Stayed here for seven days, overall good clean, the service is not the best, breakfast is relatively simple. More than a thousand nights in the hotel, if you can eat a very rich breakfast in China, but here, eat the same simple breakfast for seven consecutive days, a bit unbearable.

This type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which takes ten minutes to get there, which is very convenient. Although the breakfast is small, it is also exquisite. The facilities are not very new but clean, and it is worth recommending.

It’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.

This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Well located, close to the airport and nearby restaurants. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds..very comfortable.Plenty of parking.

The moment I entered the hotel was so good, the room was pleasant and clean. The beds and all the furniture were so tidy and the room atmosphere was so good. Overall hotel All corners were good !! I will definitely use it again next time!

The location is very good, midtown, not far from all kinds of restaurants around. It is very close to Georgia Tech and there is a light rail station in the middle, which is very suitable for tourists who do not drive.

The Place was peaceful and clean and the Receptionist were nice ❤️

We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.
