The hotel's facilities and utilities were generally modern and well-maintained, making them convenient to use. The sauna, in particular, was great for unwinding after a long day of travel. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, it's worth noting that there's a limited supply of hot water. Even without air conditioning, the room stayed cool enough, but leaving the door open tended to let in a lot of bugs. All the necessary amenities were provided, which was convenient. As the hotel is situated in a ski resort area, you need to purchase a daily entrance ticket for 200 KGS per person and 300 KGS per vehicle per day. This means extra expenses if you plan to go into town every day. Breakfast was served in the typical Karakol style, which was a satisfying way to experience local cuisine.

挺兩極分化的一家酒店 1.位置一般，鎮旁邊沒有臨湖，對面有兩塊墓園。特別提醒攜程谷歌導航市政廳背後是錯誤的，還有2公里。 2.酒店設施很新，應該算是當地很新的酒店了，當然價格也是當地較貴的。 3.房間無拖鞋和牙具，窗簾不遮光，無瓶裝水，這個價位不應該。 4.前台服務人員態度很好，兩個女生，特別是有個會英語的，挺逗的。我告訴她我喜歡她説俄語。這個是需要表揚的。 5.亮點居然是這家酒店一樓的餐廳，應該算是當地很好的餐廳了，正好有人做聚會，看着宴會的菜做的很漂亮。餐廳環境很好，價格極度便宜。那牛排的分量真的太大了。1400索姆的一份牛排能讓我全家都吃飽，所以很不幸的是我菜點多了，一貫可以奢侈，不喜歡浪費。另外餐廳為我們服務的一位服務員人很不錯，我都產生讓她為我工作的想法。 總體來説推薦入住，老闆提升一些細節管理會越來越好。

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue was that there were power outages for two consecutive days, and it would have been better if we had been informed in advance rather than having to ask about it ourselves. The breakfast was excellent, although I felt it was a little overpriced. Both the landlady and landlord were very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE THROUGH TRIP.COM - it will result in major problems during your stay. As they believe they don’t use this platform so they will demand another payment. Apart from that, this guest house is one of the most amazing places to stay. The food is outstanding and served like a five star restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! And the view is incredible. Rooms are a little noisy unfortunately but.

A good hotel with local flair. The views from the window are beautiful. The rooms have everything you need. Excellent breakfasts. The only downside I can mention is that it was problematic to find at night – navigators show incorrect directions (both Yandex and 2GIS), and there are no road signs.

i ends up not staying here bc i was reaching out to host few week before my stay but they didnt even bother to reply until the stay day itself. do better.

Rested with family, very pleasant and polite staff. Appearance as expensive guests. Excellent view. Although the hotel is still building, it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are excellent, delicious.
