Hotel ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari stesen dan beberapa tarikan ikonik. Lobi di tingkat tiga bersambung terus ke gedung serbaneka bersebelahan dari jam 11:00-20:00, dengan pilihan tempat makan yang banyak. Restoran hotel sendiri mempunyai dinding kaca yang besar dengan pemandangan yang indah, dan juga menyeronokkan untuk minum petang. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh bercakap dalam bahasa Inggeris dan mengingatkan anda tentang pelbagai perkara. Tingkap bilik menghadap Gunung Fuji🗻 Walaupun lampu terang pelabuhan tidak dapat dilihat, ia tetap menyegarkan. Kemudahan dan sanitasi diselenggara dengan baik, dan skrin TVnya besar. Teh plum yang disediakan mempunyai rasa yang istimewa, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia adalah hotel yang patut disyorkan👍.

I am glad that I booked this hotel instead of my original location at Gora. Even though it is not near Gora station but it made up for convenient Hakone buses just located outside the hotel. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Gora station. Do check the schedule. Service staff are very friendly and helpful with our request. Room amenities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast spread is so good and wide varieties. I would recommend to order the dinner as Hakone has very limited dining place for dinner. And I assure you will not regret. We throughly enjoyed the sumptuous spread. Food quality is fabulous. The free public & private (got to book and pay) onsen is good with good amenities. You can wear their yukata within the hotel. We would loved to revisit in the near future again!

It is very near to kannai subway, convient place with many restaurants. I booked with breakfast, if you don’t take breakfast, you are allowed to used the voucher for lunch or dinner, which is great. But the room is really small! I booked a twin beds room, we could hardly opened our 2 luggages 😵💫. Otherwise all are good.

Anda boleh mendaftar masuk terus dengan berjalan kaki, Taman Yama****a, Gudang Gundam dan Chinatown berada betul-betul di belakang. Roda Ferris Cosmo Clock 21 dan Red Brick Warehouse terletak sejauh 20 minit berjalan kaki. Perjalanan pulang teksi berharga lebih daripada 1,000 yen. Bilik hotel agak kecil dan tiada air minuman disediakan. Sarapan pagi adalah bufet, dengan lebih banyak ***a Jepun.

Stayed here during my trip and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is excellent with easy access to Minatomirai attractions. The view from the hotel is also very nice, especially at night 🌃 The staff were polite and service was smooth throughout the stay. Facilities are well maintained and the room was comfortable. However, one thing to note is that the hotel is quite strict with check-out timing. I requested for a late check-out (even just 1 hour), but it was not allowed. So do plan your timing properly to avoid rushing. Overall, still a great hotel and I would recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and comfort 👍

Excellent luxury hotel strategically located in Yokohama. Beautiful rooms overlooking the bay and amusement park. Rooms are renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking at the mall zone A is closest to the hotel and overnight parking is 2100 Yen pay at front desk for exit ticket.

Everything is great, except location is a bit far from yokohama station. To go shopping need to take mtr around 20 mins. From hotel to yokohama station, taxi around 2700 yen, take mtr around 200yen pp. Staff are excellent. Next time in yokohama, we will stay here again.

とてもリーズナブルな料金で、素晴らしいロケーションのお部屋に泊まることができました。 馬車道駅からも近く、みなとみらいが眼下に眺められます。 ホテル内にコンビニが２つあり、温泉もうれしいです。 ホテル内のアパカレーとアサイーのお店を利用しましたが、 店員さんの応対が本当に素敵で心が温かくなりました。 横浜に行く時は絶対に予約したいホテルです！

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help. The location is a major highlight—convenient, easy to access, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it offers great comfort and value, and I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at HOTEL Enmichi in Kawasaki and had a very comfortable experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from both JR Kawasaki and Keikyu Kawasaki stations, so getting around was really easy and convenient.  The rooms were clean, modern, and had a cozy feel with thoughtful touches. Free Wi-Fi and amenities like bottled water in the fridge made the stay stress-free. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, and check-in/check-out was smooth.  I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant downstairs, where the food was tasty with good variety — especially nice for a casual meal before/after exploring the city.  Overall, it felt like excellent value — clean spaces, friendly service, and a solid location for exploring Kawasaki or even heading into Tokyo. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays!
