My recent business trip to Xining led me to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

The facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The place is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service lady is very thoughtful. It was a rare and pleasant stay. The hotel staff are very kind, and the food at the restaurant on the second floor is delicious.

During my trip around Qinghai Lake, I stayed at the Kaiyuan Hotel in Xining, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

Extremely convenient location! Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

A Warm and Memorable Stay in Xining ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a truly wonderful stay at Boliya Bu Hotel in Xining. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed not only by the excellent facilities and comfortable rooms, but also by the warm and thoughtful service. One of the hotel staff members shared their service philosophy with us: “我们希望给客人带来最温馨的体验” — “We strive to provide our guests with the warmest and most welcoming experience.” We felt that this was truly reflected in the way the staff treated us throughout our stay. What made our stay especially memorable was the genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Their sincere and caring service gave us a wonderful feeling of being welcomed and looked after, rather than simply being hotel guests. The hotel also provides many thoughtful complimentary services, including a good breakfast, late-night snacks and a self-service laundry room. These little touches made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable, especially after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience is excellent value for money. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Xining!

It's just a ten-minute drive from Xining Caojiabao Airport, which is extremely convenient for those catching early flights or arriving late at night. On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!

The breakfast is authentic and delicious, making it my top choice when visiting Xining. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, handling check-in quickly. They patiently explained about the oxygen supply and breakfast arrangements, responded promptly to requests, and were gentle and considerate. The front desk was also efficient with check-in and check-out, proactively informing us about hotel amenities. Their professional service made my business trip very hassle-free.

On June 28, 2026, at 7:00 AM, after a high-speed train and a slower 'green-skin' train journey, we finally arrived at the Golmud Huanghe International Hotel. The friendly front desk lady warmly welcomed us and quickly processed our check-in. She even thoughtfully gave us two breakfast vouchers and advised us to rest well at the hotel after eating to acclimatize to the high altitude, rather than engaging in strenuous activities right away. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It also has its own parking lot, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic, and the housekeeping staff diligently cleaned them every day. The hotel breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as ******* tsampa and milk tea. The freshly prepared beef noodles were particularly good. They delivered complimentary fruit and snacks every day. On two occasions when we left early for a day tour, they even prepared packed lunches for us. The lobby manager, Xiaofang, was incredibly kind. She gave us a discount when we extended our stay and even added us on WeChat, checking in daily to see how we (being seniors in our sixties) were adapting to the high altitude. The Golmud Huanghe International Hotel truly felt like a warm and considerate temporary home for us in the highlands. We are very grateful for the efforts of every staff member at the hotel. Our trip to the Northwest highlands was delightful, and none of our initial worries materialized; we completed our high-altitude itinerary smoothly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Golmud. Five-star rating!
