Free transport to the airport was perfect as we got an early morning flight from here to Oaxaca. Super quiet and clean hotel perfect for 1 night and the bed was super comfortable.

El hotel es bonito, limpio, cómodo, los muebles de las habitaciones muy bonitos, de línea. Creo que el hotel habla mucho todavía de glorias pasadas, de su parentesco con el popular y distinguido hotel Quinta del Rey de la Av. Tollocan, su casa mater; y se acerca peligrosamente al descuido y la falta de mantenimiento. Indudablemente que lo mejor es el precio, genial. se ubica muy cerca del aeropuerto de Toluca, que sin maleta, sin prisa y de día se puede ir caminando, aunque se ubica en el lado opuesto (tomando como referencia el boulevard aéreo). La ubicación y el entorno son feos, tiene en torno lotes baldíos feos, sucios, de muuuuy mal aspecto, y no está sobre el boulevard aéreo sino a 50 metros adentro sobre una calle absolutamente descuidada (de noche ultraoscuro el tramo). La atención formidable, te apoyan para solicitar taxi a la puerta.

We had a wonderful time here. It’s a beautiful hotel in a safe area and is connected to a mall with a Starbucks and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the rooms and amenities were beautiful, clean and modern. We really loved the location. It’s close to Mundo and great restaurants. We plan on staying here again.

en mi visita anterior la estancia había sido excelente, pero en esta ocasión salí muy desilusionado del hotel, el sanitario de la habitación en muy malas condiciones la tapa del WC rota con el hule espuma de fuera completamente húmedo, el piso de la regadera muy manchado como sarroso. Al momento de la generación de mi reserva solicite un par de almohadas extras, no toman en consideración lo que se solicita en la generación de la reserva al llegar lo solicite y tardaron una hora en llevarme ese par de almohadas extras era muy tarde era necesario descansar y en definitiva no lo pudimos hacer hasta después de 2 llamadas a la recepción y una hora de espera

Excelente hotel con habitaciones nuevas, los colchones y almohadas son sensacionales. El servicio siempre estuvo al mejor nivel y la terraza tiene una vista espectacular. Sin duda será mi opción cada vez que viaje a la Ciudad de México.

有規模的酒店，有meeting room and gym, 雖然只得4部機及啞鈴，但都很足夠，像是沒住客去用的，在1樓lift 左手暗門入，自己用才開燈，太空機運作很好，6:00 to 23:00 可用。房間舒適，很溫暖的感覺，電視很大，洗手間都大，雖然被安排在2樓尾房，是connective room, 晨早聽到隔離房的聲音，但都可接受的。感覺一般都被安排住2樓，因為2樓的lift 制被㩒到無色。5樓房層比較優雅。大堂是早餐範圍，很開陽。酒店位置超方便，shopping 及食店周圍都是，很有活力的城市。職員英文唔錯，在墨西哥來說，非4星級以上的酒店職員能英文溝通是很難得的事。

Me hospede una noche con mi familia y todo estuvo muy bien. Recibimos bien trato por parte del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, habitaciones limpias que contaban con calefacción y amenidades. Si bien la comida del buffet no es muy variada tenía buen sazón y los platillos eran suficientes para comer bien.

Todo bien a excepción del tiempo para servir los alimentos, en el restaurante tardan muchísimo en traer la comida, hasta para la cuenta se tardan no se si sea el personal o no tienen suficiente gente en la cocina.

El hotel se encuentra todo nuevo, es muy elegante y bonito . Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. Bien aisladas de ruidos . Pero sobretodo el factor humano es increíble , todos con la mejor actitud que podrías esperar de una cadena de esta calidad y nivel. Muy satisfecho con todos los servicios . Recomendable al 1000%

It was our very first time being at this beautiful hotel. The service was fantastic since we got to the hotel a big thanks to the sweet receptionist Marlen who helps us with a few ideas to go visit and everything in English and giving us a very clear answers about hotel activities and food recommendations. The room was so beautiful with a private pool with heated water. The view from the top of the mountain was amazing!! We will be coming back soon!

