I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Great location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

Decent hotel in walking distance to Xining train station, shops and restaurants around. I had a quiet room facing the sports field of a school. Staff does not speak English, but is very helpful. Rooms are nicely renovated. Breakfast is rather Chinese, no bread, cereals or coffee.

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

Location of the hotel is good, near to railway station. Even though we booked a room without air conditioner, it was cooling enough in the night time, so not an issue sleeping. Bed is very comfortable, breakfast was alright. Cleanliness of the room can be improved but overall was good and would stay here again if I am back in Xining.

Stayed there for 1 night as I was just passing through. The price is right and everything was good for a hostel. If you want to be right in the happening then the location is a bit out but nothing that can’t be reached with a bus in half an hour or a taxi even quicker. Would stay again.

Location is excellent in front of Railway station, it is excellent in service, it has excellent breakfast for Chinese and foreigner too,Room also big size with all required ammonites.True value of money

酒店位置好，在市中心，交通便利，出酒店門就能打到出租車，吃飯購物也很方便，出酒店門左拐就有一個地下商業街，然後房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，酒店環境也好，前台服務員態度很好、熱情，還有機場接送服務，提前預約就可以了，司機師傅開車很穩，總之，很讚的酒店，下次還會入住。

格爾木漠楊國際酒店給我帶來了非常不錯的入住體驗。酒店提供的雙床房寬敞明亮，房間乾淨整潔，讓人感覺十分舒適。此外，酒店還提供早餐，種類豐富，味道也不錯。酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，周圍吃飯也很方便。最重要的是，酒店還提供免費停車服務，這對於自駕遊的旅客來説是非常貼心的。總的來説，我對這家酒店非常滿意，下次有機會還會選擇入住。

沒空調這件事在大青海似乎無解，所以衹能説是當地習慣，不是酒店本身的問題。入住後開着門是很普遍的事。 酒店服務人員很熱情很細緻，喜歡。 酒店設施是標配，床品也很好，不小心看到乾淨的床單下有N條頭髮若隱若現，心裏堵了一下。 總的來説還是很推薦的，態度好，容易停車。

酒店停車方便，對面過了馬路就是巴音河，酒店隔壁就是步行街，可以沿河步道散步，夜晚到步行街和夜市感受德令哈的風情。房間設施齊全智能整潔，配有加濕器，空間足夠大，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡方便，整條線路上難得遇上這樣的值得推薦的酒店。

房間寬敞乾淨，窗外就是雪山，風景絕美，床品舒適。早餐也不錯，房間有製氧設備，對有高原反應的人很良好，大柴旦的翡翠湖真是太美了。我們住了兩個晚上，第二天去了U型公路，東台吉乃爾湖和水上雅丹，在大柴旦一定要住兩晚上。超美的風景。

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

【房型】豪華家庭房，攜程預訂1160元/天。 【硬件】 1、沒有空調，大概因為這邊的氣候用不上。 2、傢俱，兩床中間沒有牀頭櫃，彆扭。 3、牙具，3套；牙杯2個。 4、衞生間，狹窄，乾濕分離。淋浴間，下水不暢，洗完澡，水都要流到淋浴房外，單獨在洗漱池洗的腳。（酒店很快安排人處理了，凌晨還有修理人員值班，值得表揚） 5、衞生紙，無備用紙卷。 6、床品，床單上有臟點點，很明顯。床偏軟。 7、房間，寬敞，不擁蹙。窗户太高，有憋屈感。 【早餐】 1、7：30-9：30。 2、樣式少。 2、聊量不足，好容易搶上一份炒麪，還是半生的。老公説，留下了炒麪陰影。 【印象】 這是本次行程中最貴的酒店。早餐如此簡陋、敷衍，嚴重對不起房價。 【選擇】 不會再次選擇入住。

房門推開有小蒼蘭的味道，非常好聞。酒店服務態度很好，服務人員很細心比如剛買的水乳丟在了茶吧區，我還沒發現但是酒店管家小韓能找到我幫我送到房間。還有就是酒店掛耳咖啡比瑞幸掛耳好喝！！！！

在格爾木市中轉，一開始訂的酒店不大行，臨時換到希爾頓，隨便看了下評價就定了，原本以為在海西州不會有星級標準的酒店了，沒想到格爾木希爾頓超過了我的預期。大堂前台迎賓早餐和客房都是五星標準，細節滿分。而且也是比較少的有空調的酒店。外賣可以送到門口。有地下車庫免費停車。早餐很棒。前台小姐姐也超漂亮。衞生間潔具也都高標準的杜拉維特和高儀。水流大水壓穩，熱水沖足，沒有下水道味兒。床品也很不錯，一貫的金可兒系列舒雅好睡，緩解了青甘大環線的疲憊。有機會還會再入住這裏。美麗的海西州，完美的希爾頓。

這家酒店在服務方面表現得極為出色。前台工作人員熱情周到，他們的服務如春風拂面，讓人倍感温暖。免費茶飲的提供更是貼心，為奔波勞累的旅客送上一份慰藉。在這裏入住，你定能享受到舒適愉悦的體驗，強烈推薦給正在尋找下榻之處的你。

房間大小合適，有停車的地方很方便，附近有川菜館和超市，開了好久的車終於在攜程上找到一個方便的地方了，離水上雅丹還是近的，在戈壁裏面找到一個這樣有安全感周圍服務也有的地方太困難了。如果時間充足的話，晚上可以帶上相機去拍星星。前台小姐姐服務也很好，房間乾淨衞生，有熱水這些洗澡很方便，

房間設施齊全，衞生也可以，周圍環境不錯，吃飯也很方便，就是前台的小姐姐，從辦理入住到到房間後有問題打電話詢問再到最後退房一直冷着張臉，打電話回話的口氣也很生硬，不知道是家裡發生了什麼事情還是被領導訓了，服務行業應該笑臉相迎的，沒有培訓過嗎？
