Todo muy bien con la habitación, ojo que al ser en interior sólo hay una ventana por la cuál llega un poco de luz de sol; si es un problema para ti mejor reserva una de exterior. Para mí no lo fue ya que estuve fuera todo el día, cuando regresaba ya había oscurecido.
La localización es excelente, a sólo unos pasos de centro de convenciones,.
Sólo tengo un par de observaciones:
- Con el servicio de camarista: el primer día dejé el corbatín de ”no molestar” para que no pasaran a limpiar mientras iba a desayunar, ya que iba a regresar para arreglarme para luego salir; entonce dejé el corbatín para que ya pudieran entrar; el detalle es que no volvieron a dejarlo en la habitación; y el segundo día que cambiaron las toallas no me dejaron una para secarme las manos, sólo dejaron toallas de baño
- El desayuno del sábado tomó mucho tiempo para que me atendieran, no sé si era por el hecho de que era desayuno pagado del hotel o porque tenían 2 reuniones y poca gente, pero sí fue algo molesto

🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

Está cerca del zócalo y sus alrededores como la calle de los dulces. Incluye estacionamiento.
El personal es muy amable, tanto el valet parking, como los del restaurante y la recepcionista.
Nos encantó que el sanitario estuviera separado de la ducha, que las camas fueran queen, que las instalaciones estuvieran muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones; que el aire acondicionado fuera silencioso y la regadera tuviera buena presión y sin problema con la temperatura del agua.
El único inconveniente, es que pasan vehículos públicos (rutas y camiones) y en ocasiones hacen mucho ruido.
El desayuno es suficiente y tiene buenas opciones.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

BBeachBumThe hotel is in a great location near many places. The staff are very friendly. The only exception is the service at breakfast was not very good and the other reviews that said there was unlimited free hot chocolate and beverages is not true. The hotel has no onsite laundry which is disappointing and we had to change rooms because on the weekends there is a night club that is so loud that it can disturb your sleep all night long.

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality.
It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called.

GGuest UserThe facilities of this hotel are not only perfect and practical, but also cleverly integrate with the rich Mexican characteristics, making people feel like they are in the warm American state when they step in. From the colorful woven tapestries hanging in the lobby, to the geometric-patterned clay ornaments in the guest rooms, to the carefully arranged cactus and Jiuzhongge in the courtyard, every detail conveys a unique cultural charm. Whether it is a spacious and comfortable room or a fully functional leisure area, it makes people feel the hotel's design intentions, which is highly recommended.
Breakfast is a highlight of this hotel, quite outstanding. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of fresh tortillas, and the buffet table is filled with authentic Mexican cuisine: golden and crisp tacos, dense black bean paste, salsa sauce with fresh avocado, and sweet hot chocolate. I personally like Mexican cuisine, where I can not only taste classic dishes, but also feel the freshness of the ingredients and the ingenuity of the chef.
That is why I think if I go to that city next time, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation and continue to enjoy this unique Mexican style and intimate service.

VVillitaSince checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in.
I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise…
There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable.
That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.
