There was quite a queue upon check in, however the reception team was hard working and attentive to guests' needs even when dealing with more challenging guests. Special mention to Pritesh, who was very helpful and efficient in checking us in. The room was beautiful, dual aspect views, floor 35. Room spacious and clean. Hotel at the top of the strip, but still within walking distance.

This was my 5th time staying at Excalibur. This is one of the cheaper properties on the strip and gets a bad wrap - it’s great value, has everything you need for a stay in Vegas. The Deuce bus stops outside, so it’s in a great position. I used the pool, this was fab too! I recommend this hotel if you want a good value stay in Vegas.

Good location, however service for both checking in and check out is slow. There were no amenities in the room, no coffee, no hot water boiler, all is chargeable. You basically get a huge room with toilet and bed. No other facilities, which was quite a rip off for the price. The wall are thin as well, could hear the cleaners outside early in the morning and other guests.

Hotel was fantastic with stunning views! It’s the best view on the strip u can get. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return back again!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in Vegas for 4 days, and I think the Fontainebleau is the best. It's just a tiny bit off the Strip, but the guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a Sphere view for free, which was amazing and really made my trip special. The hotel is very new, and everything is super clean. My son accidentally ordered a pay-per-view movie, and when we went to the front desk to see if they could waive the charge, the lady there ended up doing it for us! Very accommodating!

The room was decent, but there were way too many people checking in, probably a two-hour wait. So, I used one of the many self-check-in machines next to the front desk. I selected that I needed parking, and it immediately charged me $22.680 for one day's parking fee plus tax. However, when I checked out, they charged me for three days of parking again. This means I was overcharged for one day of parking at check-in. I emailed the hotel, but they didn't reply. Communicating through Trip.com also resulted in a jumbled mess of a response, mentioning a $22.68 charge for late check-out. Isn't late check-out usually half a day's room rate? The machine at check-in clearly stated this was for one day's parking. If they don't want to refund it, they should just say so instead of ripping me off for a day's parking and giving nonsensical explanations for their accounting mess. I thought a big hotel would be so much better.

We had the best experience of all of our years of visiting Las Vegas this time at Mandalay Bay. The front desk clerk was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite. It was the most comfortable and luxurious room we've ever stayed in. We had a blast at the last river and wave pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The living room in the suite was very spacious and impressive. It was my first time staying in their classic suite, and I was quite pleased. I definitely hope to stay here again! Next time, I'll aim for a room on a higher floor with a better view. A nice perk was getting a discounted rate for tower admission by showing the room key card, which was great!

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Its location right next to the White House is fantastic, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. I noticed many well-dressed guests from all over the world, which really speaks to its high quality and class.
