This is by far the best and cleanest hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there’s even supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Everything was perfect and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. The only thing missing is a mini fridge but we did not mind. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there’s always tea, coffee and water. There are mainly Chinese and Pakistani employees and they are all super nice. Special thanks to the two very kindPakistani guys who work in the laundry and restaurant in the basement, they have helped us and made us feel so comfortable. I have extended our stay as we needed to rest and I don’t regret my decision.
Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.
Hotel is fine, it's located next to a ******. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Не знаю может быть это фишка отеля такая наживаться за каждый час. Но нас это сразу оттолкнуло. Если номер свободен почему не заселить своих клиентов на час раньше. ?
В целом номер большой, все работает исправно. Мы там были одну ночь и нам хватило.

MM443941****A fantastic hotel, conveniently located next to a Chinese shopping mall! The environment is clean and hygienic, the rooms are spacious, the beds are room-wide, and the signage in the rooms is comprehensive, with Chinese, English, and Russian language options. Communication at the front desk is also very convenient, with translators available. It's very friendly to Chinese people abroad. The hotel seems to be newly opened, as the rooms and facilities are very new, including a smart toilet and a TV with screen mirroring capabilities, making it very comfortable!
AAll alone travelerconvenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying.
In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

MMarianna AfanasevaThe guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?
Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.
