One of the best service in all my life! I was in an emergency in the middle of the night, I called more than 10 hotel/b&b in Catania and NOONE accepted my reservation ( hotel 4 star too and so on ). At 03.30 a.m. I found this place and Mr Domenico was so kind to give me a room for the night so I could rest for few hours before my flight. If he didn't help me I would have slept in my car close to the airport. Bad experience with an HAPPY ending thanks to him. I Recommend 100%! Uno dei migliori servizi in tutta la mia vita! Ero in emergenza nel cuore della notte, ho chiamato più di 10 hotel/b&b a Catania e NESSUNO ha accettato la mia prenotazione (anche hotel 4 stelle e così via). Alle 03:30 ho trovato questo posto e il signor Domenico è stato così gentile da darmi una stanza per la notte in modo che potessi riposarmi qualche ora prima del mio volo. Se non mi avesse aiutato avrei dormito in macchina vicino all'aeroporto. Brutta esperienza con un lieto fine grazie a lui. Consiglio al 100%!

It might have been us not 100% understanding what we were getting ourselves into. First - let’s set the context: if you are looking for an experience of how it feels to live in Palermo - this place is for you. We wanted to have an authentic experience, yes, but also some luxury. We were looking more for a boutique type hotel than an actual B&B in the middle of an all residential area. The room we had was labeled a Junior Suite (“Rosalia” Room 1) and it was right next to the little breakfast area and facing the front street - so very noisy. Vossia is only on the first floor and so, you literally are on the street. We came by car and you need to make sure to get your license plate registered for the restricted traffic areas (i.e. capo market is right around the corner). You can drop your bags and then park your car at a parking garage - just drive around all the narrow streets and don’t let the GPS send you down Via Beati Paoli… that’s where the market is at and you can drive around to make it to Orlando Parking. The location of Vossia is great - literally right behind the cathedral and with many great restaurants in walking distance. The room itself was big and simple - yet nice and clean. Given the price tag of Euro 240 for 1 night however - we were expecting a little more. Essentially Vossia is an old refurbished apartment turned B&B with 5 rooms, a kitchen, reception and breakfast area. It is in an old Palermo house on the frist floor in an otherwise residential building. There is WiFi, the service is great and the room has charme but the price tag is just not justified.

Excellent location, the place was very clean and central. The possibility to use the private parking it’s so useful when staying in the town centre. The owner was very friendly and super nice! All the staff goes above and beyond if something is needed, amazing people! Loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

A beautifully simply appointed boutique guesthouse on the corner of Piazza Stesicoro and Via Etnea. Entry is up the staircase off the entry door on Via Neve - despite initial impressions (Via Neve is a bit of an alley way) and the the stairs to the second floor (I believe a lift is planned later this year) it was a delightful stay. Fabio and Daniel couldn't have more accommodating (Fabio even assisted me in sourcing good Sicilian wine!). Room was spacious and modern and housekeeping was excellent. A simple breakfast is taken at one of the cafes on Via Etnea - more than adequate＞ Location is great with Metro nearby and main train station accessible by Metro or a 10-15 minute walk. Duomo area 600m. Lots of eateries - recommend seafood in one of the numerous restaurants surrounding the famous Pescheria. Lots to see and do - recommend a trip to Taormina (train €12 return). В номере телевизор, холодильник, сейф, кондиционер, маленький балкончик. Кровать на мой вкус слишком мягкая. В остальном всё прекрасно. Рекомендую.

Paolo Bertocchi5/5un attimo fa su  Google Santo e la moglie sono due persone eccezionali...si vede che gestire un B&B per loro non è solo un business ma soprattutto una passione. La struttura è in zona centrale a Milazzo, con un comodo garage che vi risparmia il pagamento del parcheggio a bordo strada e magari anche qualche riga sulle fiancate vista la guida ”estrosa” della maggior parte dei siciliani.. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i comfort, a partire da un comodo letto, TV, armadio per riporre i vestiti, bicchieri in vetro, il bagno con bidet e comoda doccia, asciugacapelli e set di 3 asciugamani. Il condizionatore è di eccellente qualità. La colazione è a buffet, sia dolce che salata, e si consuma in camera. Da sogno i panzerotti alla ricotta! Da notare che ciò che avanza dalla colazione viene lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti fino a sera per un eventuale spuntino, perché ogni mattina vengono forniti prodotti freschi. Il tutto gestito con domotica installata da Santo. Direi ottima struttura. È stato un piacere soggiornare da voi.

Siamo stati in questo B&B a Palermo, ottima struttura, camere molto accoglienti con aria condizionata in camera [ ci è servita anche in questo periodo]. Proprietaria sempre disponibile a qualsiasi necessità . La struttura si trova in posizione ottimale per visitare tutta la città. Nell' immediate vicinanze ci sono 3/4 locali dove mangiare tipicamente palermitano . A circa 500 metri dalla struttura troviamo quasi tutti i più importanti luoghi turistici della città. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente ricontatterei la proprietaria Rosy

Sciara Larmisi is a lovely B+B on a small square five or ten minutes walk from the main square where the cathedral (Duomo) is. The property is on the first floor up a set of stairs, and our room was quite large, with a tiled floor and vaulted ceiling, very much in the Italian style. A few bits of furniture completed the room which was smart and comfortable. There is a shower room with basin, and toilet in a separate room behind that. A small negative was that our bed creaked a bit when sitting down on it and turning over, but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast is between 8-10am, with bread, meats, cheese, cake and pastries, and I think they will prepare eggs and possibly other hot items for you, although we did not have those. There’s a lovely roof terrace on which you can take breakfast, although there’s an inside room as well. We also sat on the terrace to read in the sun during the afternoon, when we were not out walking about.

