Arrived early April for late ski trip through smaller operator. Nightmare start as Arinsal closed slopes the day we arrived! The hotel was great, check in easy, nice first floor room all clean, modern comfy big beds, little balcony and everything you need. The restaurant was great, we were half board, breakfasts covered most options including crepes cooked to order. Dinner was plentiful, nice choices, salads, grilled meats, stews and nice cheese and mrar platters. Only gripe would be no drinks included at dinner so everything chargeable including water. Downstairs loads of pool tables, games and a bar. Give the b kids a few euros and enjoy 4 euro pints of Estrella while they play! Our departure was early in the morning and they insisted on having a packed breakfast for us to take with us. Biggest bonus was we had to take buses to Ordino Arcalis to ski. First stop was this hotel and always stopped on the way back. Lovely, friendly, hotel. Ramon in the restaurant was brilliant and made a real fuss of our son. The reception team relaxed and accommodating. Good value hotel, and would be brilliantly located if we were able to ski at Arinsal.

Modern hotel with rushing river and mountains around it. Lovely room, comfortable bed with good mattress, pillows and soft linens. Bathroom is open plan wet room with great double shower and nice quality products provided. The room was cold when we arrived and we had to speak to staff 5 times over many hours before anything was done. Restaurant is boring, underground, low roof and noisy. Plenty of food choices but food quite bland, often luke warm and everything has pork in it - poor for a vegetarian, almost impossible for vegan. The restaurant staff were all really friendly and helpful, though restaurant manager was a bit surly at times. The main entrance/reception staff were not good, except for the mature lady who was very helpful. The open plan reception/bar area is less appealing than a dentist waiting room. The bar was often unmanned. I said we would not stay again because during our week , 4xcoach loads of teenagers were there - the noise levels, unruly and bad mannered Portuguese and Spanish kids was disgraceful. Banging doors, shouting and running around until 2-3am, meals times was like St Trinians 😠 Complaints ++ were made by many but nothing changed. School trips a regular feature of this hotel - beware.

personnel de restauration et d'accueil très charmants, buffet et petit déjeuné correct sans plus le parking attention réserver à l'avance car il n 'y a pas assez de place pour tout le monde très étroit attention aux manœuvres.. les équipements sont bien mais un peu vétuste quand même piscine chauffée à 30°c et jaccusi à 35,5°c parfait pour se détendre juste une odeur de moisie .. sauna parfait salle de sport cours de fitness le soir parfait salle de jeux parfait aussi petit bémol il y qu'une seule terrasse dans cet hôtel elle est top car en rooftop belle vue mais son accès est interdit après 20h00 (on peu comprendre pour éviter les risques de chute ou autres surtout que l'hôtel comporte 10 étages) dommage si on souhaite se poser pour fumer une cigarette ou un cigare les chambres sont trop chauffées à mon gout, plaira aux frileux les salles da bains sont propres mais les équipements sont vétustes les chambres sont très grandes sols les sont vétustes voir dégradées les portes des chambres sont mal insonorisées les couloirs sont propre moquette propre est moderne les ascenseurs sont fonctionnels et propres un accès piéton en façade arrière au centre ville est un plus

Restaura te del hotel Les Closes, en pleno meollo de las compras de Andorra, buen menú calidad precio, tomé un rissoto buenisimo y hay una oferta variada de postres como dulce final. Agradable atención, muy buena opción en Eslcaldes - Andorra

This is a great hotel! The staff are super helpful, friendly & all multi-lingual. Special thanks to Alex on reception & Judith in the spa for an excellent massage. The food is fresh and varied & staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and efficient. The Irish bar has a good vibe with soft-play area for little kids plus there’s darts, pool table & other activities for adults & kids to enjoy together. The spa has everything you need after a day on the slopes, we also used the gym which has all the basic equipment (however it was a little too warm to stay in there for long). We enjoyed the great views over Canillo from the room, which was super clean & with comfortable beds. The shuttle runs on demand so we were at the ski lift in a mater of minutes. Will definitely stay at this little gem of a hotel again!

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Perfect location in Andorra. Very good support with the forfait purchase, the reception helped a lot with them. To highlight the breakfast with lots of options. To remark a bad point probably the heat at the rooms, in February we think that the temperature was so hot.
