I would like to write all good comments about B&B Hotel. Everything about the hotel was very good; it was clean, stylish and had excellent service. The hotel is in a good location, only 2 minutes away from the Genova Piazza Principe train and metro station and bus stops are just in front of the hotel entrance. I spent a few days with my family and it was an excellent stay. We tried the food also, and it was so yummy and fresh-cooked. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable.

In the heart of Portovenere, perched on the port , is this majestic little hotel that we chose randomly on our first trip to this heavenly destination. The hotel fulfills every aspect of a high calibre 4 star hotel, based on international standards, not European ones. I stress this point because I have recently been disappointed by other hotels in Europe that claim a 4 star status on their website, yet fail the standards horribly when you actually visit. My first thought on arriving to our room was , ”wow this actually looks exactly like the photo on the website.” The staff is extremely friendly and efficient ; they will go out of their way to get things done. We were staying in a corner deluxe room (407)great bed,closet space is perfect, and the bathroom has everything you need, including a very nice bath ( the only thing lacking is bath salts though). The hotel restaurant is average , but with a great view of the port. The hotel is located just one minute by foot from several boat rides that sell day passes to the cinque terre islands( we took the one to the left as you step out of the hotel ; 25€ per person/ day). I strongly recommend this hotel , and I am definitely going back on my next vacation.

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

We stay at the hotel for seven nights. A renovated hotel of excellent quality located in Corvetto Square, very close to the central Ferrari Square, to the port, to 20 September St. and the historic center. Near the hotel transportation to every place and to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very beautiful. The hotel itself is very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel staff at the reception and in the dining room are very kind, attentive and cordial. The price is cheap compared to the value and especially compared to other hotels in the area. ****rit Itzak

A great family friendly hotel! Staff were very helpful and thoughtful - I was travelling on my own to visit family with a small child and they very kindly upgraded me (without me asking as I would just expect the room I paid for). The room was very clean, and the daily service of the room was excellent too. Breakfast did get a bit crowded on a couple of days but they opened another section the following day to cater to the extra numbers. Pool was great, lovely and clean and nice big towels provided. A really great spot for staying close to the city with a small child who can only manage 1/2 day adventures. My daughter and I LOVED this hotel and thought it was great value!

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

Breakfast quite nice, have a variety of food choices, enough supply 5mins walk to metro which offer free services during non-peak hour Next to huge supermarket, Esselunga View from a higher floor will be great Have kettle👍 少數有水煲 早餐算多款，有不停供應 鄰近大型超級市場 5分鐘步行地鐵站

The hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark. The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception. The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out). I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.

L'hotel è recente e le camere ben curate, buona la pulizia generale e gentilissimi alla reception...abbiamo scelto la camera panoramica ma la vista mare non è un granché oscurata in.parte da un brutto casermone davanti ; inoltre il mare in questo tratto è costeggiato di strutture portuali bruttine da vedersi...non è poi tornato il conto tra quanto pagato al sito Trip.com e ciò che era segnato in fattura...
