The location is very nice, close to central train station, and subway station, in central station has lots of restaurants and shop. The hotel is quite big, they have a big area for chilling and watch olympic. The room is nice and clean, have flipflop, clean towel, shower gel provided. The hairdryer only last 30secs and stop, have to wait awhile and start again, it takes so long to dry my hair. Overall is a very nice hotel, highly recommended

What a great hostel, I’ve stopped at many hostels in my time but this was very much one of the better ones. I can only comment on our private room however. Friendly welcome, easy enough check in even though we arrived at 2am due to cancelled trains, not a problem! Great bar and area, things always happening. We saw a live jazz band in there for the one night we were there. Pub crawls, city tours for free, speed dating have it all. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. It was quite loud during the night, noisy neighbours (not the hostels fault) and a weird kind of opening of vents or something from the aircon possibly. Couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe worth looking at. Thankyou to the team!

Very clean, great location, respectful staff—I can’t ask for better. The staff in the reception and the lady in the breakfast room were so calm, friendly, and respectful that I always recommend this hotel to anyone stepping into Milan.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

The hotel is right opposite the central station. Room was clean. Good shower bed and air con. The hotel does not need keycard to access the lift. There was a man knock on my door very hard and try to turn my door handle. I called the reception to check. Then one hour later someone knock again. So beware of this situation. Do not open your door to anyone.

Overall good value for money. We only stayed for 1 night, the staff was super polite and helpful, who recommended us a great place to dine in Brera. The hotel is in outskirt Milan but the underground station was close enough that we didn't bother with a taxi to explore the city. Our room has definitely seen better days and required a bit of updating for sure, but for the price we paid, we have no complaints.

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Room was spacious. The city view was nice, our room could fit 4 adults. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but the double beds were good. Love the walk in closet which we could settle all our luggages in. All the main attractions are walking distance. The hotel locates in the low emission zone, front desk staff helped to register our rental car (€7). They have a parking garage affiliated with them but it’s 500m away. We took the risk and parked at the meter since it were only there for one night.

Great hotel right across from the Milan Central train station. The staff were very organized and friendly. Great suggestions for places to eat and literally 5 min from the train station. The hotel is very trendy and the rooms were a great size. Funky vibe and well situated. I had a sitting area and separate desk space. The closet was different, shelves and open hanging. Safe and fridge there too, free wifi. Great pillows and bed. Bathroom was excellent, huge shower and great amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Room is clean and big. There were two double beds in one room. The location is a little bit far from airport terminals 1 and 2 since you need to walk in a road without sidewalks. However, there are free shuttles until bus stop Via De Pinedo and 5€ shuttles from the hotel.

建議還是住機場內的飯店吧 這個飯店很新，設施還算是智能，床非常的高，蠻有趣的 這家也是少數有附礦泉水的飯店 飯店距離機場有五分鐘的車程 若從飯店叫車需5歐（T1)，若該時段滿了則需要付20歐（T1)叫taxi 綜合來說還是住機場內的飯店舒服

Perfect place for transfer! Location perfect coz just a few minutes walk inside indoor terminal after arrival, simply take the ‘glass’ elevator to -1, and then follow sign to walk short distance indoor with air conditioning to hotel; even easy for carrying super heavy luggage on my own as a lady. Great facilities with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam, fitness room with good view. It’s the good standard sheraton hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, new and clean, bathroom spacious and convenient, comfortable bed…. Hotel has a nice restaurant with bright view and many hotel guests, or can have simple cafe food, juice, sandwich, yoghurt…. at airport terminal for dinner, coz just 2-3 minute indoor walk. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Stayed overnight for our early flight home to the US. Front desk person was very efficient and kind. The room was particularly large for an European hotel—great mattress. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great place if you need a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay while overnighting. Hotel has a free shuttle but a reservation is a must. Didn’t know that but they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely mail use again if needed for this purpose.

I chose the Moxy for a one-night stay because of its proximity to Milan Malpensa Airport. I reached the hotel very late, around 10:00 PM, but the staff was welcoming and efficient and checked me in quickly. Highly recommend it for those who have an early flight.

Quite a nice spot if you have to catch an early flight at Malpensa. Although there’s no shuttles provided by the hotel, the airport terminal bus is very convenient. The station “casa nueva” is between terminal 1 and 2, very convenient to reach and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, but the buffet breakfast is simple and nice. There are some restaurants nearby within 5-min walking distance, great deal and tasty! The bed is super large and the shower is very comfortable. The only problem is probably the Wi-Fi, a bit slow and difficult to catch the signal in rooms.

The perfect stay for 1 or 2 nights. Friendly staff. The brekfast was perfect to start the day. The hotel offers transfer to Milano Malpensa airport for a friendly fare off 11 euro/ room. From the airport we can reach the hotel by taxi, with the price of apx 21 euro.

В номере нельзя отключить постоянно включенный свет на зоной мини-бара. Завтрак отвратительный. Есть нечего, свежесть продуктов сомнительна. Вай-фай слабый. По сравнению с Московским Crowne Plaza - будто бы отели из разных сетей

Friendly service and the room is clean. I had breakfast, the croissant is so great! They also have shuttle service, it’s convenient to go to the airport.

