Just wrote a review how terrible my stay was at the Short Pump Marriott in Virginia which I haven’t gotten a reply to yet from Perry the GM but talk about a place that should be rewarded and the Short Pump Marriott staff that needs to do some training at there location. Manager 5 stars/ Customer service agent that check me in 5 stars and thank me for being an ambassador elite w/o being prompted/ Bar tender James 5 stars who makes an unbelievable Moscow Mule/ Chef 5 stars for a burger that wasn’t raw and fries were hot and fresh!!! Thank you guys for renewing my faith in Marriott!!! James Merriweather

Oleh kerana pemindahan kecemasan dari kebakaran hutan, saya menempahnya di Ctrip, dan saya dapat bergerak sebelum pukul 3. Semasa wabak, bilik itu dibersihkan dan dimeteraikan, dan apabila ia dinyahjangkit dengan alkohol, ia merasakan ia dinyahjangkit sebelum dibersihkan, dan ia boleh berbau pada alat kawalan jauh. Terdapat Starbucks di kawasan sekitar, pusat membeli-belah tidak jauh, dan pasar raya. Terdapat masuk & keluar di seberang Lebuhraya 5. Jelas sekali kawasan sekitar adalah kawasan yang baik. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma.

So, I travel a lot and I make sure to do a lot of research on the hotel before I book. This place is a gem in the rough! This place is updated, super clean, the front desk lady was amazing! She is super nice and friendly! Free parking! One downside is it doesn’t include breakfast, but honestly for this price and what your receiving is so nice. I’m definitely going to be staying here again in the future!

Masa yang sesuai di pantai Laguna. Kakitangan hotel adalah ramah. Kami menikmati makan malam di atas bumbung meja makan sambil melihat matahari terbenam. Satu-satunya keluhan ialah ia akan menjadi baik untuk mempunyai microwave. Keseluruhan penginapan yang hebat.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly check in and check out. I didn't have the breakfast but the coffee was good.

Hotel hibrid serba baharu (Hampton Inn di satu pihak, Homewood Suites di sebelah yang lain - kedua-duanya hotel pelancongan yang sangat baik) dengan akses keluar masuk lebuh raya yang mudah, tempat letak kenderaan percuma di tempat letak kereta berbumbung atau terbuka. Bilik saya betul-betul bersebelahan dengan susur keluar lebuh raya I-5 Utara, namun saya tidak mendengar sebarang bunyi jalan di dalam bilik. Kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah mesra, sopan dan cekap. Sarapan pagi adalah panas - dengan pelbagai jenis makanan dan minuman panas dan sejuk. NOTA: Penginapan saya adalah semasa peringkat oren peringkat COVID jadi peraturan sarapan mungkin telah dilonggarkan pada masa itu dan bukannya sarapan pagi berbeg coklat biasa semasa peringkat COVID yang lebih ketat. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi jika perjalanan saya membawa saya ke daerah Orange, terutamanya sekarang apabila ia masih mempunyai ”bau kereta baharu”. Dengan mudah 5 daripada 5 bintang - 😎😎😎😎😎.

I had family and friends stay at this hotel as we were having my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at the Irvine Improv at the Spectrum. This location was great for our group. We contracted with Madisyn in Sales and she was fantastic! When we were at the hotel, Eric at the front desk helped us all out daily. He seemed to be there day and night! He was made our stay enjoyable and he helped fix some little errors. He addressed us by name and made us feel at home. Eric was amazing! Thank you!
