Hotel ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari stesen dan beberapa tarikan ikonik. Lobi di tingkat tiga bersambung terus ke gedung serbaneka bersebelahan dari jam 11:00-20:00, dengan pilihan tempat makan yang banyak. Restoran hotel sendiri mempunyai dinding kaca yang besar dengan pemandangan yang indah, dan juga menyeronokkan untuk minum petang. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh bercakap dalam bahasa Inggeris dan mengingatkan anda tentang pelbagai perkara. Tingkap bilik menghadap Gunung Fuji🗻 Walaupun lampu terang pelabuhan tidak dapat dilihat, ia tetap menyegarkan. Kemudahan dan sanitasi diselenggara dengan baik, dan skrin TVnya besar. Teh plum yang disediakan mempunyai rasa yang istimewa, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia adalah hotel yang patut disyorkan👍.

Everything is good. It’s very near minato mirai subway station and there are plenty of shops, a supermarket and eating places to go to. If the weather is no good there are places to while away time without getting wet. The service staff from the reception, restaurants and housekeepers provided excellent services. Stayed facing the park and has a good view during the night. Soundproofing is good no noise disturbances. The Haneda airport limousine bus stops right at the door steps of the property. Drawback is there is need to use USB adaptors to charge electronic devices.

I had a great time! The hotel was located very conveniently - not too far from JR Kannai Station as well as the subway. There are plenty of convenience stores around. It is also not too far from the red warehouse and downtown Yokohama on the Minatomirai line. For baseball fans, the hotel is close to the Yokohama Stadium as well. The room and facilities were all excellent and clean. They even provide memory foam pillows. Breakfast was Italian. It's fine. Nothing extraordinary but definitely welcomed.

Stayed here during my trip and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is excellent with easy access to Minatomirai attractions. The view from the hotel is also very nice, especially at night 🌃 The staff were polite and service was smooth throughout the stay. Facilities are well maintained and the room was comfortable. However, one thing to note is that the hotel is quite strict with check-out timing. I requested for a late check-out (even just 1 hour), but it was not allowed. So do plan your timing properly to avoid rushing. Overall, still a great hotel and I would recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and comfort 👍

Great all around hotel and great view of Yokohama. The only thing is there isn't a coin laundry and the laundry service is a bit expensive per item. But other then that I would definitely stay again.

I am glad that I booked this hotel instead of my original location at Gora. Even though it is not near Gora station but it made up for convenient Hakone buses just located outside the hotel. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Gora station. Do check the schedule. Service staff are very friendly and helpful with our request. Room amenities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast spread is so good and wide varieties. I would recommend to order the dinner as Hakone has very limited dining place for dinner. And I assure you will not regret. We throughly enjoyed the sumptuous spread. Food quality is fabulous. The free public & private (got to book and pay) onsen is good with good amenities. You can wear their yukata within the hotel. We would loved to revisit in the near future again!

Best place to stay.Station is very near. The hotel is clean and have breakfast available. Decent breakfast.i love to stay again.Indian food is available nearby. The only thing is bathrooms are small but manageble.

Short walking distance to Kawasaki JR and Keikyu Kawasaki train stations, lots of shops and restaurants nearby . The hotel is located along a quiet street which was great for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has a modern decor and the room was small which is usual for Japan hotels but still comfortable to get around with space for luggage. The room has a nice wall painting and looked out on to the street and the big building opposite. The bathroom with bath was smaller than usual but still usable. The room was clean and had good amenities like small fridge, hot drink making facilities, humidifier. Would recommend.

3년 만에 방문했는데, 여전히 훌륭합니다. 일단 위치가 요코하마 중심부를 관광하기 좋습니다. 호텔이 크고 화려하며 식당, 편의점, 수영장(기간 한정), 대욕장, 안마의자, 제빙기, 전자레인지 등 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 특히 조식에 시사모 등 각종 생선 및 어패류를 직접 구워먹을 수 정말 좋았습니다!

Everything is great, except location is a bit far from yokohama station. To go shopping need to take mtr around 20 mins. From hotel to yokohama station, taxi around 2700 yen, take mtr around 200yen pp. Staff are excellent. Next time in yokohama, we will stay here again.
