Great stay, helpful staff and good facilities. Enjoyed our stay! Only thing is it's a bit far from old town and you will have to get a taxi every time you go out.

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

An absolutely amazing hotel and experience. Stayed for ten days and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The kids club is fantastic - huge thank you to Aya and hind for working so hard with the little ones and the mini disco in the evening. Food is great, waiting staff are fantastic and the even provided extra activities when the weather turned on us. Highly recommend!!!!

Avoid this hotel. I have no idea how this hotel hasn't been closed down. I stayed for 4 nights left on 19th Sept. The hotel has cockroaches in rooms, broken sockets, blocked shower, blocked sink and extremely dirty. reception didn't want to know, and didnt send anyone to fix it. staff are rude and unhelpful. Food was disgusting, thankfully there's places to eat nearby. The pictures on the Internet do not by any means reflect what the hotel is actually like. Everything seems to be broken, including the air con, if you can call it that. The pool was a health hazard and clearly never cleaned, there are cigarette ends all over the pool area and also on balcony, We had to ask daily for clean towels they were never lift in room like they should be after cleaner leaves, I'm not sure if they even cleaned the rooms, the sheets were definitely not changed. We had to change rooms as we were overwhelmed with the cockroaches, reception tried to say it wasnt possible, only when i asked for manager did they agree, the 2nd room was just as bad but was only for 1 night. I used the communal loo 3 times and all 3 times I had to ask for loo roll. It's the basic things they couldn't even get right let alone the health and safety of there guest. Saying good morning /afternoon is pointless as they ignore you. If I had booked 1 week I would have checked out on first night. There's a lady who sits at reception who claims she doesn't work for hotel but is there to help with excursions, she's a total rip off and over priced, walk 2 mins up the road and same trip was far more cheaper. Do not even attempt to eat a meal outside a restaurant as you will be mullered by the locals, it was all just very unsafe. Do not waste your money coming to this hotel and if you do expect to be disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would, the place needs to be closed down.

We're part of a tour group and got the worst rooms I suppose. A few of us got rooms with poor or faulty air-conditioning. Made complaints . 1 room checked out as hotel refuses an upgrade even tho the guest wanted v to pay for it. My room after an hour of ,v they brought in a fan which made it even hotter. Finally someone came in to check and confirmed the air con was faulty. So we moved to another room with no offer of help to assist with our luggages. Then the new room mini bar was out of order! By v then we were too tired to bother. When we asked for ice, it came quick which was appreciated. We asked for extra water and housekeeping sent it asap. 2 other rooms also had to change due to aircom. Also the beds were so thin I could feel the spring while sleeping. Was not a comfy sleep. Hotels needs to refurb.

Very good hotel with good breakfast. Nice pool and best pool service from the guy called Abdelkarim 👍 Good location in nice area. Good hotel overall. I would stay here again if I come back in Morocco.

We had a great stay. Clean and nice room with comfy bed. Breakfast by the pool was great. Staffs were nice and friendly especially the door gentleman! Check-in was a bit of a pain as it took ages (lack of staff when i arrived)… we needed to rest badly but had to wait for like 20 mins. Lifts are very old and slow but luckily there wasn’t many guests so it wasn’t a burden. Ingeneral i think it was a good value hotel. We would come back!

With the hindsight of some of the reviews i have read on this hotel, my conclusion after just staying here for a few days is they are absolutely not giving the hotel the justice it derserves. Yes the hotel is old, might be some tiles missing here and there' or some wall plug not sitting 100 % in the wall. But generally its not a problem that can't be solved if you ask the staff they are both friendly and helpfull. With a large family in marrakech and the experience of travelling here every other year for the last 30 years this is nothing out of the ordinary on hotels of marrakech unless you are staying at something absolutely high end hotel which will probably cost you small fortune Garden is magnificent with a spacious pool area, friendly and helpfull staff that solves any problems you might have, good food with fair prices. Rooms are spacious well ventilated (Ive read a lot of people complaining about the A/C, to that i can just say morocco is one of the warmest places on earth specially during the summer time and thats not anything even the best A/C can solve) The only negative thing is the area around the hotel once was a ”highend” district with lots of luxury hotels sadly the last couple of years the area has been in decay leaving it quite ”dead” which means you have to find a taxi to get to anywhere interesting which is not a big cost (20Dh-40dh), but can be tricky if you are travelling more then 3 persons due to lack of big taxis and the fact that small taxi´s only take 3 people. I have seen tons of bad reviews. They must have improved a lot recently because I did not have any essential issues. Nevertheless, I will try to give the pros and cons of this hotel -: The communication could be better and more clear, we weren't sure when to check out; Some of the equipment in the rooms could be replaced +: The staff is very polite and hospitable. There is a very, very affordable restaurant with pleasant meals. There are two inside gardens, one with a pool, both perfect for freelancing travelers like myself. The location is in a nice part of Marrakech, with many clubs and cafes, and also perhaps a 12 min walk to Kathouba and 15 to Jeema el Fna. There is also a Carrefour nearby which comes pretty handy

Mengenai bilik, permulaan bercampur-campur untuk penginapan saya dan malam pertama, sangat gila dan melihat kebersihan, bilik pertama saya sangat berdebu dan tidak terlindung, keesokan harinya, pasukan penyambut tetamu memberitahu saya mengenainya. bilik berubah, lebih kurang habuk tetapi tidak mengikut jangkaan saya, saya rasa bilik memerlukan sedikit penyelenggaraan dan menyegarkan. Mengenai kawasan umum, kebersihan adalah sangat baik dan gel hidroalkohol tersedia. Bagi gimnasium dan kolam renang, hebat saya tiada apa-apa untuk dikatakan, sangat dijaga dengan baik. Kateringnya betul, tetapi sesetengah restoran hotel ditutup kerana Covid. Ejen-ejen di penerimaan tetamu, katering, SPA dan kolam renang penuh perhatian dan sangat responsif. Sayang sekali tiada kemungkinan pemindahan dari lapangan terbang yang sangat bagus apabila anda mendarat pada jam 11:50 malam. Akhirnya, penginapan ini berjalan lancar walaupun terdapat beberapa penambahbaikan yang perlu dibuat dan rasa perincian yang perlu dibangunkan. Terima kasih atas penginapan ini.
