MmindyTThis hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet.
The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch.
Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service.
Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture.
Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details.
The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered.
Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish.
Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match.

AAarie.eiraaCannot recommend this hotel enough, absolutely marvelous stay! The hotel is trendy, modern and unique. I'd say it's very suitable for a young crowd and families with young children.
The hotel is located steps away from the airport express line to Beijing Capital Airport and subway line 10 making it highly accessible to the rest of the city. There's a shopping centre, Galleria, about a 2 minute walk away as well.
The room isn't large, in my opinion, however it's a good size for 1 person. It's well lit and tastefully designed. There's a comfortable amount of space to open a full sized check-in suitcase. Slippers, towels, water, cups and a kettle are provided. There's a mini fridge with more water and pop. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the shower. The overall design is modern, clean and welcoming.
The gym is spacious and well lit with many mirrors. It has the essentials to fit in a good workout while away from home. There are also complimentary mini water bottles in the gym.
The laundry room is right next up the gym and very simple to use. There are 4 machines and you can actually check the use status on the television in your room. Wash your clothes first on the bottom machine, no need to add detergent, it's already built in. After the wash cycle, move your clothes up the dryer on top. The wash and dry cycle takes just under an hour. My clothes came out fresh and clean!
The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen! There's an amazing selection of Chinese and Western food. Breakfast starts at 7am and there's plenty of seating. The only improvement I would recommend is adding a selection of tea. There's also complimentary dim sum every day at 10pm. Dumplings, sui mai, pork buns and red bean buns and tea are available in the lobby, perfect for when you're craving a little snack at night!
One thing to note, that's not entirely within the hotel's control: although it's a non smoking hotel with No Smoking signs everywhere, some guests may ignore the signs and smoke anyways. There's a very faint, lingering trace of the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom due to the ventilation. It was VERY faint so it didn't bother me but I did notice it at times. There was also one morning I left the room and the entire floor REEKED of cigarettes. By the time I came back late in the afternoon, the smell had been cleared. The hotel seems very adept at handling this situation so it really did not impact my stay. However, if you are super sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may be something to be mindful of.
Overall, amazing stay and I'd definitely come again!

RRoger KellerWe had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel during our family visit to Universal Studios. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special.
The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip.
One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid.
The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!

During our stay we had flight delay and we were able to extend our stay for minimum price. The staff at frontcounter were helpful. For the room it is big and clean. The pillows are soft and fluffy. From my experience, the hotel’s location on Xiaoyun Road in Chaoyang District is one of its key strengths. Being close to several embassies, commercial offices, and popular areas such as Sanlitun and Solana made getting around relatively convenient. While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. WwepanWe had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the station and just steps away from a mall, which made exploring and grabbing meals easy.
The service was excellent. The staff kindly brought our luggages up to the room, which was a nice touch. What truly made the stay special, though, was the birthday surprise waiting for me: fresh fruits, a cake, and a handwritten greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really made me feel welcomed and appreciated.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a lovely night's sleep. I also have to mention the view, it was absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when watching the sunrise over the city.
