So far kedudukan hotel berdekatan dengan pasaraya lotus.ada warung jualan makanan berdekatan hotel...tempat makan viral yang sedap dan padu juga ada berdekatan dengan hotel...tapi semasa trip kami pada 30/12/22 hingga 31/12/22 kolam mandi di hotel sedang dalam pembaikan..katanya sehingga bulan 1/2023.jadi agak hambar sikit cz anak2 kurang seronok xdapat mandi kolam...so far lain-lain perkhidmatan ok dan menyeronokkan

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

It's been long time I didn't write my review about my travelling activity. End of July I was staying with my husband and my toddler son.i don't mine if the hotel was old or else.however the service that the reception give so not called hotelier. The reception staff all are gentlemen,no politeness and happy to serve a guest. My room very clean and big.however the aroma when you open the room not nice.its smell so sticky. During night time there is no air conditioning.My kattle in room got problem we have report to them at reception but no action , I can't boil hot water to make my son milk.its need my husband come down at down stairs to take it by him self.the hotel staff not show that their wanted to help us. So for me even it's cheap but not worthy to stay if the staff not willing to help.

As my title stated, the room 105 has a connecting door which we don't mind at all, however the lock button is from the other side of the room, means that our neighbour next door may enter our room easily, which lead us to block the door using table and chair. We also stayed here with our 65 years old mom, and the hotel didn't have elevator to go to the room, not a good choice for old folks or those who have bad knees, however i take the blame for didn't do my research enough. Good side : the hotel and room is clean and well maintained, the room is spacious, considering the amount we've paid, it's a good hotel, bar the connecting door.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and new. Hotel provides free parking, however it tends to get full by night, so be prepared to park your car outside by the road side. Apparently its safe. No breakfast provided and no restaurants within walking distance. If you have your own transport and all you want is a clean comfortable budget stay then this place is suitable for you. If you dont have your own transport, suggest you give your decision a second thought. For me, overall it was worth it.

I’m glad I found this boutique hotel in Alor Setar, which given me the reason to stay overnight to enjoy this place. Located right at the Pekan Cina, a lovely Chinese town beside the river. This boutique hotel only have 5 rooms available, which transformed from an old shophouse. It has a very minimal interior retaining its heritage structure. There’s even a small pool at the rooftop overlooking the skyline of Alor Setar. The room I got was very spacious to move around. There’s TV, fridge and oil diffuser as well. I would say the toilet and shower room might not comfortable for friends or family, as it is an open concept without privacy. Even there’s curtain but it won’t cover fully. The shower tap wasn’t strong enough for me. Since it is transformed from old shophouse, the wood flooring will create lots of noise as you move around. And it doesn’t help when there’s people moving outside as well. You would hear it very clearly. If you drive, they provided complimentary parking at the front of the hotel. But it is limited to only 2 slots and depends on the availability.

Thanks for the great friendly helpful service that hand out my and my 2 small kids which is only 2&3yrs Old. To management, I would like to compliment your staff as below 19th July 23, night shift front desk 20tg July 23, Morning shift front desk staff Please extend my sincere appreciated and thanks to their excellent service. Unfortunately we unable to get their name. My mum ( aunty sesak) in alor setar was check in on 19th July mid night and depart next day Morning. Thanks for the great friendly helpful service that hand out my and my 2 small kids which is only 2&3yrs Old. Staff so helpful by loan phone charger and Assist my sister to pick up my mum at the nx day. A little small hand means everything for an elder aunty w 2 grandchildren. Well done for the team

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.
