The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

Words can’t describe how amazing our experience was with hotel Mary. Vico Equense is the most beautiful place, and only 10 min train ride to Sorrento. If you’re looking for accommodation I would highly recommend staying here! The views from the hotel were amazing, clean and tidy rooms, infinitely pool stunning, huge breakfast served each day, and to top if off a private beach club all included in the price…. Like what?! Truly worth the money and would come back here in a heart beat. Staff were super friendly and recommended great restaurants. All round one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to return.

The location is great, right next to Napoli Centrale, the ferries and most points of interest are an easy walk away, the service is perfect, an older type of hotel, which is the best option in Italy in my opinion. Would stay again without a doubt.

I really liked the Piazza Garibaldi location. I got off the train from Rome at night and was able to walk to this hotel in under 5 minutes. Woke up in the morning, got a coffee and a croissant from Via G Pica a block over, then spent my day walking down Via dei Tribunali. It's about a mile down that road to get to Museo Archeologico Nazionale, but along the way checked out Pio Monte della Misericordia (with its famous Caravaggio masterpiece Le sette opere di Misericordia), the Duomo, Cappella Sansevero, and took one of the archeological tours. Then came back and had dinner at one of the many lively restaurants that line the street along the Piazza. You won't find this place in any tour book, but the accommodations were a good value for the price and a nice strong air conditioner kept me pretty comfortable during the hot summer nights.

What a great hotel in a fantastic location with just jaw dropping views. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were a little worried when we arrived at how far out we were from Sorrento and other surrounding areas but actually this was a blessing being so isolated in a heavily populated part of Italy. The transfers from the hotel to the train station was fast & cheap and the train was easy to navigate and also very cheap. The private beach was lovely and much bigger than expected. We were worried about food at the restraunt as i saw some bad reviews but both the lunch and dinner was great with fantastic views to match . Our room was really big and easily accommodated all 3 of us. I'd love to return back to this hotel in the future.

Pros: - Ok room - Clean - Not much noise from the streets (might depend on room location though) - Close to metro (＜5 min walk) Cons: - Staff not very friendly (appears to be a pervasive characteristic of the city) - Loud noises from hallway - Nearby area a bit shady

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. Room was clean and location was excellent (just next to Centrale train station). Strongly recommend to all travelers planning to come Napoli!!!

I loved my stay here. Their biggest strength is by far their staff. I have read here that some people found them rude and obnoxious. That was NOT my experience at all. For me, they were helpful, kind and a good laugh. For a woman travelling on her own, that is honestly such as blessing. The social spaces were lovely, vibrant and welcoming. There were always people there, but until midnight or so, never over crowded or felt like your were suffocating. Past that point, it was party time! They also had a roof terrace, which was a nice touch. I loved the key app, which gave you access to the entire building and room via your phone. It was super efficient and safe. You also didn’t need to worry about carrying around a key with you (or losing it!) The place was always clean - and I had no complaints about the showers. Never had to queue. Granted there was no hot water on 2/3 days but it was 35 degrees outside so didn’t mind too much. One thing that I would change is the beds. They were too small (I, at 5ft 7in/172cm was too tall) and they would creek and shake throughout the night. Overall though, would go back.

Such a good hotel to stay in Napoli. The room was perfect, super comfortable, well equipped and perfectly clean. The breakfast is very good for the Italian standards and the front desk is always eager to help. Very recommended!

The hotel was nice just missing complementary water. Some thing that I have been receiving in all the hotels that I have stayed in Italy that are four stars. I also think the breakfast is not that great and is not worth getting. there’s plenty of good places around the hotel to enjoy a nicer breakfast. 

Ottimo soggiorno, con parcheggio gratuito, piscina e una piccola palestra, personale cortese, istruito e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! Consiglio a tutti.