Si bien la comida del buffet no es muy variada tenía buen sazón y los platillos eran suficientes para comer bien.

The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here.

El personal de recepción es poco amable y requiere una capacitación básica en atención al cliente. No establecen contacto visual y actúan como si le hicieran un favor a los huéspedes, mostrando una total falta de actitud de servicio. El lugar es muy ruidoso, ya que realizan trabajos de mantenimiento a horas inadecuadas (como a las 7 de la mañana). Al reportarlo, me dijeron que el ruido provenía de la bomba de agua y que no podían hacer nada al respecto, pero durante el desayuno vimos a los trabajadores.

The property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly and approachable. My real issue with this place is that they have a gym/pool area. It is locked for liability reasons because they had youth groups. My issue is that I had to call the front desk to open the gym pool area and it would take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after calling from my room. I’d have to walk to the front desk to remind them. The worst part is that they lock you in and you have to call to be let out and the other day, I waited half to 10 minutes to be let out. I complained about it and I was told it would be better but the same issue this morning. My concern is in case of an emergency, can’t get out. There’s no exit. My timing to the gym is very limited and it’s ridiculous that I would have to allocate extra time to go in and out. In addition, for lack of better words, it seems a bit ghetto that they don’t provide TV and AC remotes, blow dryers, or irons. You have to go to the front desk and leave an ID. This last time that I asked for a blow dryer I told the woman that I needed my ID so can she just make a note of it from my reservation, just seems ridiculous. I’ve never experienced that at another hotel. If the hotel has an issue with people stealing these items, they should have guests sign some thing that says if those items go missing there’s a charge. Lastly, it would be nice to have mini fridges and washer/dryer at the hotel.

Great location for a business trip to Toluca. Quiet rooms, easy access and security on site. I would stay again

The hotel room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the hotel staff provide very professional and attentive service. The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket just 50 meters away, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Muy buen lugar por su ubicación dentro de Mundo E (plaza comercial). Muy bien el servicio la verdad siempre atendían las solicitudes. Limpieza muy bien. El desayuno termina muy temprano pero tienen buen servicio. Solo tengo que decir que el colchón estaba un poco duro para mi gusto y que el menú de servicio a la habitación es muy básico. Ampliaría un poco ese menú y ofrecer carnes, pollo, pastas y sopas además de pizza, nachos hoy dog, etc. La entrada es un poco confusa, cualquier duda llamar al hotel. Tiene servicio de estacionamiento de 70 MXN por día si pagas en el hotel yes una buena opción. Le doy 5 estrellas porque es un hotel básico pero el servicio es muy bueno.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Oscar the guy in my picture was kind and attentive, he made me feel welcome with his attention. In regards the room - walls are thin, you can hear the conversation someone is having next room. You can hear their alarm going off in the next room and wakes you up. If the TV is on you can hear it perfectly. To management - please separate people arriving, you were filling rooms in order next to each other as if you don’t realize the most simple noise comes through your thin walls. What it appears as a good looking hotel that idea goes away very quickly. If you had not charged me over $100 dollars per night I would have not written my negative review. Keep your fees low be fair to your guests and the people that works for you. And you must have a constant check up on the shower drain, it gets plugged so easily and I didn’t enjoy a wet bathroom floor, it’s dangerous. In case you haven’t realized the wooden shelf case for the coffee pot is inefficient because it’s tight - you have an accident waiting to happen and someone will get burned. Back to the main problem, its hard to sleep in this hotel, you can hear every car that drives through the streets in the middle of the night. And I was on the 4th floor! Iris the receptionist was doing her job very well but she is not allowed to lower the price per night. Her hands are tight doing as she is told. And she was delivering towels when we first arrived so there was no one at the front desk. How can she be happy working for you? Her responsibilities for the whole hotel is noticeable and she is a human being working too hard to make a living. While hotel management and owners only cares about their budget, making money with thin walls. Care more for your workers that’s the least you can do.
