Hotel Dengan Gym di Chu, Kyrgyzstan

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Lokasi Ramada Hotel sangat baik, ia mudah untuk perjalanan, dan perkhidmatannya juga baik. Ia adalah kos efektif untuk tinggal di luar musim Kemudahan bilik adalah standard, sarapannya lazat, supnya lazat, dan halamannya juga sangat bagus. Ia disyorkan untuk tinggal.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Hotel is fine, it's located next to a ******. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.

Парень на ресепшене казался недоброжелательным. Пришли заранее за час до заселения, он предложил ранее заселение за 6 долларов за час. Не знаю может быть это фишка отеля такая наживаться за каждый час. Но нас это сразу оттолкнуло. Если номер свободен почему не заселить своих клиентов на час раньше. ? В целом номер большой, все работает исправно. Мы там были одну ночь и нам хватило.
