokasi ini adalah bahagian terbaik hotel ini, tiada lokasi yang menakjubkan di bahagian lain Antalya. Semuanya berdekatan, termasuk 5 minit berjalan kaki ke pantai Mermerli, 7 minit dari Hadrian's Gate, bazar lama berjarak 5 minit, Menara Jam sejauh 15 minit. Terdapat kolam renang di hotel, bersama-sama dengan sarapan percuma. Pergi untuk itu!!!

Located right in front of Mark Antalya Mall and just next to Muratpaşa train station , the train from Airport drop you next to the hotel. Multi story hotel got elevator, Wi-Fi is fast and consistent. Emre and Ayub at the reception are very helpful, and the guy manages breakfast is always try to arrange the healthy and delicious breakfast. The room and bathroom are spacious but the walls are really thin , even if your neighbor talks or uses bathroom, you can hear sometimes. I will definitely stay there again, because the cons I mentioned are almost every hotel, but the pros are not in all the hotel.

The hotel has a very good location and it was easy to get around the city. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The room was decent, but the cleanliness and facilities were quite average and could be improved. Overall, it was a reasonable stay for the price and suitable for a short trip.

Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

Had to change 2x the room.....besides my last room the whole 2nd floor was under construction. Even after midnight they were working. The laundry service is too expensive. They charged me €10 for a small plastic bag of cloths.

Местоположение хорошее, но такси не сможет подъехать к отелу, придётся метров 70-100 нести сумки/чемоданы. До достопримечательностей пару минут. Сам отель хорош за свою цену. Подойдёт на 1-2 ночи. Комната, душ, постель чистые

Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and room size were all excellent. It was conveniently located, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the space was comfortable. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not very attentive or helpful, which affected the overall experience. If the service were improved, this would be a great place to stay.
