"Struttura da rimodernare: nella stanza la poltrona era rotta, letto scomodo e vasca con doccia in cui era facile perdere l' equilibrio. La piscina è un abbeveratoio per colombi e pavimento dissestato che rende l' equilibrio precario in alcuni punti. Ottima la colazione e il personale che deve adeguarsi a direttive forse un po' discutibili. Consiglio un soggiorno solo se molto economico."

Very Good

Guest UserThe hotel is located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from Bari, Polignano and Monopoli. You have to move by car as it is located on the highway. In front of the hotel a breathtaking view with the sunset over the sea. Excellent service, everyone very kind. Excellent breakfast made on the terrace on the sixth floor with a view of the sea.

The bathroom had a broken toilet seat and cracked tiles.
For me, this was not suitable for a 4-star hotel.
Furthermore, there were dust spots in the room, indicating inadequate cleaning.

Hotel in the medieval historical building. The windows were in the yard. Sleep with open window, so noise from cleaners and other staff since the morning. Hours from 4 bells at the church beat every hour. Very colorful. Breakfast is great on the top floor, there is an open terrace. Parking is close to 10 euros a day, convenient. The room was with air conditioner, refrigerator and a small kitchen corner in the closet. The city of Conversano itself was a pleasant opening for us. Interesting historical centuries with maze of medieval streets and churches. In the evening beautiful lighting, lots of shops, restaurants, bars. Benefit location: close to Bari, Polynano-a-mare, Albertobello, etc.

Great

Guest UserThe rooms were clean and the breakfast, gym and pool were great. However, the reception could have been more attentive and welcoming. It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available.

Definitely a highlight of our 2 week Puglia family (of 4) trip. Regret we only stayed there for 2 nights - could have been longer so after 11 days of road trip we could just stay there and chill. We had all our meals at the hotel which were excellent (be it poolside or the bar). Breakfast (buffet+a la carte) was beautiful with a wide range of choices. We also went Go-Karting nearby which was another wonderful experience for our children. The hotel was simply beautiful and elegant. Its private beach club was also a huge bonus!!!

We loved the way they kept the authentic farm style masseria across the property. The sunset was spectacular around the pool and restaurants in the evening. We had two spacious deluxe suites, one with 2 stories and the other across one huge ground floor. They were styled like authentic farm workers lodges with the designer touches. The service was outstanding, and every single staff member helped with a smile. We loved our daily escapes to the amazing cliffs and beaches just down the road. Thank you.

paulrob200A very comfortable stay at the BellaVista. It lives up to its name with superb view of sea on both sides from the room, which was very spacious! Breakfast was a very basic continental one with limited options. Located 200m from the old town area with has Beach of Purity. Plenty of restaurants around making location perfect for a relaxing few days. Didnt check out the rooftop spa.
Photos are of castle which is directly opposite hotel and beach nearby.

Guest UserI liked everything, the hotel is worthy of its stars. A big plus is the transfer from the hotel, it is important to book it 24 hours in advance. The hotel is a 45-minute walk from the Basilica of St. Nicholas. Wonderful breakfasts, fresh fruits and berries.
