المكان مناسب نوعا ما من ناحية المرافق المستخدمة كالمسبح والمساج والنادي والانشطة الموجودة داخل المنتجع وكذلك الاكل كان جدا متنوع وجميل ولكن نظافة وجودة الغرفة كانت غير مناسبة نوعا ما ويحتاج لجهد اكبر من المنتجع وكذلك وجود حشرات بكثرة

Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller. Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.

Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

Tres belle résidence au calme, à qques minutes de la plage avec des chambres spacieuses,propres, bien équipées et nettoyées quotidiennement (exta ordinaire sur l île) Nous y avons séjournés 2 semaines. Il y a une belle piscine entretenue et équipée de transats. Chaise table et parasol nous a permis une relation totale. Pierrot et Quentin (les propriétaires), ainsi que leur équipe ont tout fait pour nous faire sentir comme chez soi. Il est également possible d y prendre d excellents repas préparés par Pierrot, cuisinier hors pair. Les petits déjeuner sont complets et faits maison. Quentin pouvait nous organiser des excursions, même hors des sentiers battus , pour faire découvrir les merveilles de l île et assurer les transferts aéroport. Le rapport qualité/prix est indéniable. Je n ai pas trouvé mieux, malgré de nombreuses recherches. Vous comprendrez que nous ne puissions que vous conseiller cette très agréable résidence. Encore merci à Pierrot & Quentin de nous avoir fait passer de merveilleuses et inoubliables vacances.

My kids and I spent 10 unforgettable days at the Aanari Hotel with a beach view and it was, without a doubt, the most memorable holiday we've ever had. The hotel's perfect location, combined with exceptional customer service from every staff member — from the cleaning team to reception and the restaurant staff — made our stay truly special. Themed dinners added a unique charm to our experience, with Christmas Eve being particularly heartwarming. Even though we were far from South Africa, we felt so much love and warmth, making it all the more worthwhile. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kaveer, who ensured my room was immaculate every day and that I had everything I needed. Mandal, your attentiveness during breakfast and dinner did not go unnoticed — thank you for always taking care of us. And Nish, your dedication to going above and beyond for all guests was truly inspiring. Staying for an extended period allowed me to witness the tremendous effort you and your fantastic team put into organizing the dinner events and creating memorable experiences for your guests. The live band and nostalgic music were the perfect touches that made leaving the island so difficult. Thank you for a truly magical holiday. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were always available to help with no matter what. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel. Maybe some cart taxi's at certain times for people who are older and want to get around the hotel. But other than this our time at this hotel was just incredible. Thank you La Pirogue!

Отель с маленькими недочетами, но если не обращать на них внимание отдых пройдет хорошо. Месторасположение супер, все рядом. Море через дорогу, автобусная остановка в 50 метрах. За такую цену очень хорошо. Если вам надо пять звёзд это не сюда.

酒店的服務有失五星級酒店的水準： 1. 入住時男朋友讓工作人員領着他去認了一下洗手間、健身房在哪裡，被工作人員説他事多（男朋友英語不太好，可能工作人員覺得他聽不懂）。 2. 吃晚餐時向服務員要冰塊，一名叫Gopee的服務員不給。 3. 晚上想泡一杯泡麪，去餐廳問有沒有熱水，兩個工作人員都告訴我吧枱咖啡機可以打熱水，突然Gopee出現在我身後（進餐廳時並沒有看到他，也沒有問他，不知道為什麼他會知道有人想打熱水），不讓我用咖啡機接熱水，原因是“the coffee machine is too fragile for hot water”。 4. 很多服務員喜歡説“you are not allowed…”，讓人不舒服，我花很多錢住度假酒店還需要處處be allowed to do sth？ 5. 總之，酒店的位置離追鯨碼頭和鳥公園非常近，且sugar beach是附近酒店中最貴的一家，才選擇的這家酒店，我會期望這樣的酒店可以有相對令人滿意的服務，不可否認酒店還是有非常熱情、態度好的員工，但是總體而言，相比於我住過的很多同等級別的酒店，這家店的服務是我體驗過最差的。我們這次也住了大灣麗世，相比而言lux的服務會好太多。 酒店管理混亂： 1.餐廳不讓自帶飲料不直説，拐彎抹角的，且餐廳的服務員很多都不知道餐廳的規定：在sugar beach住了三天，晚餐的時候會自己帶想喝的飲料，入住時以及前兩天用餐時，很多服務員看到我們的飲料，但從未有人告訴我們晚餐不可以自帶飲料。最後一天突然被告知“no plastic on the table”（因為飲料是用塑料瓶裝的）。我們問其他服務員，是否有“no plastic on the table”的規定，其他服務員均表示沒聽過這種規定，最後問餐廳經理，餐廳經理先説確實有餐廳不能使用塑料的規定，因為公司的“環保要求”，我説那我帶玻璃瓶的飲料是不是就可以了，餐廳經理才説餐廳不可以自帶飲料，且我不可以在我的房間外的任何地方享用自帶酒水。我可以理解餐廳的“環保要求”以及希望通過酒水獲得更多營收，但應該提前告知不可以自帶酒水，而且可以直接説明，而不是先用“no plastic on the table”這樣的理由告訴我不能喝自己的飲料，最後層層詢問才告訴最終原因是餐廳不允許自帶飲料。 2.穿無袖的衣服進入餐廳被要求回房間換衣服（入住時就已經告知，我們也理解，第一天忘記了，我們直接回去換了衣服，後面再也沒有穿過無袖進餐廳），但是用餐的時候還是能看到其他人穿無袖在餐廳用餐。 其他： 1. 酒店的瓶裝水非常難喝，喝起來味道像tap water 2. 吃飯的時候蒼蠅有點多，而且會有鳥搶食物（海島蟲多可以理解，但是依舊有很多酒店可以把蟲子治理的很好；鳥的問題，餐桌上還好，自己注意點就好了，但是看到有鳥飛到餐枱區，直接吃餐枱區的麪包，還是有點不衞生） 3. 晚上有很多蝙蝠

Fantastic hotel with really spacious rooms and a lovely little pool area. Well worthy of its 3 star status. We had a sea view room with a big balcony and fabulous view. Room was well equipped and lovely and clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. My only complaint was the flies at breakfast, the patio doors were continually left open with the air con going full speed. Close the doors and the fly problem would disappear. I would have given 5 stars without the flies. We would definitely stay again.
