1. 個別酒店前台英語不夠流利，影響交流。2. 居然在辦理入住時忽悠我沒房，給我一個在一樓的不一樣房型。再我再三跑到前台後，還是認為沒錯。這期間包括攜程找其代理商溝通給的回覆也是沒錯。當我再去前台後，另一個工作人員，不再像之前的忽悠了，在我再三質問後，默不作聲，默認錯誤。然後攜程再去核實並確認了錯誤。另外，儘管多次要求，酒店始終沒給我道歉，包括那位忽悠我的工作人員。3. 頭天在禮賓部定了送機的van，該工作人員再三確認並在工作簿中記錄了時間，但是第二天換了個人，居然告訴我他同事沒有告訴他任何定車的事宜，嚴重耽擱了我們當天的行程！4.房間裏的水也沒放。5.一樓黑的跟地下室一樣。 差評！！！

Reserve en esta app una habitación con una cama extra grande , y al llegar al hotel mi reserva decía que eran 2 camas matrimoniales , obviamente no sabia lo que pasaba o el por que del error , le comente al recepcionista que si podría hacer algo para cambiar eso ya que yo no quería dos camas y afortunadamente y como dijo el muchacho de la recepción que como era domingo no había mucha demanda de habitaciones si no no me hubiera ayudado con el cambio de habitación y eso que ya estaba pagado , espero que nunca vuelva a suceder ya que por esos detalles uno cambia de app y hasta de hotel ..

La vista es muy bonita, el hotel en mi opinión necesita una remodelación de los baños, las cerraduras, los ascensores y la mueblería, así como también las cortinas y sobre todo tener todo en orden antes de la llegada del huésped, ya que me tocó bajar en muchas ocasiones, primer un control sin pilas, luego por tener que pedirlo o cambiarlo en diferentes ocasiones en plena noche y esto me molestó un poco, ya que no era el modelo adecuado, y un baño con la tapa rota, pero la ubicación es excelente, muy silenciosa y las vistas son muy bonitas.

Hola, incluye el desayuno de las 2 noches de hospedaje, pero no sabíamos el horario, nunca nos lo especificaron, el primer día tuvimos que salir temprano por un compromiso, pero al segundo día que llegamos a desayunar, ya no nos quisieron atender porque dijeron que era hasta las 10:30 A.M., es decir, nos quedamos sin ese servicio que en teoría estaba incluido.
