Beautiful, clean, fresh smell of wood in the room. The shower was excellent. The entire facility is beautiful and clean with great service on top of a mountain in Switzerland. The funicular that brings you up to the lodge is so cool with the best views. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain at the funicalar entrance for 14 francs/day. The lodge is right next to the funicular. The breakfast buffet is really good quality extra charge. Beautiful hiking trails. Everything is perfect at this lodge. Highly recommend.

Check in und Frühstück befinden sich im Schwesterhotel, 5-10min entfernt. Wir haben uns für den Freihof entschieden, da er günstiger war. Für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben, waren wir begeistert! Die Badzimmer sind relativ neu, alles ist sehr sauber und man profitiert an vielen Stellen vom 4-Stern Service: Beispielsweise hat es verschiedene Pflegeprodukte, Nähset, Rasierset, Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer etc. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und das Personal äusserst freundlich & zuvorkommend. Es war für uns kein Problem, ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zum Schwesterhotel zu gehen, um zu frühstücken und einzuchecken, es war uns den Preisunterschied. Alles in Allem absolut zu empfehlen!

Mon séjour au Panorama Resort & Spa à Feusisberg a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Situé majestueusement au-dessus du pittoresque lac de Zurich, cet hôtel offre une expérience de vacances inoubliable tant par son emplacement spectaculaire que par ses prestations haut de gamme. Perché sur une colline surplombant le lac de Zurich l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre une vue à couper le souffle. Chaque matin, je me réveillais avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur les eaux scintillantes du lac et les sommets enneigés des montagnes alentour. La tranquillité et la sérénité de cet endroit sont vraiment incomparables. Lors de mon arrivée, le professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel étaient remarquables. Très attentionné, serviable et toujours prêt à répondre aux besoins et à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable que possible. J'ai séjourné au sein d’une très belle suite avec vue sur le lac et je n'aurais pas pu rêver mieux. La chambre était spacieuse élégamment décorée et dotée de toutes les commodités modernes nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Le lit était luxueux et douillet garantissant des nuits de sommeil reposant après une journée bien remplie à explorer la région. Le Panorama Resort & Spa propose une gamme complète de services et d'équipements de classe mondiale. Le spa entièrement rénové était une oasis de détente où il est possible de se ressourcer et de se faire choyer avec une variété de soins de bien-être. Vous y retrouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La piscine intérieure est grande, et la piscine chauffée extérieure offrait une vue panoramique sur le lac ce qui rendait la baignade encore plus agréable. Un pur bonheur surtout avec le ciel rosé lors du coucher de soleil. Il est possible de se restaurer au Spa Akari tout au long de la journée à l’étage avec le très généreux buffet proposé. Les options gastronomiques proposées par les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient tout simplement délicieuses. Que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner avec un large choix de produits locaux, mais aussi plus exotique de grande qualité. Concernant le dîner, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité et la diversité des plats proposés. Le premier soir, j’ai pu tester le restaurant Collina où l’on retrouve des plats d’une finesse incroyable. Mon choix s’est porté sur : steak tartare, chateaubriand sauce béarnaise, dessert chocolat, brownie fruits, exquis !!! Pour le dernier soir, je me devais de réaliser l’expérience du restaurant Loy Fah de l’Hôtel qui compte 14 points au Gault & Millau. Là encore un service irréprochable et une qualité de plat exceptionnelle. J’ai opté pour le Contemporary Thai set Menu 1 qui se décompose en 4 plats ainsi que de délicieux cocktails à la présentation très originale et au goût succulent. L’Hôtel propose également une multitude d'activités pour les clients. Il est possible de profiter de randonnées dans les environs ou de se rendre rapidement au centre de Zurich. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Das Abendessen: qualitativ hochwertig und sehr gut, jedoch kleine Portionen für hohen Preis. Das Restaurant empfiehlt für jeden 3 Sachen auf der Speisekarte auszuwählen… Gemütliches Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und tolles Rooftop-Restaurant mit Panoramasicht. Die Parkplätze sind klein, so daß man mit einem großen Wagen eher anderthalb Parkplatz braucht. War jedoch kein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden wieder hinfahren.

Sehr freundlchem Empfang wurden wir begrüsst. Genug Parkplätze und Ruhe sind weitere positive Eindrücke. Schöne Zimmer, gute Matrazen, guter Schlaf und ein ordentliches Frühstück mit Kaffeeauswahl runden den Aufenthalt ab. Die Jugendherberge ist ein perfekter Ort für Gruppennächtigungen!

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy. I did not think this hotel could surpass the extraordinary reviews, but it did. We stayed for 4 days at the end of an almost three week Swiss vacation and are very glad we did. We had an LHW reservation and stayed in a junior suite, 307. The room was spectacular--large, terrific views, two balconies, huge bed, refrigerator (which was filled daily), incredible room technology (which took us a while to figure out) and an amazing bathroom. The housekeeping was excellent and the room was immaculate when we checked in and after every daily service. The staff is first rate. This was our first visit and I had a number of pre-arrival questions, all of which were answered quickly and were a great deal of help. We had some arrival logistics concerns--by boat or by train, and the hotel helped sort that out easily. The hotel has several cars, and they are happy to run us to places, like Festung Vitznau, which was amazing. You have to love the Swiss check in process; so much more civilized than in the US. Ours was relaxed and very thorough--Anna did an excellent job and the tour on the way to our room could not have been better. The food was terrific. The first night there was a function in the lobby and much of the hotel, so we had dinner in the bar area, seated next to warm fire. I had one of the best steaks of my life and my wife said her vegetarian meal was outstanding, Breakfast is also well done, and the choices are endless. I was surprised at the small size of the pancakes and french toast, but I did not leave hungry. The ”self serve” prosciutto machine is unique and a nice touch, The breads and fruits are all fresh and the numerous choices will satisfy anyone. The service is discrete and attentive--we enjoyed our extended conversations with Jade each morning. Room service was also very tasty. Our meals arrived promptly and were hot. The pool is breathtaking. Overlooking the lake, heated and hardly used. The exercise facility is small, but over looks the pool and was never crowded. It would be nice to have an American station--ESPN maybe--on the machines, but this i a minor issue. The hotel itself is spectacular--the public spaces are lots of glass and views of the lake---breathtaking in many locations. The tennis court was a minor reason for our visit, and it could use a little work. It is an omnicourt--a carpet with sand in the bristles, which, if properly maintained (and not much is required) is an excellent playing surface. This court could use some updated maintenance and work on the net, as well as collection of many cigarette butts on the surface--again a relatively minor issue. We had very high expectations for this hotel, and they were exceeded. The hotel is not cheap, but even given the price, it is money well spent. It is a real value. We are in the process of booking a return trip next May.......for a longer stay.... We have stayed in lots of 5 star hotels around the world and The Park H

Die Lage direkt am See ist genial: Schwimmen im Zürichsee, Pedalo_Miete, riesige Wiese, toller Spielplatz, Beizli... Ideal für Familien. Die Jugi (schöne umgebaute ehemalige Seidenfabrik) ist etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Stabile, bequeme Doppelstockbetten. Bei offenem Fenster hört man den Zug. Die WCs und Duschen auf der Etage sind auch sauber und wie die ganze Jugi modern renoviert. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und fein. Brot (keine Brötchen/Gipfeli), Konfi, Butter, etc. und auch Käse, Aufschnitt, Ei, Müesli und so weiter. Natürlich auch Saft und guten Kaffee gibt es. Ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle stehen für Gäste zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder!
