The young man at the reception desk could communicate in simple English and was very kind and accommodating with various requests. The hotel's facilities and utilities were generally modern and well-maintained, making them convenient to use. The sauna, in particular, was great for unwinding after a long day of travel. Since the hotel is located in the mountains, it's worth noting that there's a limited supply of hot water. Even without air conditioning, the room stayed cool enough, but leaving the door open tended to let in a lot of bugs. All the necessary amenities were provided, which was convenient. As the hotel is situated in a ski resort area, you need to purchase a daily entrance ticket for 200 KGS per person and 300 KGS per vehicle per day. This means extra expenses if you plan to go into town every day. Breakfast was served in the typical Karakol style, which was a satisfying way to experience local cuisine.

挺兩極分化的一家酒店 1.位置一般，鎮旁邊沒有臨湖，對面有兩塊墓園。特別提醒攜程谷歌導航市政廳背後是錯誤的，還有2公里。 2.酒店設施很新，應該算是當地很新的酒店了，當然價格也是當地較貴的。 3.房間無拖鞋和牙具，窗簾不遮光，無瓶裝水，這個價位不應該。 4.前台服務人員態度很好，兩個女生，特別是有個會英語的，挺逗的。我告訴她我喜歡她説俄語。這個是需要表揚的。 5.亮點居然是這家酒店一樓的餐廳，應該算是當地很好的餐廳了，正好有人做聚會，看着宴會的菜做的很漂亮。餐廳環境很好，價格極度便宜。那牛排的分量真的太大了。1400索姆的一份牛排能讓我全家都吃飽，所以很不幸的是我菜點多了，一貫可以奢侈，不喜歡浪費。另外餐廳為我們服務的一位服務員人很不錯，我都產生讓她為我工作的想法。 總體來説推薦入住，老闆提升一些細節管理會越來越好。

Apart from that, this guest house is one of the most amazing places to stay. The food is outstanding and served like a five star restaurant. The breakfast is amazing! And the view is incredible. Rooms are a little noisy unfortunately but.

A good hotel with local flair. The views from the window are beautiful. The rooms have everything you need. Excellent breakfasts. The only downside I can mention is that it was problematic to find at night – navigators show incorrect directions (both Yandex and 2GIS), and there are no road signs.

Apart Hotel Tong Marina is located in the location where the Issiq-Kul turquoise waters merge from the blue sky against the background of the gray-haired mountains of Tian Shana.Very enjoyed the hotel. Comfortable rooms with kitchen area. Beautiful views around. Welcome and kind staff, always ready to come for help. Amazing the variety of breakfasts. Coffee in the bar is above all praise. You can always order meat dishes for the evening. Special delight caused the sauna in combination with a cool pool. The area is well-equipped. There are swing, children's playground. There was a great pleasure delivered walks on the sandy and gallow beaches of Issyk-Kula. The Tong Marina Hotel is recommended!!!

A wonderful and cozy place. It has everything you need. A good room for three. The hotel is new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is new. The breakfast is delicious and filling. You can choose between an omelet or porridge. The tea in the rooms is delicious, and the presentation is original. We even received gifts. The staff was very helpful and answered many questions.
