The staff is amazing ❤️, the hotel is very clean and as well, the location is absolutely convenient, no need for uber to the airport, just 10 minutes walk inside the airport, however , there were no sleepers😩😩had to wear my sneakers after leaving a shower 🤣🤣 … no bottled water to drink as well😩was so thirsty at night… but i will definitely come back again ,it’s a beautiful hotel and safe as well.. I give it an 8/10 …. I highly recommend

A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

Perfect layover hotel, so close to terminal A, only about 8 minutes in the free shuttle they provided the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was really good, especially the springbok carpaccio! I’d recommend it to anyone needing to be near the airport.

This hotel is near airport and good for overnight stay to catch flights.You could get the shuttle at the bus station near the airport. The frequency is hourly. This hotel is near East Rand Mall. The counter staff told us that it is unsafe to walk across the street and advised us to take either Uber or hotel's van. If you are traveling in a group of 4 or more people, it is cheaper to get the hotel's van (80 rand one way) instead of Uber

Seamless/Efficient Check without a lot of admin, very clean and well put together room unfortunately even though it was a special assistance room that was available when I booked (I just needed to rest, so I didn't mind it at all). I wish the bathroom had it it's own mop though for the shower regardless since water spills literally everywhere due to it having no shower glass (assuming for wheelchair accessibility), but it's not a good sight when the water droplets are on the entire bathroom floor without any proper cleaning equipment. Also, wasn't impressed by the wifi/TV's internet browser, one couldn't watch YouTube seamlessly because the tabs kept crashing every 3minutes, ended up switching off the TV and using my phone. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

It was great to stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious than I expected. Especially, the breakfast was amazing. Had many options to take than I thought. Hot and cold foods and different kinds of cheese, breads, jams and even smoked salmon sashimi! Also, they have upgraded my room into king bed room. The room was clean and big enough. Amenities were soap, body lotion and 3 in 1 bodywash(+shampoo and conditioner). If you want to stay quiet room, I would recommend the 1st floor. The parking in the basement made me feel more safe. Definitely I'll recommend to others and will come back!

Onomo Hotel’s proximity to Nelson Mandela Square Mall is a stone throw away, you literally just cross the small road from the mall exit point straight into the hotel Their breakfast was good however there’s need to add on variety and vegetables!  The rooms are small but clean linen. The TV’s are not smart ones that in some rooms there’s no internet TV accessed. The bathrooms comes with a humid kinda odor that l think emanates from the pipes but they will be clean  WiFi connection was not as good had to have room changes done.  Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, morning shoes and  morning gown, they don’t offer all that!  Reception ladies were not as welcoming even upon enquiring! The concierge, waiters and housekeeping team were very hospitable!

It was my first time staying at Radisson and I must say I was impressed and my experience was amazing. Location is great and I like that it’s secure. The staff are really friendly. Traveled with my daughter and she was very happy. We definitely coming back.

We stayed for a week. It was a decent stay. It’s apartment style you can cook your own meals in your room and also there’s a restaurant you can eat and chill at

The room was very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel lobby and facilities were fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again. Emails were answered promptly, and the service from all staff was very friendly and outstanding. The bed was super comfortable and spotless, which made for a great night’s sleep. You can even check in super early for about $20, which I thought was a fair deal — I checked in 6 hours early. Highly recommend this hotel!
