All good , breakfast quality to be improved. Reception staff lack of training. Lot of misguidance .. not informative at all

The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

Was very noisy and they did not rerund even we left on 12 hours  ago

Location: good stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)

Best hotel in the Gajuwaka region, we had a comfortable stay here. Good & professional front office team & they (Ms.Indhu sri) helped me a lot before 1 hour of my journey time by providing food,late check out and printing of some needful travel documents. This hotel has a good and hygienic restaurant with Excellent staff I promote restaurant Manager Mr.Rama Swamy & Supervisor Ramu they took care of me by providing food as per my selection in a polite manner. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel with an amazing of the Vijayawada city, also the hotel staff provided great hospitality. The buffet had many international cuisines ***** with other Indian foods. The rooms were also very modern and stylish. The terrace had an amazing infinity pool accompanied by the view of Vijayawada. The hotel staff ***** with their friendliness made this a very auspicious occasion. Great hotel, it is a must visit with your family.

We had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!! Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I love everything here. Comfortable, very comfortable bed. Food is delicious. Bar is great. My friends and I went there and will definitely go back.
