The Watr restaurant was absolutely amazing and so was our server Joel. He truly made our birthday dinner one for the books. He made sure we were taken care of and was extremely knowledgeable about each and every dish/drink. 11/10 service! Will definitely be back again soon!

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

My sister and I were treated like royalty at this. Absolutely fabulous intercontinental Miami hotel.❤️ superb steakhouse fabulous service from the concierge to the Bell desk to all the people that worked at the steakhouse. Everything was fabulous. 

I live this hotel 4nights,have very bad experience in the hotel, second day I order breakfast, a girl who seems do not like to service me, I did not know how I make her so unhappy since we never met before. Third day same, but the last morning is terrible, she did not serve me, the cooker has to come to me say hello then help me. Check out is same. See their receipt, no hotel name and brand, is this really best hotel in Hilton?!

Our family booked a AAA vacation package purchasing multi day Universal park passes plus a weeklong hotel stay at this deluxe, Italian-themed resort. We would book here again in a heartbeat! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, every team member went out of their way to make us feel happy and welcomed. We booked a club room, which is located in the section very near the club lounge, the laundry room “lavandería”, and both the Villa and Beach pools. All the accommodations were great: the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was huge and modern, the pools were gorgeous and big enough to not feel cramped, and the staff everywhere was super helpful. In particular, Allie at the club lounge was incredibly attentive and social; we enjoyed talking with her each time we saw her. Gilberto was the very friendly and approachable concierge person in the main lobby who came right up to us to make sure we were alright. And Sara was a poolside server who was just the most prompt and professional waiter we’d ever had; she handled her entire section of customers just wonderfully. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the names of so many other nice folks that attended to us, but they included the handsome older gentleman that we also encountered in the club lounge, and the woman in the inside souvenir shop who gave us advice about where to find a particular item. We have stayed at several deluxe Disney properties, and it was remarkable to consistently encounter such hospitality at every point of our stay. The other thing that we found really helpful was that you could text the concierge team with any questions or requests. We ended up using that feature a lot, and it helped us to plan our day and meals. The team of folks promptly answered us each time, it was awesome to not have to call or walk down to the lobby every time we had a small question. I recommend that those who are considering booking here choose a club room if you can, so you have access to the exclusive club lounge, which serves full breakfast and dinner options (not just small hors d’oevres). This is a big difference from comparable deluxe resorts which mainly serve small snacks versus actually meal-sized proteins, vegetables and starches. So if you wanted to have a nice dinner in the club versus go to a full service restaurant, you could absolutely do so here.

Boca raton is a really nice stay. If u are looking some were too go you should go too boca raton. The hotel was really nice and clean the Maids come to clean your room everyday. Breakfast is really nice and dinner there is a lot of choices to go. And the last but not least the pool. It is so nice can wrap your own Cabana with a TV in it and the couch and like if you free food a really nice there's a pirate for toddlers if you have little ones and now the Waterside one is closed and one open they are both really fun at night time I don't hear anything I saw a review that said I heard a lot of noise at night people snoring next door but I didn't hear anything at all it a nice stay if you go have a good time

Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. Everything was overall fantastic! 👌🏽 10/10 Thanks to the Edition team for an amazing trip! My favorite hotel in Miami Beach yet.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

Lovely hotel with a great Latin bar and nice outdoor pool! Will come again!! It is close to the airport and nice restaurants. The room was clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus, banyak perkara berdekatan. Berhati-hati dengan perkara berikut: - Anda tidak dapat mendapatkan checkin awal kerana kakitangan mereka mula bekerja selepas pukul 10 pagi dan memerlukan masa 3 jam untuk membersihkannya. Jadi itu bukan. - lorong mereka sebenarnya agak kotor. Yang tidak menyenangkan untuk dilihat. - Keseluruhan reka bentuk hotel agak moden tetapi sekali lagi permaidani yang kotor kelihatan buruk.

Dia sangat cerewet semasa membantu bos menempah hotel, tetapi maklum balasnya sangat baik. Ia bukan di Miami Beach, tetapi di bandar. Semuanya selesa. Jika anda ingin bercuti, anda harus pergi ke pantai.

This is our first visit since their extensive renovation, during which they were closed for a year plus. The Mayfair is just a one-of-kind iconic space. The interior atrium is full of tropical plants and fountains on multiple levels surrounded by brightly colored Spanish tiles. The Spanish influenced architecture reflects the heritage of many in South Florida. The room was perfect with a small balcony overlooking the exterior facade which is essentially a living fence, alive with tropical flowers and climbing bouganvillea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool with covered, cabanas , lounge chairs and an outdoor fireplace was the perfect spot to enjoy a tropical drink after a long flight. Excellent service. Will be back.

