WWTommyWThis is a luxurious resort catering to local travelers (almost no spoken or written English). There was no one at the check-in office when we arrived, but someone who looked like he might be the gardener showed up after about ten minutes. The facilities were outstanding, and the resort seems to be very new, with some new units under construction. The staff was very nice, although there were a few gaps in service. For instance, when we ordered wine with our meal order, the wine just never came. After the food arrived, we had to remind them about it. Having said that, there were definitely more hits than misses overall. Staying here was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The location is outstanding.

GGuest UserA hotel with some character right on the edge of town. Very quiet location with great views from the garden. Breakfast was wonderful, traditional Turkish with homemade bread and jam. Room was comfortable with aircon. We had booked a standard room which was very small and we upgraded to a bigger room at additional cost. My husband had a drink of Efes in the garden, but wasn’t too chuffed when charged 400tl or approximately £8 😱 but i wasn’t charged for my glass of cay. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were quite satisfactory, however, my ”French Bed” preference was for two single beds joined together, and there were details that didn't fit the five-star hotel concept (shower cap, toothbrush, polish, etc. Not exist) The mini-bar was completely empty.

GGuest UserExcellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and professional. My stay was very pleasant; both the hotel's facilities and services were truly five-star. The hotel dinner was excellent, delicious, and generously portioned.

BButingxidelvxingI like this hotel very much. The balcony of the room is facing the Aegean Sea. A few steps away is the pier and the station. The left and right are all restaurants. The Trojan horse is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant is on the top floor and the Mediterranean breakfast is very rich. The old-fashioned elevator with wisps of empty flowers looks like old Europe. The front desk was very welcoming and explained all the questions in detail. Because of this hotel, I liked this city.

JJiajianiSusanIn the center of Chanakale, very close to the sea, the breakfast room is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, you can see the panoramic sea view. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit small and the others are quite good.
