Pictures on the website are from the new building and be aware that once you arrive you can get one of the old rooms (which are dirty with old furniture and insects) that belongs to the next building which is the Estrella Dos Santos PENSION , and they will charge you the same amount as you stayed in a hotel ($232 for two nights) . They put us in a terrible dirty , very tiny room with no view (there was a wall ). We paid for triple room but because they needed to removed/clean an smashed spider from the dirty wall and some stained/dirty sheets from the room they give us a doble room ”while we wait ” (in the same building Pension) the manager said that we will stay there for our whole stay and charged us for a triple room when we stayed in an awful double room. We chose this place for the reviews -8.5 stars (! ) , for the ”laundry service” and the for 17 minutes walk to Saint George Castle, once you are there they say that there is no laundry service and we have to walk almost half hour to get to the Castle and to the CENTER. We felt very foolish. This is the first time that we had a terrible experience thanks to the very poor skills of a manager who treated us like they were doing us a favor. Unfortunately, we couldn't cancel this reservation because we paid when we arrived at the reception area which was very nicely decorated, after this, they sent us to the next building which is connected with the new building. And of course the manager didn't want to refund us at least with the difference for the price of the triple room with a double. I do not recommend this place. Pictures can show themselves

This hotel does have a certain art deco feel about it. You can feel that you have stepped back in time. The receptionist was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble unless you were trying to check in before 2pm. My room was large and airy and very comfortable. It had everything you needed including tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Bathroom was modern and just about large enough. Although on the main road the soundproofing of the room meant it was very quiet considering the main road/junction it is on. Also just out side the entrance is the metro. Unfortunately this can sometimes be heard but generally through the night the hotel and surrounding area is very quiet. My only issue with the room was the aircon. Totally unusable. Just 50 metres from the hotel is a supermarket and there is a very decent cafe attached to the hotel

La verdad que el problema principal de Dinastia V es la falta de renovación de habitaciones. Son tipo motel. La mía individual era muy pequeña sin margen apenas para moverte. No había armario sino un ”burro” que ocupaba ya el poco espacio que había. El baño pequeño, abierto en el techo, con un váter no fijado muy bien en el suelo que se movía, vi pequeños mosquitos revoloteando... Encontré en la última noche alguna mancha de lejía en las sábanas. Pero el inconveniente más negativo era el escaso aislamiento acústico en la habitación que reservé. Entra todo el ruido del tráfico de la calle y de la gente que sube y baja por las escaleras de madera (o del funcionamiento del ascensor -cuando funcionaba-). Quizás si ponen doble acristalamiento o aislan las paredes? Resalto como muy positivo el trato de los compañeros de Recepción (Jose) en todo momento, que intentaron ver algún tipo de cambio en habitación pero al estar lleno aquel fin de semana, no pudieron hacer nada. Me dejaron dejar equipaje unas horas a mi salida, me dieron recomendaciones sobre lugares de la ciudad y fueron atentos durante la estancia. Si buscas para una noche, te puede salvar. Pero no ofrece el descanso y comodidad para más días. La relación calidad/precio tampoco hace justicia porque no es muy económico.

Hotel just nice clean and safe

Ein kleines gemütliches Guesthouse nicht weit vom Zentrum. Wir waren eine Nacht da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Für den Preis absolut Empfehlenswert!

Very Good location near metro station, cafe, restaurant, pharmacy, bank and mini store. Clean room and friendly staff.

酒店門口就是廣場和電車站，往下坡街道300米就是海邊，位於老城的下城區，非常方便出行。最重要的是酒店早餐很豐富。

I went there from 14 until 16 of January and I had an amazing experience. This hotel is so good, calm, comfortable, perfect for a good couple moments, has a good food, cleaning, location from Sintra City with so many castles and medieval era places to know. And what I have to say about the staff? OMG! Everybody is wonderful hosts! I just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all! Keep going this way I really wanna to come back as soon is possible :)

Brilliant place would highly recommend to anyone. Great location, friendly staff and clean residence and extremely cost effective, will most definitely be returning back when in Portugal again!

Recently renovated, this hotel is modern and clean with a ton of its original charm. The windows are beautiful, beds are comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. They allow you to store your baggage there if you want to enjoy the city while you're not checked in. The location is great, as you're walking distance from restaurants and shops. Theres a free walking tour that meets just outside of the hotel too. Highly recommended this place!

C'est un système de chambre d'hôtes assez bien rodé, situé à la bouche de métro sao sebastiao, face au Corte ingles. L'accueil a été fait en français et par un hôte très sympathique et agréable. La chambre était très grande. La salle de bain, bien que jolie et très propre était difficile à fermer à l'aide du crochet installé. Nous avons pris un petit déjeuner plutôt bien fourni, il y avait de tout en quantité. Un temps de pause très agréable à Lisbonne.

We came for 2 nights here in Sintra and this B&B was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've had in a hotel room, the room wad tidy, modern and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of nice options. The bread and croissants were particularly good. Service was brilliant throughout. We arrived very late (1am) but we found the check-in super easy thanks to Mariana. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