Very pleasantly surprised! A great size bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea! What more can you ask for? Very very good value. The man at the desk was very kind. Cleanliness was good on face value but it needs a deep clean - quite dusty in high places and the mini bar was disgusting! Throw that fridge away! We didn’t have breakfast included so didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. It is quite run down - if they can they should invest into it - repaint it in places and replace some of the equipment and they could charge a lot more. Advice to guests - take earplugs as it’s loud outside at night and it’s hard to find as there are no signs! But it’s the big white building above amalfi terminal with 2 amalfi flags on it. To access you need to go the main square and then the steps up by the bank on the left (opposite the church) I’d recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of attractive, inviting public areas. Our room was lovely, spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The large bed was very comfortable. It was well-serviced and clean. There was plenty of room in the wardrobe, but only 1 drawer each. The bathroom was nice with a good shower over the bath. We could hear the conversations of people in adjacent rooms and also on the corridor, but other guests were not noisy and did not keep late hours. The dining room was large, pleasant and relaxing. It was well run by the very professional maitre d' and his team. Breakfast was excellent with a full range of cooked food which we found delicious and hot. There was also an amazing range of food for continental breakfast. We particularly liked the jugs of coffee and hot milk, which could be refilled on request. At dinner, there were 3 courses, with a choice of 3 dishes for each. All of these were appetising and we had trouble choosing which ones to have. We enjoyed all the dishes we were served. We didn't need to use reception much, but most of the people we spoke to there were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is conveniently situated about a five minute walk to the beach, promenade and ferry port in Minori, which is a lovely, small town with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. You can easily see it all in half a day and we would recommend taking lots of trips to see the beautiful surrounding area. Ravello was our favourite, with an outstanding villa to visit, very calm and relaxing. The roads are narrow, winding and busy. We don't recommend driving! We were there for a week and the high standards never varied during the whole of that time.

Salve mi è stata data una camera vista sul porto commerciale di Salerno malgrado la camera era vista parziale sul mare , quindi una delusione poi il servizio spiaggia deve migliorare molto fanno entrare anche persona che non alloggiano in albergo quindi c’è di tutto di più per non parlare del personale di spiaggia che fanno un ****** tutto il giorno per vendere i lettini non danno il tempo neanche che il cliente si alza dal lettino che lo rivendo ad un altro che arriva . Il servizio bar una cassa e la fila sotto il sole ad aspettare senza avere cura del cliente non ci ritornerò più in questa struttura

Das hotel ist an perfekter Lage mit super Panorama über den Hafen von Salerno und Küste. Leider war der Spa geschlossen, saisonbedingt! Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, im superior Zimmer hatte es sogar zwei Nasszelle, eine mit Dusche das zweite mit Badewanne…… Woll verstanden beide mit Toilette…..

Struttura nuova, pulitissima ed ubicata in posizione strategica a due passi dallo svincolo autostradale con presenza di Strutture Commerciali e l'Ikea. Strategico punto di appoggio per gli imbarchi per la Costiera Amalfitana presso il Porto di Salerno. Personale splendido che ti fa sentire a casa. Ristorante e Colazione eccellenti. Sarà un punto fermo dei miei soggiorni in zona. Struttura dotata di comodissimo parcheggio interno

We had only one day in Maiori, but this hotel was amazing! Their breakfast is really filling, and the woman and the man helping there were soo nice! The man even dropped all the water bottles he was carrying to literally carry my suitcase down. He also made my family coffee, and the location is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach and ferry dock. There were also good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good and comforting stay. ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️

Nulla da dire. Ottimo in tutto e per tutto. A differenza di altri hotel da 4/5 stelle è il piu economico anche essendo un 4 stelle super ci ritorneremo sicuramente

The hotel was nice. We stayed in the new hotel. We could not adjust the temperature as it was set by the hotel. The sulfur smell from the thermal pools was strong. Enjoyed the sheet passing by the hotel every day at 5 pm.

Holiday Inn met our needs for a conveniently located, affordable, and clean hotel. However, we were absolutely delighted by our interactions with the hotel team. Tired from our travels, we were impressed with the sincere welcome at the front desk followed by great service with a dash of humor from the bartender. This high standard of service continued at the restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty relaxing meal. The next day we continued to be impressed by the sincerity and positive attitude we experienced in our everyday interactions with staff. It has been a long time since we have encounter such consistently good service from an entire hotel team. We felt like honored guests rather than visitors just passing through. It takes careful hiring, training, and nurturing to create and sustain this type of service-centric environment. Congratulations! And Thank You!
