The hotel is closed to the airport its around 20 minutes by uber taxi. I got room with river view which is nice, and room style is look like Japanese. All facilities are good except one thing you should upgrade your TV to Android TV instead because all channels inside are Indian with Hindi language. It's better to have channel either Netflix, HBO, Disney and Amazon Prime inside and we can sync from our mobile phone. Breakfast is 80% vegie & 20% non-vegie not much variety which is fine because I can order "Bacon and Egg". Location: The hotel a bit outside the city it takes around 20-25 minutes to Nexus and Palladium Shopping Mall.

it has a good Italian inside, the hotel is clean but the normal room doesn't have a bath tub.

Customers received feedback about the lack of professionalism from the staff. They did not pick up my customer while I had previously booked. They compensated by dropping off but it seems they also forgot this information. My guests complained a lot and said they would never return to that hotel because of the lack of professionalism. I don't believe that I booked a customer for a high amount of money and this happened to a big brand. The hotel is really bad

Excellent all round. Spacious well decorated rooms, with very comfortable beds and high quality linens. Helpful staff too.

The most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk manager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s demands. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. Manoj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends

Booked same hotel as another colleague. Room n amenities are acceptable.

Concierge desk officer were not able to redeem the voucher details through trip.com I have been disturbed many times to collect money even though I paid through trip.com

Well maintained hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom with all basic amenities as required. Polite and friendly staff, we have opted for room with breakfast and food was quite delicious with multiple options. I noticed that they are serving vegetable juices apart from other drinks which was quite unique. I have never seen vegetable juice in any hotel till now.

Beatiful hotel with excellent serviand super food. Highly recommended.
