Hotel 5-Star di Florida, United States

地理位置很好，我們住在11樓，9樓到10樓天台應該是是一個餐吧和小酒吧，晚上太吵了，還有那煮食物的味道影響到我們不敢出去陽台和開玻璃門窗，這樣很不應該。我們住了三天兩夜，第二天就沒有來幫我們打掃清理衞生，也沒有再配紙巾和礦泉水，打電話去前台要送過來房間，説得另外收費才有，有點無語。套房衹有一個衞生間，兩個門，對應兩個房間，這樣設計很不合理也！

We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet honestly). Downstairs on the reception was a huge queue again. Take it in a mind not to be after in a hurry. The location was acceptable for our aim. The room was clean , a lot of pleasant amenities. Bathrobes amazing. Breakfast didn’t tried.

directly across the street from the beach/ocean. nice pool setting on fifth floor took advantage of a great massage/spa not far from Ft Lauderdale airport

A estadia foi ótima, apenas prejudicada pelo fato dos andares próximos estarem em obras e o barulho é falta de luz incomodaram um pouco .

This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

Hotel excepcional. Único defeito é não ter os beneficios dos Disney’s resorts (oferece apenas o early entry - que não faz tanta diferença quanto os outros privilégios DR’s).

Eden Rock is located in the same building as Nobu, but for the twice cheaper price offers waaaaay better rooms and condition. So I liked it a lot/

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. We didn't have our evening meals or lunches there as there are plenty options around. The pool was nice.

Was hoping for more children playgrounds and areas where toddlers could play besides swim. There were a lot of kids at the hotel who probably would have enjoyed other areas. Overall very nice hotel and beautiful golf courses
