Hotel Dengan Gym di Liguria, Italy

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

a very well managed hostel, you can see their experience in this business, as they thought about everything. the dormatory room is spacious and clean. breakfast is good too. the staff is helpful and the whole place has a good vibe. bike storage is available too,on one inside terrace (not accessible for outsiders) only downside, the area didn't feel safe, got nearly attacked by some ***** *** on the street nearby, but that's of course not the hostels fault. would definitely pick this hostel chain again when going to Italy.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Великолепный отель в Сан-Ремо, рядом с казино. Мы в Сан-Ремо уже не первый раз, останавливались в разных отелях, но этот отель нравится больше всех. Очень приветливый персонал, уютный номер, комфортная кровать с белоснежным бельем, прекрасные завтраки. Очень рекомендую всем этот отель.

Fabulous hotel, very elegant. The service was fantastic everywhere ( reseption , at the entrance, restaurant, bar, cleaning lady, etc). Fantastic view / Rom / hotel.

Good experience, however receptionist Paola was a little harsh. Unable to multitask however the rest of it was fine.

The gentleman at the front desk had to move me three times to get a room with a working air conditioner during the June heat wave across Europe. This meant managing three luggage on my own. Then, a plumber had to called to fix the non-working toilet. Finally, the dinner (Caesar’s Salad) at the restaurant was sadly unlike ANY such salad I’ve eaten in my 71 years.YUCK! The large window was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, the main door’s chain lock was broken, as well, there wasn’t any food menu or tv instructions in the room, and no toiletries other than shampoo. The positives? Well, the room was very clean, the staff were all pleasant and the wake up call actually worked! Certainly a no frills hotel but very convenient to the airport.

Классный отель с дружественной атмосферой! С удовольствием приеду еще раз! Отлично подойдет для молодёжи. Только кровати металлические и жесткий матрас.. все остальное просто супер!
