Hotel Hot Springs di Hainan, China

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

Hotel was good value for money and located around lots of malls and cafes which was great. Maybe a little outdated and not as clean as I would have hoped but it was a nice stay nevertheless. Highly recommend the breakfast if getting there early too!

Ini adalah kali pertama saya mengunjungi Pulau Haihua. Tetapi selepas pengalaman, ia benar-benar terasa seperti perjalanan yang berbaloi. Dalam perjalanan ke sini, kami menerima panggilan daripada Pengurus Zhenyu, bertanya tentang pilihan bilik kami dan memberikan kami jadual bas ulang-alik untuk stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi. Semasa mendaftar masuk di lobi, saya bertemu dengan Pengurus Deng Shanshan. Dia memahami bahawa ini adalah kali pertama kami di sini dan memberi kami pengenalan yang sangat terperinci dengan peta Pulau Haihua. Selepas bercakap tentang perkhidmatan, mari bercakap tentang bilik. Memang benar bahawa bilik itu tidak besar, dan almari pakaian dan bilik mandi di dalam bilik itu agak ringkas, tetapi saya rasa ia boleh diterima sepenuhnya untuk hotel dengan harga ini di kawasan yang indah. Kami tinggal di bilik istana padang pasir. Bilik itu berwarna terang, sangat tersendiri, dan mempunyai sedikit rasa eksotik. Sarapan paginya agak kaya, dan mi Hou'an sangat lazat sehingga anak-anak saya pun boleh makan semangkuk besar. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat kos efektif. Saya sangat gembira kerana telah memilih Hotel Alburg untuk menginap semasa perjalanan ini! Pasti akan datang pada masa hadapan

Hotel facilities were overall great, their breakfast was better than their other meals. Overall hotel is not bad. The only issue is the hotel is on this island that does not allow blue plate cars (gas car) to go into the island. We had to park outside of the island and take a shuttle which was a bit annoying bringing our luggages and also going to our rental car.

This 4 star-ish hotel resort features quite a big pool area with 3 different depth levels as well as some hot spring baths. The sandy public beach is across the road and it was ok for a swim. It is in a relatively remote location with nothing much in terms of shops and restaurants in the hotel vicinity so you ll depend on hotel food(meh) and deliveries. The room had a really bad humid smell and we had to run the dehumidifer non stop to make it bearable. I know Hainan is tropical, but we stayed in many other hotels and this one had it worst making me conclude the smell was due to room not being used/vented for a long time. The worst thing however, by far, was the pool safety megaphone. Basically there was a loud speaker (picture 3) in the middle repeating about safety in 30 second intervals from morning till evening even when nobody was near the pools. Loud enough to be heard from room balconies. Why,anyonye sane would install such an annoyance is beyond me. Breakfast was adequate and reception(Ivy) spoke decent English.

My family of 4 members stayed for 2 nights in this hotel before we flew back home. It's location is alright for 35 mins to the Haikou International Airport. There is a hot spring at the swimming pool area and it closes late at night which is good . We can use the hot spring to relax after a day of activities out. However the only thing is the rooms given to us is not up to Marriott's standard. Our rooms, connecting 2 rooms, look a bit old , especially the flooring, the wall tiles in the bathrooms. They need some refurbishments. The bathroom of room 0916 has the problem of water flooding while showering. I think the water flowing out is very , very slow until it floods .This is quite annoying. Although we have informed the staff about this , nothing much have been done. It still flooded when we showered on the next day. Other than this, everything is ok.

Location was good and there is quite a few local shops nearby to buy local delicacies! The tap water in the hotel room is also natural thermal water.

Adding to the experience is the hotel’s restaurant, which offers an amazing and rich selection of cuisine. Every meal was a delight, with carefully prepared dishes that showcased both flavor and presentation. From hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, the restaurant caters to every palate and dietary preference, making dining a true highlight of the stay. It is this combination of a serene environment, pristine accommodations, outstanding culinary offerings, and Joan’s personal touch that transforms a simple stay into a rejuvenating, home-like experience. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our next visit.

這次入住體驗特別滿意，整體好評！酒店位置在島上，出行很方便，有擺渡車接送，停車也是免費的，還幫我們升級了房型，特別貼心。服務必須給五星好評！小陳Nancy工作人員態度特別好，有問題都耐心解答，還主動推薦了博鰲當地的特色美食，特別實在。退房的時候還給小朋友準備了小禮物，特別暖心。房間採光很好，空間寬敞通透，衞生間乾濕分離，住着很舒服。酒店早餐種類豐富，粥的味道很不錯，滿意喲！

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the beginning of May while my kids (ages 9 and 11) were on school break. They loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, the springs and the breakfast and dinner buffets. The sushi restaurant is also good. The kids liked the slides and obstacle course in the pool area. There are so many springs here, with varying temperatures so you can choose to soak in cold ones or hot ones. And they are broken into regions (Asia, Europe, America, Africa). The service we received was great. Everyone was very helpful. Jordon in particular was very clear in communicating with me about what was included with our booking and how to access those items. There were a lot of other families at the resort since it was a holiday time but it was not too crowded. Would definitely recommend it to others. Close by is Mission Hills Centreville (retail shopping area), Feng Xiaogang Movie Town (featuring recreated old Chinese movie sets) and Splash City (a large water park).
