Great location just across the road from the airport terminal. There were English language TV channels and you can arrange a wake-up call via the TV. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and as a coeliac I particularly appreciated the Allergy Bar with safe options for me. Having an early departure, being able to get a cold breakfast from 3am and buffet from 5.30am was very handy. The room was compact, but had everything I needed for my stay, and that hot shower really refreshed me.

Reception check my booking wrong sometimes,I did pay online,they always say I didn’t pay,it’s reservation.untill I show my payment,then they said oh,yes,I can see you paid 😬that’s not good for customers.room not open windows,smell very bad when 6 people in the room 😬 I can’t get enough oxygen during sleep,then I can’t get up easily 😬

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the commuter rail station, making it easy to reach the central station in just 10 minutes. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, offering convenience, tasty breakfast, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Super fijn hotel op een top locatie naast T-Centralen. Vanaf Arlanda luchthaven met de Arlanda Express naar het centrum en dan 5min lopen. Alle bezienswaardigheden binnen bereik. Kamers zijn mooi, aan de wat kleine kant, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, goed en gevarieerd. Het hotel heeft een zonneterras op de 11e verdieping met een mooi uitzicht over de stad. Ook een leuke sky-bar voor drankje of diner. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Clean, compact & comfortable. Walkable distance from central train station. Down comforters, scenic view from our large window, large screen tv, clean bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi, self check-in (we didn’t have a reservation so we had to check-in with a staff person). We had a “Compact Double” Room for 1,689,00 SEK (about $156 USD) and it was worth it!

Stayed one night for a sleep over for my flight. Hotel was easy to locate and check in was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was lacking as I feel it can be better. Some of the fruits do not seem very fresh. Otherwise a good stay overall.

The location of the hotel is superb. The metro is just below the hotel. Airport express is just behind and it is a stone throw to many shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. I like that the room is bright too. Amenities were nice and sufficient. Breakfast spread was good too. Cleanliness on the daily cleaning is lacking as they only tidy up the beds and no cleaning of floors was done. So I feel it can be improved. Generally staffs were friendly and helpful.

Good location, central location with just few minutes walk from Arlanda express (train to airport). But there was odour coming from the toilet. And the staff opened our door without any notice around 8. Another staff also knocked on our door later when it’s still early. Overall neat room but some stains at the corners.

Der check-in war automatisiert und einfach selbst durchzuführen, das spart Zeit und Nerven. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne relevante Aussicht. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, top!

Very convenient and central location with the central bus and terminal stations directly opposite and the Old Town within 20 minutes walk. Stylish contemporary room with excellent lighting and thoughtful touches, although the absence of USB and international charging ports is a glaring omission. Friendly staff, especially Max at Reception. Will gladly return to this hotel on my next visit to Stockholm.

Hotel situato nella zona nuova della città ma comunque a 10 min da Gam stala. Posizione comodissima per la stazione e colazione super . Vastissima colazione dal dolce al salato ed adatta a tutti davvero . Tante opzioni Vegane (dai dolci agli affettati, ai salumi) e in aggiunta anche gluten free e lactose free .. che dire . Un paradiso terrestre per chiunque . Ho davvero suoer apprezzato la colazione .

We stayed there 3 nights. First night arrived very late and didn’t feel the staffs were warm, went to the room and got a twin beds rather than a king bed. Came downstairs and was told hotel was fully booked and they just looked at us like it’s our fault. The room is also dusty and feels a room hasn’t been used for a while. Second morning, the staff were really good, sort out the problem and saying it was the booking problem. We got one day breakfast for compensation.

Great location, central to the train station and various points of interest.  The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms could do with updating. Shout out to housekeeping. They were very efficient and cleaned the room to an excellent standard! The Hotel Sauna was very disappointing, the light was broken and the heater wasn’t even hot? Frustrating for a 5* Hotel.

I booked this as part of. larger trip and love staying in unique places. As far as unique goes this gets 5 stars. I booked the cockpit and was surprised to know that the entire upper level was mine. Being able to walk out on the wing of a plane is also cool. The bed was comfy as well. The reason I gave it only three stars is due to the amenities. It took 2.5 hours and an angry phone call that I had to pay for to contact reception. In the meantime I had to use my data to get communication. If a site is not going to have on site representation they should join 2022 and at least be on whatsapp or have their own app to reach someone. Another guests and I were talking about how we kept being told to ” call the number” despite repeatedly stating we did not buy a specific Swedish sim card. There is also no elevator as advertised. I was lucky there was someone there to carry them up to the cockpit, but in the am the cleaning person was too busy to help. They advertise a cafe, but don't be fooled. Eat at the airport before heading there as there are only a few beverages to buy. The breakfast may have been gone by the time I went down at 9am for all that was there was some bread, jam and a few questionable cold cuts. This is a far cry from a cafe....unless they were trying to be in theme of airplane food which is minimal at best. On my way out another guest also commented that he thought it was a horrible hotel. The bus ride is efficient, and the experience unique and that is the selling point. In the end, sure stay here, but just be aware of what you get and what is on paper only.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, großes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr schöner Fitnessbereich! Bett bequem, Zimmer & Bad sauber. Das Hotel erreicht man direkt durch die Mall und ist mit dem Zug schnell am Stockholmer Hbf. Klar, es gibt zentralere Hotels, aber für unseren Trip war’s perfekt!

The hotel was in the centre of a shopping precinct which is good during the day, but the bars & restaurants inside the precinct close around 8pm and the hotel I believe only provides snacks/rolls I believe . no evening dinners. There are other restaurants outside the precinct including Burger King. Their buffet breakfasts in the Hotel are very good with lots of choices - thoroughly recommend. I have stayed here twice - once in a cheaper room and once in a larger room. The cheaper, single room was OK but on the small side. Staff were excellent. I shall stay here again

The hotel was really clean and modern. The location is right next to a bus station for shuttle drop off and pick ups. About a ten minute walk to a metro but nice to be away from crowds. The breakfast was superb and exceeded expectations.

Ottima struttura, comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Stoccolma in 15 minuti, la stazione della metro e degli autobus si trova a soli 600 mt., inoltre c'è una fermata del bus proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso. L'appartamento è comodo, ben arredato e pulito (parquet al pavimento, lenzuola ed accappatoi di buona qualità). Comodissimi gli orari della reception che permettono di effettuare il check-in anche la sera tardi. Sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento per futuri viaggi a Stoccolma

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. Special thanks to these two diamond workers 69*6 and 72*6 💎💎🫶 Vi stannade 2 nätter under Taylor Swift-konserthelgen. Jag blev kontaktad i förväg om den tidigare ankomsttiden då vi kom riktigt tidigt på morgonen med båt till Sverige. Incheckning utlovades mot en extra avgift vid 12-tiden När vi kom till platsen fick vi inte denna service, eftersom rummet inte var städat ännu. 1,5 timme senare försökte jag presentera mitt ärende för en annan person som arbetade på respa, och just denna 69*6 räddade vår dag och resan genom att checka in oss utan att ta betalt för den tjänsten igen. Rummet var rent och vi fick extra handdukar genom att fråga städarna. Frukosten var omfattande och mättande. Hotellet låg inom gångavstånd från Friends Areena. När vi skulle iväg tidigt på morgonen tog vi fortfarande med oss ​​frukostpåsarna. Personen 72*6 som hjälpte oss på respa på morgonen var extremt vänlig. 這家酒店的位置還是不錯的，距離市中心有些遠，但是房間乾淨，麪積比較大。在北歐寸土寸金的地方性價比很高。另外想說下酒店不是24小時營業，下午三點后抵達可能無法入住，需要提前聯繫酒店
