Very nice hotel and a wonderful stay. All was ok and the breakfast was very really good. I would recommend it for anyone that would like to visit Guarda city. Pitty about the weather that didn’t allow us to use the swimming pool. Maybe next time it will be possible. Thanks

Só tenho duas situações positivas em relação á estadia: - A massagem e a simpatia dos colaboradores da restauração. Mas começo pelo inicio da estadia..... Fiz reserva de um pacote romântico a 2 e o que aconteceu ? 1 - Logo na entrada do Hotel, na receção fui recebido por uma colaboradora extremamente simpática, mas que ao lado tinha uma...que vos posso dizer que não tem feitio para estar a receber Hóspedes !! 2 - O pacote incluía massagem, jacuzzi , banho turco, jantar romântico a 2, etc 3 - Foi me dito que o jantar era Buffet !!! Reclamei e a senhora da receção , mal encarada ainda me diz ” Se quiser posso levar lhe o jantar ao quarto??? Se quiser???? Então eu não paguei por uma experiencia diferente e perguntam me que ´´ se eu quiser??? Chego ao quarto e tenho de andar atras do quadro para ligar o AC, não tem telefone, não tem umas simples cadeiras para nos sentarmos nas varandas. Fui para as piscinas e o banho Turco? E a Sauna? Era eu que devia ligar também? Em relação ao jantar , sim foi no buffet e sei reconhecer que o jantar era bom e com variedade. O Hotel de 4 estrelas nada tem , e pelo preço que paguei certamente arranjava bem melhor. Não sou de dizer que gosto quando não gosto e como disse no inicio tirando a massagem e a simpatia dos colaboradores da restauração o resto tem de mudar e muito !! A começar pela mal encarada da rececionista que vos garanto que se não tivesse pago antes, me vinha embora Toda gente precisa de trabalhar , mas temos de ter cuidado com a cara do hotel. O Hotel são as pessoas e essa senhora logo à entrada precisa de muita formação.

The experience far exceeded our expectations!!!! The architectural project is very interesting, resulting in clean and comfortable spaces, but without ever affecting visually what was the original aesthetic of the village. We are surrounded by nature and communing with it. The pool area was excellent but even more appealing with the lemonade and homemade cake that was served every afternoon. It was kids and grownups alike favorite part. Maybe breakfast aswell :) it was amazing. Felt like being home! They have several areas available, with toys and books, for the entertainment of guests. Dinner was always of high quality, although I think a more informal alternative for the kids was needed - yet on request they've made food that suited their (not so refined) taste. Thank you Paulo, Carla and Gina for such a warm reception! To return for sure!

Nem sei por onde começar...tudo excelente mas a cereja no topo do bolo é a piscina! Localização ótima para quem precisa de se desligar, ainda que por 3 dias, do mundo real. Pequeno almoço bom e jantar ainda melhor. Bar com ótimas opções para quem tem fome entre refeições ( é o meu caso : ) ). Os funcionários irradiam simpatia e disponibilidade, especialmente a senhora que nos serviu o jantar, um doce de pessoa. Quanto ás proximidades as ruinas das termas são muito bonitas. As Vilas medievais nas redondezas são visita obrigatória, especialmente a Aldeia de Sortelha e Vila de Touro. Em resumo, foram 3 dias mas gostava que tivesse sido 6.

This is a new hotel and it shows. Impeccably clean, excellent options for breakfast and buffet meals at the restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. We travelled as a family, with 2 children aged 3/5 and it was an unforgettable experience for them. Swimming pool for children plus playground next to terrace tables, so grown-ups can enjoy a drink while keeping the children close and happy. I recommend it especially for families with children. Surroundings are, of course, also stunning. For one full weekend, no adult thought about work. We returned home fully relaxed and hoping to return.
