Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

Set in a stunning natural landscape in the north of the Principality of Andorra, with the Spanish and French borders nearby, this hotel is an ideal base to go skiing in the region. Free WiFi is provided.
The hotel is located only 656 feet from the ski pistes at Grandvalira, where you can enjoy some excellent skiing in throughout the long winter. In summer, this is the ideal place to go trekking and try out other adventure sports.
The hotel has its very own restaurant, allowing you to dine while enjoying its mountain views.
The hotel is located on the main road that cuts through the mountains of Andorra and can take you into France that lies a short distance to the north.

The hotel is very beautiful, very beautiful, the decor is incredible. The hotel is very warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had views of the river and the ski trails. All staff were in small care for us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very beautiful view, a cold sugar/salt buffet and hot dishes on the map.
The spa is located on 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool.
The price is fully justified for the purposes of the delivery.

The view outside the window is great, the heating is working normally, the service staff is also very good, the SPA is open at 3:00 pm ～ 10:00 pm, and an additional 2€ tourist tax will be charged.

GGabrielPossibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Tttteru部屋も綺麗でバスタブも広くて快適だった。サウナとジャグジーもある。ゴンドラまでも歩いてすぐ。朝夕のビュッフェはとても充実していた。ライブキッチンも日毎に変わってどれも美味しかった。スタックもとてもフレンドリー。ただ唯一駐車場が狭くて分かりにくかった。それ以外はとても良かった。

Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.