We stayed at the SLS for MLK weekend. Hotel was very chill but flashy at the same time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and organized. Pool area was fantastic. If you want a place to lay with the most sun in Brickell, this is it. Decor felt a bit dated and the hallways from the elevator were dark. We found the figures in the elevator funny and a bit weird. The best part about the hotel was the balcony. Great place to sit and chill. We were on the 6th floor but did not have problems with noise. Hotel felt very private and safe.

This hotel is a complete disappointment, stay elsewhere, there are much better options nearby. On top of the fact that it feels dangerous to both walk or drive around the property, it is also not very convenient, despite its location. Second, the customer service is horrible and they do not value their Titanium and Platinum guest or your status upon check in. The trouble started as soon as I arrived, they do not answer their phone, there is no possible way to get to a human on several tries and when the person finally answered they would not help resolve any of my issues. On top of all of this, for a full service property they do not have any of the convivences that you would expect. We had to fight for our room type, the room did not have a laundry bag and the room was not well appointed. Also, understand that this is a JW Marquis, it is supposed to be the highest level of service for a City hotel, think resort property in a downtown setting... resort it is not. They do not have a for local drop off, so despite the fact you will likely get accosted for tips or get mugged, you have to uber just to get a few blocks, especially in the full heat and if you have the audacity to ask about it or anything else and you can get through to a human, you will get attitude and disdain, something for Miami is expected, but for a hotel is not. For the money, stay at the Else or Aka, but honestly the Hampton Inn is cheaper and nicer. If you have to stay at a Marriott, stay at the Brikell nearby, if that is too far from downtown, stay at the Courtyard, this is not at the level it should be for the brand, if it was a Sheraton, I would be ok with it, but it is by no means a JW, not to mention a Marquis, what a joke.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

being raised in South Florida. I've been to Disney World many times and I've stayed at the contemporary and the Polynesian, but never The Grand Floridan And it sure is GRAND! from the beautiful architecture to the grand piano being played in the lobby, the excellent restaurants and beautiful rooms. We stayed in building eight, which was very convenient. We had a pool and a resort view plus it was a short distance from the lobby. From there, you can take the monorail, of course, but also buses to other parks. I highly recommend this hotel and any Disney resort on property in Orlando.

Very disappointing and far below the usual standard of the Ritz Carlton. Check in took a very long time, none of our benefits were applied. This wouldn’t usually be a problem except we had a 2 year old with us. No acknowledgement of him until another very sweet lady saw my frustration and the long wait and made polite conversation and also gave him a teddy bear which he loved. When I asked if we could upgrade our room for more space, lady at front desk told me they only had a presidential suite left for an extra $6K a night if I wanted more space. The hotel was empty!! Rooms very very shabby and dilapidated, first room the carpet was coming up and stank of damp. The air con vents were mouldy. Not sure why we were put on the 10th floor miles away from the elevator and at least a 10 min walk to the pool when the hotel was empty… completely inappropriate for a toddler who could climb over the balcony if they wished. When I complained about this, the front desk didn’t acknowledge it. She didn’t have a great attitude and just asked if I had unpacked (obviously not I came straight back to move rooms) she was very unhelpful and made it very awkward. Second room better but bath tub scuffed and cracked and dirty. Housekeeping after this however were absolutely exceptional. The biggest problem here is that there is no soundproofing whatsoever, kept awake all night by hearing doors shutting in the hallway and people walking around above. Marketed as a family friendly resort but far from it, mostly people attending conferences and sitting around the pool on laptops. JW Marriott far nicer interior/hallway and we had more fun at their lazy river style pool. Service improved during our stay, and on the whole was good, they did call to check in which was a nice touch. Maybe things would have got better if we stayed longer but we actually checked out a day early knowing that our final night was non-refundable. Granted our flight home was cancelled but we had the choice to leave early or stay longer at the hotel and we chose to leave! Ultimately it doesn’t matter what the hotel is like if nobody is getting a good nights sleep. To be honest, we felt completely ripped off and wish we had gone back to the Ritz Carlton Sarasota which we absolutely love. Was considering booking the new Ritz Carlton cruise but now I probably won’t bother. I have never had such an uncomfortable check in experience at a hotel. It’s a far cry from the Four Seasons where we stayed at the beginning of our vacation..

Comfortable clean room Had great time by pool with pool service prompt. That I loved. Would have liked pool to be heated. It was cold
