Relais Colle Buono ★★★★

📍 Via Colle Buono, 2, Alvito

"We just returned from a five-day stay at the Relais Colle Buono and was an absolutely perfect experience. Beautiful property and views of the valley and mountains, clean and spacious rooms, very good restaurant for breakfast (included) and dinner along with a great wine list and cocktail bar for aperitivo around the infinity pool. Perfect location near Alvito and the many nearby villages of the Valcomino. The entire Colle Buono staff during the course of our stay were super polite and attentive, and went to extra step to know our names, preference and interests -- and to help us with our limited Italian vocabulary. While we did not use their spa services, feedback from other guests that we met during our stay was very positive. We highly recommend the Relais Colle Buono in Alvito and the Valcomino, and will definitely stay there again during our next visit to the region. Sincerely, D. Macioce Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania June 2026"

Relais Colle Buono ★★★★
"This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious but the hotel’s deck was very worn and could pose a trip hazard. Also the tea in the spa was old. The spa was clean and spacious. It had a jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, and a steam shower. It also had a waterbed in a salt room. Of all the hotels, this was the most sparse of the breakfasts. It was complete and if you wanted eggs they would make them but the variety of fruits and bread wasn’t as great. The hotel is outside of downtown but only by about 5 minutes."