Igor il proprietario e stato super gentile, accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare ottime informazioni inerente il luogo. La colazione buona. La camera molto spaziosa, il letto comodo. Igor ci ha fatto trovare sempre acqua e pasticcini in camera. Pulizia della struttura ottima. La casa di Marcello è in posizione centrale, facile da trovare un pochino rumorosa ma da tenere in considerazione visto la vicinanza al centro! Ci ritorneremo

My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

Плюсы: - расположение в 5-минутах пешком от ж/д вокзала, оттуда же ходят автобусы как в аэропорт Палермо, так и в другие города - улица выглядит достаточно безопасной даже вечером, но чистой ее назвать сложно. Район в целом непривлекательный - удобно гулять как в центр, так и в сторону моря. Недалеко есть приятный парк (Villa Giulia). По пути к нему (по стороне отеля), есть неплохой бар-пастичерия Bar Touring (коктейли, кофе, большой выбор пирожных и выпечки, мороженое) - достаточно чисто в номере при заселении (был номер с входом из патио). Видела фото из других отзывов, в моем случае в номере все было в порядке и в рабочем состоянии - хороший, достаточно мощный фен в ванной - завтрак не самый вкусный и разнообразный (варенные яйца, сыр, пару видов мясной нарезки, тостовый хлеб, джем, йогурты, круассаны), но голодными не останетесь Минусы: - плохая звукоизоляция (слышно все и всех, из патио особенно). Если чуткий сон и рано ложитесь или поздно встаете - берите с собой беруши - за 4 дня проживания ни разу не сделали уборку и не вынесли мусор - в номере был большой стол и 4 стула, но нет даже электрического чайника и чашки, чтобы приготовить чай - сотрудников на ресепшен почти никогда нет на месте, большую часть времени он закрыт на ключ.

酒店位置特別好 下樓就是海 就是入口有點不好找門口沒有標識 同時因為在三樓沒有電梯 箱子很沉的話非常難搬 但好在的是 房間非常乾淨整潔 設施齊全也很新 早餐也很豐富 相對來説還是很值得住的

I spent over 4 hours researching Palermo hotels for what would be our last hotel on our two week European honeymoon. I am so glad I found Hotel Palco. I did note in my booking that we are honeymooning and we got the massive Romeo & Juliet suite. They created a cute display for us which was appreciated. The room was huge, clean, and so comfortable. There are two big balconies that open up onto the theater square. Air conditioning worked great too. It faced directly the Teatro Massimo, and despite the area being pretty rowdy until 2 am, I barely heard anything (with ear plugs). The balcony doors are duplicated and very thick (see picture), and the walls definitely have sound proofing. The tub and shower were perhaps the biggest I had ever seen (see picture) in a European hotel. The tub has jets and lights up too. The staff were very fantastic. I must note that on the morning traveling by train to Palermo I (think) I sprained my foot! Whatever it was, it was bad and I could barely walk. So when I showed up to Palco i needed some way to find crutches or a boot. Stefania was very diligent in helping me find medical care, but we couldnt find anything near by, and just when we were about to call an ambulance to go to a hospital just to get crutches ( Palermo...) they found an ortho supply shop right around the corner and I got crutches and a boot and my trip was saved! Shout out to Giacomo for being so friendly as well and giving me the ice packs at night time! Lastly, breakfast was small (its like a 4 or 5 room hotel), but just perfect for us. Very good quality of the selections. This hotel is an absolute steal in value and I highly recommend it.

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us. We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.') We booked two rooms for adults and kids. The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected. The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures. The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not. The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic). There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances. The shower had very little water pressure. The front door had to be wrestled open There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom. The kids room had no AC. When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had. We had sent messages via website and called ahead of time to arrange a shuttle. When we arrived, we were told that they'd have to take us in two trips or get another car. They also requested to be paid 80 euros in cash separate from the hotel bill. During our stay, we did not see anyone working the lobby. We had to call multiple numbers to find someone to help. These and various other negative elements made us feel unwelcomed. Moreover, we felt deceived as the pictures on the website only showed the beautiful rooms, not the room we were given (see attached pictures.)

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia. Super accoglienza, tanta gentilezza da parte di Giuseppe il proprietario, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze. Pulizia impeccabile, posizione anche. Comodissimo per raggiungere sia la stazione che il centro città. Colazione anche ottima. Che dire io lo consiglio vivamente, si dorme bene e non c’è nessun rumore notturno a disturbare proprio tanto relax. Ottimi consigli anche su cosa fare e muoversi! Grazie Giuseppe, se tornassi non andrei in nessun altro posto
