هتل واقعآ زیبا با تمام امکانات وسهولت برای مهمانان کارمندان و مدیریت داخلی هتل واقعآ انسان های شریف بارویه بسیار خوب مهمان داری وبا نزاکت سرویس واقعاً عالی نکات منفی هتل بخش پزیرش Reception بسیاری از کارمندان رویه نه چندان خوب با مهمانان با حرکات نامناسب وبدون احترام برای مهمانان که برای یک هتل 5ستاره واقعاً کار نا بجا میباشد شرم آور است در کل می‌توان گفت هتل بسیار مناسب با اطاق های بزرگ وتمام امکانات وسهولت ها در شهر زیبا وبا فرهنگ تهران برای مهمانان میتوان از آن یاد کرد تشکر میکنم از تمام کارمندان شریف و با احترام هتل

All the personnel at the hotel extremely helpful and friendly. Over all I liked the hotel the location and the service. The only complaint I have is about house keeping. Toilets were very very dirty, I believe the house of house keeping needs to pay more attention to what goes on in his or her department. Only this department can ruin the entire image of the hotel.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. We have really enjoyed our stay, special mention and thanks goes to Reception team for their amazing hospitality : Asal Khosravi, Mehrab Shahbaz and Atefeh Kahdooli. 💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💫

The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Tehran without needing a car. Plus, the hotel is close to markets and landmarks, so you can explore the city with ease. Friendly and Welcoming Staff The staff at Hotel Markazi were hospitable and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to answer questions or assist with anything I needed. Great Value for Money Considering the convenient location and friendly service, I found Hotel Markazi to be a great value for the price. It's a perfect option for budget-minded travelers who don't want to compromise on a good location. Overall Recommendation If you're looking for a well-located, affordable hotel in Tehran with friendly staff, then Hotel Markazi is a great choice. Just keep in mind that it might not offer the most luxurious amenities compared to higher-priced hotels.

This use to be the old Hilton - it is now ranked No. 2 in Tehran. Service was excellent! The hotel definitely needs a “grand” renovation. Other than the hotel been too old, all else was good.

It's great hotel I strongly recommend it specifically for those who have transit in Tehran Imam Khomeini Airport.
