This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Would definitely staying here again once got a chance to visit Beijing next time. The overall satisfaction score is 5/5. Room size: At 25–27 sq.m., the room is large enough to lay out my 24”–28” suitcases flat and still walk around comfortably. Given the room size and nightly rate, this hotel is the perfect fit for me. Facilities & Amenities: - Auto-flush toilet - Shower room & Restroom separated - Location: Although the hotel is almost 1 km. from the nearest metro station, my friends and I left around 7 a.m. every day and preferred taking a DiDi directly to the tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel provides space for temporary parking, making the location convenient enough for us. Staff: The receptionists mainly speak Chinese, but they tried their best to use a translation app to communicate and deliver the utmost service. Adding the hotel on WeChat is highly recommended for foreigners to communicate easily. During my stay, I used WeChat to request a room change due to a strong cigarette smoke smell, as well as a one-hour late check-out on my final day.”

好多年沒有住過橘子酒店了，這次機緣巧合選訂了這家。有一些小插曲，我們入住很晚，大概22:30，我的攜程的鑽石會員，想着問下早餐的事情，各種不行，還被告知在系統裏看不到會員級別，從來沒有這種情況！最終又下載APP，有登陸等等，才勉強送了我，才入住。酒店很新，設施相對齊全。房間內無任何異味，讓我對桔子酒店有了改觀。浴液，洗手液等等都是清淡的橘子清香。床墊是軟硬不是我喜歡的類型，兩種枕頭可供選擇，提供了方便，一種偏軟，一種應該是記憶棉材質。酒店隔音還不錯，臨街的話也不吵。意見，沒有提供一次性馬桶墊，可改進。早餐環節，種類不多，整體水平一般吧，如果讓我花費48元購買，真心會覺得不值得！總之入住體驗感還算不錯。早餐種類可豐富更多種類！

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff were friendly and the service was exceptional. The room was clean and we were able to rest well. We also liked the anesthetic of the lobby and the services offered by the hotel!

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah Wangfujing. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan kedai terkenal berdekatan. Terdapat juga McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks dan % kedai kopi, dsb. Ia betul-betul bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Kota Terlarang, yang sangat mudah. Hotel ini mempunyai mesin basuh dan pengering untuk kegunaan percuma. Sarapan pagi lebih sihat, tetapi juga lazat. Setiap pekerja hotel juga sangat sopan dan mesra melayan kami. Robot penghantaran makanan hotel ini sangat comel. Biliknya juga sangat selesa dan bantalnya sangat selesa! We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority here, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our visit. The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room. However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good. That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to order delivery and enjoy a meal in the room. ห้องใหญ่มาก ๆ สะดวกสบายสุด ๆ ยอมนั่งแท็กซี่เข้าเมืองเอาแลกกับห้องใหญ่ ๆ แต่ว่า ฟิตเนส สตีม สระว่ายน้ำ ดูเป็นของให้ภายนอกมาจัดการไม่ใช่ของทางโรงแรมโดยตรง เลยอาจจะไม่ค่อยดีมากครับ แต่ห้องคือดีนะ มีเครื่องซักอบด้วย โซนครัวอุปกรณ์พร้อมสั่งเดลิเวอร์มาทานที่ห้องสบาย ๆ 房间非常大，住起来特别舒服。为了换到这么大的房间，我觉得坐出租车进市区也完全值得。 不过，健身房、蒸汽房和游泳池看起来像是由外部机构运营的，不是酒店直接管理的，所以体验可能没有那么好。 但房间本身真的很不错，还有洗烘一体机，厨房区域的设备也很齐全，点外卖回房间吃非常方便。 部屋はとても広くて、すごく快適でした。これだけ広い部屋に泊まれるなら、市内までタクシーで移動するのも十分ありだと思います。 ただ、ジム、スチームルーム、プールはホテル直営ではなく、外部が運営しているように見えたので、そこはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。 でも、部屋自体は本当に良かったです。洗濯乾燥機もありますし、キッチン設備もそろっているので、デリバリーを頼んで部屋でゆっくり食事するのにもとても便利でした。

Exceptional stay at Grand Concordia! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and extremely safe for traveling with children. I accidentally left some personal items behind in my room, and the hotel staff handled it amazingly well—they shipped everything back to me via SF Express, and it arrived safely within just one day, perfectly packed! I have always trusted this hotel, and they never disappoint. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for their honesty and efficient service!

The location is superb, just right beside the MRT station and it's easy to transit to every iconic places like forbidden city, national museum, 南锣古巷，什刹海。The room is tidy and clean, but the room services need improvement. We need to remind them everytime what to refill everyday, if not, there won't be any replenishment.

This is definitely a good value for money five star hotel in Beijing. Good location - super near to train station. Good service from staff. Room renovation is old but still acceptable with the leather chair cracking here and there. The toilet though is really not acceptable. Flushing is slow and pressure is low. Need to flush many times and keep waiting for water tank to refill.
