I had a terrible experience in this hotel at the end of August. Someone(s) broke into my room for 2 consecutive days with my door confirmed locked. The hotel didn't treat me seriously, they couldn't provide any convincing explanation or compensation. I went there for a business trip and had booked this hotel for 10 nights. The break in incident happened in the early morning 5:30am after my first sleep. I heard someone tried to open my door, but because I had locked it, so the intruder shaked the handle a few times, and eventually it did open!!! I went down and reported to the reception directly and asked if there was any CCTV. The staff said she didn't know...had to wait for her colleague to come back to answer me in the evening....by then i was told that there was no CCTV in this hotel...and they admitted it was one of their staff who broke into my room!!! I requested an explanation, the front desk only said it would not happen again. I requested to meet the duty manager, she said the manager would talk to me tomorrow....this is how they treated this security issue and code of conduct ”seriously”. Totally unacceptable. I could only go back to my room for the 2nd night. But then at 7:15am in the next morning, there was someone broke into my room again!! With a loud door closing sound, which i even more confirmed then the first time. The intruder went out as well before showing his/her face. It was unbelievable!!! I reported to the front desk again but they seemed not believe in me. Said it was not their staff this time and it was impossible to unlock the door with other cards. Long story short, it took me a whole day again in order to talk to the duty manager. And i personally showed her how to unlock my door using her card. She was finally speechless and arranged a new room for me. She said would investigate But I still could not receive a solid explanation in the next day and really felt unsafe. I was not able to sleep well and was super alert to different sounds. The next day the GM finally met me, but then still no compensation or with any gesture of apology. Didn't feel i was treated seriously so I decided to change the hotel for personal safety. They still charged me the fee for the 3 days. This was my worst hotel experience ever. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. The location is everything! It's right outside the train station and inside the mall. There are plenty of eating and shopping options. The neighborhood is walkable with lots to see.

Hotel DeBlend is located across from the headquarters of Douwe egberts in a semi-industrial area of town, but was very quiet and very convenient. The air conditioning is a terrible inconvenience just like it appears to be in every other European hotel except for the hunfelt. You are not actually in control of the temperature of your room it just makes it a little more cool for a little more warm. You don't have any real control. We found it got a bit warm at night. It is a primarily self-service hotel, but the instances where we required human assistance, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The kitchen is very convenient feature for anyone staying more than a few days. We highly recommend 2L DeBlend.

這個酒店也太好了吧,就在烏特勒支中央火車站的下麪,從窗口往下看就是火車軌道,到進站口四五分鐘吧,上麪就有一個很大的購物商城,下麪就是一個很大的自行車停車場🅿️樓下就是地鐵站,打車很貴,公共交通方便,在繁華地段感覺也很安全。 設施很新,是設計酒店的feel,還有頂層游泳池和健身房,還有桑拿房真的很不錯,兩種可以選擇,很多年輕情侶或者夫妻來這裏度假,游泳池居然5對情侶,剩下我跟幾個人小朋友。 到老城區很近,附近很多教堂,和老建築,附近也有大學,周邊也很多吃飯和喝酒的小酒館,比火車站出站口廣場站要便宜很多。不趕時間可以到老城區吃,很多本地人在那邊吃飯喝酒。 有一點我非常不喜歡就是退房時間11點有點兒早,11:15分左右你還沒下去退房,前台必來電催促,這點有點兒煩,再過幾分鐘又來電催。 早餐還蠻貴的,早上臨時購買19歐,入住時購買16歐,入住額外需要支付當地的稅費4歐元左右。

Nice hotel, decent rates, good bathroom, but really just lacking in information. First off, the hotel is in a mall, and there’s no indication of which doors are open after the mall closes and which aren’t. Google Maps is unaware of that, so if you’re relying on that or a similar service to get you back to the hotel, be aware that will not work, and employees will not provide you with useful information about this unless you ask. For the record, I eventually managed to enter via Catharinje Esplanade. Second, maybe it’s because I visited on a holiday, but there was no front desk or room service late at night, which would be totally fine IF that communication were provided. But there was no indication whatsoever that the supposedly 24 hour room service was not actually 24 hours. Again, certainly don’t begrudge employees a night off. But *management* needs to do a much better job communicating what services are or are not available and when. Don’t promise something your employees can’t deliver. If management would just set realistic expectations and provide a little more useful information, this would be a nice hotel.

This hotel has been designed to look like an art installation but is impractical on all aspects. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no info about access to the free tea and coffee in the bar, no safe in the room you can store you valuables in a safe in the bar, really who wants to do that. No where to put clothes away you have to live out your suitcase. Bathrooms are tiny, shampoo and conditioner containers are designed so you cannot get much out at a time. The cleaners do t remove your dirty cups from the room when they clean we had to put them outside the door. We were left with no toilet paper so had to use tissues. Breakfast - no fresh fruit, lots of pastries, toaster takes ages to toast, one coffee machine so you have to queue for a coffee for 45 mins and then it breaks. Tue coffee machine, hot breakfast and meats etc are crammed in to one corner so it’s impossible to get to, get up early as it will take you an hour to get breakfast and a coffee. Apple juice is never working. Only two types of tea earl grey and English breakfast. No manager on-site, I saw a manager flounce in once say good morning to the staff and then flounce off. More like a pretty hostel. Bar food is rubbish there are restaurants and short walk under the bridge opposite. If there was tea and coffee in the rooms it might alleviate the pressure on the single coffee machine but not much. The moxy concept of doing everything in the bar is a load of twaddle and a cost saving exercise and makes the hotel feel like a high end backpackers lodge.

The location is close to Utrecht Central station where are lot of bars and restaurants, as well as a big shopping mall nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the locker may not fit a big luggage and you may need to rent one. The bed is comfortable and clean. Note: even you paid hotel fee on trip.com, you still need to pay tax for the hotel

A very warm welcome from reception staff put us in a good mood to enjoy our stay and the welcome card we found in our room was a nice touch. The room was spacious, quiet and bright with a very comfy bed with interesting/fun/quirky decor. The location was very convenient for the centre of Utrecht. Breakfast was very good, and there are a number of cafes nearby if you want to explore alternatives. We loved staying here, and a comfy chair in the room would have been the 'icing on the cake'

from friendly employees to excellent location and beautiful design, the Park Plaza Hotel will be again our choice in our next trip. We enjoyed the breakfast, the comfortable and king sized bed and the well organized hotel. I am mentioning twice the polite and smiling employees!
