شكرا لجميع خدماتكم عديت جمعة مزيانة برشا من احلى ايامات حياتي تمشي البار تلقى خدامة محلاتهم الضحكة في الوجه وين ماتمشي نحس روحك ملك من المعاملة الطيبة المطعم فيه برشا انواع متع لحوم واسماك ودجاج كلها اطباق من الذ ما تاكل الغرفة كانت واسعة مطلة على البحر تزورنا الشمس كل صباح موظفين محترمين واحترافيين من المدير إلى حارس الباب بلحق فندق اقل مايقال عنه انه جميل شكرا جزيلا للجميع

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Hôtel bondé et donc tous les desagrements qui vont avec: resto sale, buffet ravagé, discotheque mal frequentee le soir, pas de clim. Aucun calme malgré la periode creuse choisie pour mon sejour! Personnel de chambre au top! Remarque: impossible de se poser au petit bar pour deguster un café et profiter du wifi car c'est envahi de personnes qui ne consomment rien mais fument assidument. Tres désagréable!

Back from this hotel Was lovely and quiet with it being Ramadan Hotel rooms bit out dated but who goes on holiday to spend all there time in room You can walk along the beach to the harbour don't bother with taxis it's about an hours walk Taking your time Paragliding was 100 tunsian dinar or 150 for 2 people and they take children up aswell or you can go up with instructor Hotel was kept nice and clean The hotel manager would come out at 3pm and sweep the full complex with dustpan and brush All staff very friendly Kids park needs a bit of work Quad biking was 200 tunsian dinar for 2 people pick up from harbour that was for hour half Food something for everybody if you don't try you never know if your going to like there cuisine 3rd time to tunsia now will be going back Next year for sons 18th birthday

Encore un séjour parfait en famille hôtel très propre personnel très agréable du directeur aux femmes de ménages , la réception parfaite , les repas beaucoup de diversité ,nous invitons les français a y venir , car franchement vous y serez très bien accueilli , malgré les différents commentaires négatif que j'ai pu lire sur ce site je pense qu'il faut y allez pour ce rendre compte du réel , personnellement nous y allons 3 /4 fois par ans est nous sommes a chaque fois surpris agréablement .

We are currently staying here brilliant hotel, food is beautiful, hotel is very clean, wifi works brilliant, staff are all very friendly, cash machine and exchange in the hotel, rooms are nice beds are comfortable, only 1 pillow but they are fine, clean towels everyday, it’s a short walk to the beach but once your there the staff bring your drinks down for you so that’s a plus, the animation team can be a Little pushy but they are into trying to make everyone join in and they could do with maybe being told about children with hidden disabilities just so they have some understanding but that’s not me complaining about them, I honestly can’t fault this hotel 1 bit

انا رولا من لبنان جيت انا وزوجي اسبوعين كانو اسبوعين من العمر اوتيل بيجنن والعمال كتير مهضومين وخدومين بس بدن طلب زوجي طلب نغير الغرفة اول مرة عشان التخت كان صغير بعد ساعة كانت الغرفة جاهزة الغرفة التانية كانت كتير حلوة بس ما بطل على المسبح كمان طلب نغير الغرفة كان في كتير عالم بالاوتيل كان فول بس لما صار في مجال ضغري غيرو الغرفة .أما بالنسبة للأكل كتير طيب وكل يوم كان الاكل غير مش نف البوفيه، الصبية يلي على répétions اسما وصال كتير طيوبة وبس بدا خدمة عطلة كانت كتيرحلوةواكيد رح عيدا وانشالله للأعلى يارب نحبكم برشا

Animation team were amazing. Franko and the team are brilliant and truly looked after our children!! They did everything, really attentive and involved everyone. We had the best time and we will defo come back again next year. Can’t wait 10/10 amazing x

A great hotel and a great comfortable stay. We went as a family and got back Saturday the 8th. A trip to remember as we got engaged on the beach! The room is comfortable and big enough- we had a lovely sea and pool view. The shower is great but a nightmare to get into as the glass screen doesn’t move- it was hard bathing the baby. One of the pillows was far too hard and that was quickly resolved! The cleaning staff were fantastic. The staff are what made the trip- they can’t do enough for you. Always had our table set up for lunch and tea and welcomed us with open arms every time. The man at the shop was very helpful with us buying the correct water for our baby. The man that served us around the pool was just as great. The food- it was nice however nothing tastes like ‘home’ my daughter and I didn’t particularly eat anything other than chips, pasta and breaded chicken or turkey for a week. Neither of us are particularly fussy I thought but It was hard work getting baby to eat. We even took weetabix for breakfast for her but the milk tastes very strange. My advice if travelling with a little one is to pack some home tins/ packets of food (they have a microwave) however the morning pastries were to die for!! My daughter loved dancing on the stage every night too! Over all a great trip and would recommend this hotel. A shame about food.

Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.
