Great location! Just a few minutes walk from the Napoli central train station. The hostel is super modern and clean. 6-bed room are spacious and with two bathrooms each room! The lobby and common area are also super spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend!

這次旅行非常滿意的酒店，位置一般但是酒店每天有幾趟班車去市中心。酒店也能幫忙以比較優惠的價格叫出租車。
房間就能看到火山！服務也非常好，難得真正有了星級體驗，早餐也很棒！已經推薦給好幾個朋友。不過對於晚上不方便出門想在酒店用餐的人來説，餐廳菜品的選擇略少。

Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes.

abbiamo prenotato tramite booking, eravamo già stati in questa struttura, ci siamo trovati bene, faccio i complimenti per la colazione , abbondante e di qualità, cinque stelle. Ma voglio consigliare i proprietari a pensare anche all'intrattenimento serale dei clienti dell'albergo, casomai un po' di musica sottofondo all'esterno lato divani, perchè essendo in periferia i clienti lo apprezzerebbero. poi seconda annotazione voglio consigliare i proprietari a pensare di ridurre il prezzo del menu sia a pranzo che a cena dato che si favorisce solamente la trattoria il faro perchè nettamente più economico.

Hôtel très propre ! Personnel accueillant , service de qualité ! Piscine et bassin thermal très propres et bien entretenus!
Très bon emplacement pour se promener dans la ville de Porto Ischia et visiter l’île.
Les meubles des chambres sont un feu défraîchis mais le matelas du lit très confortable. La douche de la salle de bain est très petite.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. Le service bar au bord de la piscine est très agréable.

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

GGuest UserHighly, highly recommend! This was by far the best and newest hotel I stayed in during my Italy trip, especially considering the price point. It just opened in 2025. When I booked it, I was a bit worried that having both hotel rooms and a hostel might be a bit chaotic, but that wasn't the case at all! The hotel lobby is bright and modern, and the whole place is super clean. My hotel room even had a balcony on a separate floor. The staff even left a welcome card, which was a lovely surprise! Plus, the hotel provides complimentary bottled water.

YYuyangkoleosThe hotel is located on a hillside not far from Sorrento. The staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast is plentiful, and the restaurant boasts a beautiful sea view. There is free parking in front of the hotel, but spaces are limited. In addition, there is a paid parking lot within the hotel and valet parking available from hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and clean; the only drawback is poor soundproofing, which may be a minor issue for those who enjoy sleeping.

AAik55jCould have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay!
Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0.
NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures.
The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0.
From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too.
There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too.
I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

BBichonloverAn expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. And even the breakfast included was superb and tasty. The most important is the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone who will travel to Naples, especially first timer travelers or family travelers who look for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable.

LlymaWonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm.
The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful.
Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries.
Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the top of the mountain with beautiful views. There is a shuttle bus to the city every hour, and there is also a shuttle bus back. The hotel rooms are large, and the views of the sea view rooms and the public areas of the hotel are very good. Mount Vesuvius is opposite. Highly recommended
