Приятная атмосфера, удобная кровать, чистота на высоте, просторный номер приятный бонус нас ждал в номере: фрукты и сладости, это очень мило. Завтрак вкусный, китайский в нашем вкусе. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля очень внимательные и доброжелательные.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Отличный отель, приятные ребята начиная с ресепшен и заканчивая рестораном, везде персонал старался помочь, это особенно впечатлило. номера чистые, приятные, отель рекомендую

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

Kakitangan di lobi hotel kelihatan agak pemarah dan tumpul, tetapi apabila saya bercakap dengan mereka, saya dapat melihat bahawa mereka cuba bersikap mesra dengan kemudahan yang bersih dan bagus, tetapi sarapan pagi terasa kurang.

スタッフの方も親切で、部屋も日本のビジネスホテル並みに綺麗だった。また、全く期待していなかったけれど朝ごはんも素晴らしかった！スメタナもピロシキもサムサも食べ放題です！2泊したけれど快適だった。オシュバザールも近いです！

It was not a good time because of the government delegations staying at the hotel. The police blocked all the entrances and did not allow us to enter the hotel. We have to walk around to find the police who understand English and our situation.

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.
