GGuest UserThe facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here.
我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

This time I brought my two kids to Qinghai, and because of our itinerary, I specifically chose this hotel close to the airport. It turns out this decision was incredibly smart! Definitely a five-star review.
Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice.
Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring.
Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. They even gave us yogurt upon check-in, a thoughtful detail that was much appreciated.
Overall Experience: This is a highly cost-effective airport hotel, suitable for family travel. Next time I fly to Xining, I'll choose this place again!

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats).
I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location in the city center, making it convenient for travel. Although it has been open for many years and the facilities are a bit dated, the rooms are very clean, and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel lobby and rooms feature many Want Want elements, and the rooms are stocked with plenty of Want Want snacks, which is very heartwarming. The front desk and room service are excellent and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel last minute for a sudden business trip. On the way, I accidentally lost my charger, and I urgently needed to work that evening. I contacted the front desk just to try my luck. The staff quickly brought charging equipment and thoughtfully reminded me to call if I needed anything else. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless, and the bed was soft and quiet. I worked late into the night, and there was hardly any noise in the hallway, so I slept very soundly. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere is warm. A small, unexpected hiccup actually made this stay particularly memorable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time because this hotel is just so heartwarming, and the service is incredibly attentive. Aside from the view outside the window, just this detailed and thoughtful service alone left a great impression. It's excellent value for money and well worth staying.

GGuest UserAfter being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us. When we left, in addition to the souvenirs we bought, they even put several bottles of water in our car. The service was absolutely impeccable!
