Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Не понравилось. В номере чисто, во дворе -нет, я бы лестницу помыла, стулья на веранде, где завтраки оставляют грязные пятна на одежде. Завтрак - обычный, нормальный, но и ничего особенного, покупная еда в основном. В номере была сломана стойка душа и не работал телевизор. При обращении к администратору было обещано отремонтировать, по факту - ничего, восточные сказки. Ещё неприятность с оплатой турналога, на сайте указана стоимость в сумах, а в отельчике 5 долларов с курсом в переводе в сумы - какой захотел администратор + НДС, который был оплачен при бронировании, это все копейки по сути, но по факту - бизнес по -восточному, причем ссылка, что тут не правильно подсчитано и бронь - это ничего не значит, как будто в Узбекистане турналог платят в долларах.

Sarhad Hotel is located rin the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore Bukhara on foot. Major cultural and heritage sites, including the Ark, are within walking distance, so there’s no need for transport. This is a family-run hotel, and the personal touch truly stands out. The owner makes the effort to greet guests daily, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. When we arrived past midnight, the owner was on standby to help us check in. We were hungry after the long journey, and they went out of their way to help us order food online — recommending a nearby pizza place, calling the store to check if it was still open, and placing the order for us. Special mention to Asilbek, who was very helpful and attentive, always greeting us and checking on us during breakfast. The team also assisted us with laundry at a very reasonable charge and helped arrange our airport transfer, making the stay hassle-free. The hotel itself is charming, with exquisite interiors that reflect traditional Bukhara style and give a homely feel. Our room was spacious, very clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was simple and adequate — nothing fancy, but perfectly fine if you don’t have high expectations. One small downside: the hotel is located along the road, so you may hear some traffic noise at night. That said, it wasn’t frequent and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a lovely hotel with genuine hospitality and heartfelt service. Highly recommended for those who value location and personal touch

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

Great hotel not far from downtown. Very easy to call yandex taxi to everywhere. Good swimming pool too. Saved out lives from heat of the Bukhara.

Super new and clean room, and it was really relaxing. As soon as I checked in the staff brought me a big fruit plate (yum), and I was also moved by how the staff were helping and understanding. The only concern is the smell of the doormat in the bathroom (probably), and I guess it’s coming from the fact that it is so new the smells hasn’t settled in. I put the smell diffuser in the bathroom and the problem was solved.

Отель очень аутентичный, состоит как бы из трех объединенных зданий с единым внутренним двориком. Место-идеальное!!! Самый центр, прямо рекомендую. Украшением и душой отеля является, безусловно Олим. Это прямо восторг!!! Лучший менеджер из тех кого я за многие годы путешествий видела. Завтрак очень неплохой, конечно не жарят при тебе омлет но творожок и яичница, самса и т д. примиряет… есть из чего выбрать. Вопросы в этом отели-номера. Они очень разные, интересно оформлены, но если Вы ищите тишины, комфорта и релакса-не сюда(( Слышимость, увы…(( Во всех номерах не очень чисто, подушки и белье страшно воняет дешевой отдушкой-ее точно надо выкинуть!!! Во всех номерах проблема с затемнением, невозможно закрыть шторы так, чтобы не пробивался свет. В жарком и ярком климате это минус. Отель в целом соответствует 3 звезды с плюсом. Олим -7 заезд. Переночевать на две ночи-ок. Друзьям порекомендую из-за местоположения и Олима!!!

Совершенно замечательный отель, оставивший совершенно замечательные воспоминания! Ляби Хауз отель находится в трёх шагах от Ляби Хауз в старом историческом городе Бухары. Тут узкие улочки меж теснящихся домов, чаще всего других отелей, и машины тут не ездят. Поэтому таксист оставил нас недалеко у края старого города, а дальше мы покатили наши чемоданы к отелю. По всей видимости, Ляби Хауз отель - это переделанное в отель бывшее медресе. Небольшую часть отеля занимает ресторан Айван, в котором, кажется, готовят преимущественно европейские блюда, но в обед можно попасть на бухарский плов, которого нет в меню. Расположение прямо рядом с туристическим центром - это несомненное преимущество отеля. Было очень удобно от него добираться пешим ходом до ближайших достопримечательностей, которых здесь в избытке. Мы также доходили пешком до парка Самонидов и до крепости Арк. Номер нам попался удобным, окна выходили на внутренний дворик, от которого можно было отгородиться шторами. wi-fi работал хорошо. Единственное в минусы я могу записать то, что вытяжка-вентилятор в санузле работала громко и включалась вместе со светом, а также то, что не было в санузле места, чтобы развесить два комплекта полотенец - не хватало крючков или чего-то ещё, где можно было разместить 4 полотенца. Но это мелочи. Нам очень понравилось пребывать и отдыхать в этом отеле, спасибо!

The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. This hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there. The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me. The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything
