There is a big gap between price and the quality or service. Internet access in the room requires an extra fee, and coffee availability is limited. Parts of the facility are quite old, and the fitness room is in poor condition. As a small consolation, breakfast could be included in the price to win guests’ hearts through their stomachs.

This is our favorite hotel! Always clean, kind staff, great beds and pillows, safe surroundings and perfect location.

Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was immaculate, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, from the complimentary breakfast to the well-equipped fitness center. The convenient location made exploring the area hassle-free. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Kakitangan yang ramah, bilik yang dikemas kini dengan tempat tidur yang selesa - tidak ada pepijat katil, bilik mandi tidak mengapa; keran wastafel sedikit terlalu lembap, tab mandi sedikit bernoda, tetapi secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya.

The hotel itself is in a very safe part of town and they have overnight security that drives the parking lot to make sure your vehicle is safe. I will say that the shower was not clean and had hair in it. Also, the sink was very clogged. I had to ask twice for them to come service it. By then, it was time to check out. Also, I requested extra towels with the front desk, in person, never got them. So I’ll say that the service is not the best. Otherwise, it’s safe and clean (outside of the shower and sink).

Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone.

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

Absolutely fantastic, like Disneyland for fishing and the outdoors. Amazing room, amazing staff!

Ia adalah hotel asas, menjurus kepada perjalanan perniagaan. Tiada tambahan- tiada pengemasan sepanjang penginapan anda, tiada bar. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai dispenser kertas tandas di bilik mandi jadi saya terpaksa pergi dan meminta segulung kertas di meja depan.

The bathroom stall still had strands of hair on the wall and floor which I assume belonged to the previous guests!! The bathroom wall glue used on the joints were yellow- brown and the bathroom surround was cream in color!! The glue applied could be seen oozing on where the back wall panel joins the 2 side wall panels!