Well located hostel in Como, walking distance to ferry terminal and the town. Friendly staff to welcome and provide information. We had a private room as we travelled with children. The bunk beds were comfortable and sheets/towels were clean. Our room was down a quiet end of the hostel. A well equipped kitchen and terrace for eating outside was lovely. The hostel has a good atmosphere with lots of people enjoying themselves!

I was on a Northern Italy Lake Tour with my mom and best friend with 25 other people. This hotel was the second stop of our trip. The travel company selected the hotels, so we were at the mercy of where they put us. If you like rock hard beds, wafer thin pillows, scratchy rough sheets, semi clean rooms, abrasive and rude staff, then this is a place for you! The two stars are for excellent wifi connection and speed and friendly housekeeping staff. This is clearly a very busy hotel. Every time we went through the lobby there were groups checking in. The sign said the air conditioning in the hotel would be on until 10/22, and we checked out before the 22nd and it was never on. Rooms were stuffy and hot. We had to ask about opening the window, which we had to sign a waiver (understandable - there are no screens). Each bed had one very thin pillow. When we asked for 3 more (one for each in the room) the look of dismay and surprise from the person at the front desk was almost comical. The fridge in the room was stocked daily, but never was cold enough to even chill the bottles. We had the same waiter two nights and he was miserable, unfriendly, inattentive and just down right rude. I tried to be friendly to see if it would help - and it didn’t. When asking for directions at the front desk the person seemed annoyed that we asked, was very curt and snotty. Even when looking at other staff they all looked miserable - no one smiled. At least the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and greeted you with good morning and a smile. Not an overly welcoming experience and I couldn’t wait to check out and continue on our trip. If I was to come back, I certainly would not book to stay here.

Very good location, close to the train station. Most importantly, room is very clean, though the shower pan is a bit small. A wide variety for the breakfast and staff are mostly polite and very helpful. Luggage storage on the last day is available. I have booked the room on the day itself for check-in and is not an issue. Good for solo travellers. The sound proofing of the room is not great and you can hear everything from the corridors and the room above and next door.

The roof top restaurant food and view, the room service, the ambiance. Everything 💯 We are definitely coming back!

WOW - this is just the most magnificent boutique hotel and a truly exceptional position. It’s super close to the lake AND shops AND restaurants - we only had a day and a half but I would gladly come back for a few days. One of our rooms had a window view directly our over the lake (302) and the other had a little balcony that offered views of the lake. (403) . I preferred the 302 room but my daughter said that it was a bit noisy due to the stream of cars. The rooms are comfy although I always dislike the joined single beds to create a king bed with a join. I always seem to end up stuck in the join (no matter how small the crack😂) The decor of the hotel is like a plush reminder of the 1930s - I felt like George Cluney might come round a corner at any moment. The building is superb and VERY picturesque. Service has been excellent and we feel very privileged. We have just finished breakfast in the most divine outdoor setting in the hotel grounds overlooking the lake. It is a bright blue sky and the wind is calm - I don’t think life gets much better than this.. Last night we dined at Ristorante Sottovoce which was a mere 100m away and absolutely as MUST do while staying at the perfect venue. “It’s such a shame we’re only here for one night” , my wife just said. But we still have a few hours to do a guided but tour with a private captain/guide - so there is still more special-ness to enjoy.

Nice and modern hotel in good location with great views over the Lago di Lugano. The staff was professional, experienced and super friendly. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. We'll definitely stay again at Grand Hotel Campione!

The floor was noise, not pot to make hot water, and would have appreciate more complementary free bottles of water. Plus noisy on the weekends for the restaurant that is close at the hotel and offers musical shows until midnight!

Had a wonderful stay. We only had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and simply but nicely decorated. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was incredible value for money and in terms of location it was hard to beat too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others too who are looking for simple yet affordable accommodation by Lake Como. Once again, I cannot emphasise enough how tidy and clean the accommodation was.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. Received a free upgrade and a bottle of fizz which was great. Staff at the hotel were brilliant and there are a lot of them which meant service was fast and efficient. Pool area and outside restaurant is stunning and food in the Kincho restaurant was really good. For some reason the inside italian restaurant inside was temporarily closed but the outside restaurant made up for this. Couldnt get a table for the michelin star restaurant. Breakfast amazing. One of the best I've had. Location is great. 5 minute walk from Cernobbio and the ferry stop. Yes its not in Como city itself but if you do your research you would know this. If I had to be picky I would say that the shower in the bathroom could be improved as it is an over bath shower but at a weird angle which meant water went everywhere. Also the gym is pretty basic for a hote of this stature and didnt look like it was looked after. Free shuttle bus was welcome but the bus was small and there was no organisation for the bus. TV could have a better variety of channels. They charge for water at the restaurant but it appeared to be tap water which seemed a bit of a rip off. Overall great stay and would stay again.
