An overall great experience in this hotel. The room I got was cute and has a small kitchen, it has the appliances you need to cook a meal, and plates, utensils as well, there is even a oven that you can heat up all the pastries you brought back to your room, the pastel de nata in the cafe down stairs at the hotel’s lobby were good. But what save my trip was the washer/dryer in the room, been travel for almost 2 weeks without doing laundry until I checked in to this hotel. If I’ve ever returned to Lisbon, will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Hotel com localização excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Excelente pequeno almoço. Quartos confortáveis com um ”miminho” para os hóspedes (no nosso caso, bolachinhas, snacks e água). Recomendo vivamente.

What more can I say? Best hotel in Expo Lisbon. Very convenient location and close to all attractions. Friendly staff and impeccable room with river view. Will definitely be back

Nice hotel, great location, amazing staff, good breakfast

IHG can be very irritating. When you book, the web site doesn't tell you about the ongoing lobby refurb, which must be taking the most amount of time ever for the least work done. Just before you arrive, you then get the ”hey we're doing a refurb email”. Very disingenuous and IHG could do better. The nice thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. Friendly and painless early check in when we were expecting to have to leave the bags. 9th floor rooms that are acceptable, but tired and really nothing special. However the mattress was comfy, the shower fiesty, and there were plenty of electrical outlets and charging points. The squeaky wooden floors need to go, and the air con could do with modernisation. Diamond status got me free breakfast, and the beaming smiles of the breakfast staff lift you for the day, even if the quite reasonable breakfast is served in a soulless underground prison cell WITH NO LIFT to get down there, a 0/10 if you have a disability. The public areas are a 1970s disaster. Space is limited, but a huge amount is given over to a tired ”garden feature” which needs to go. Lobby seating is limited and needs a redesign - somone let a designer loose on it who had no real practical experience of comfort or usage. Hotel wifi is old. It constantly logs you out if you're not active and requires you to reconnect. The hotel is well situated even if some distance from the sights. Entrecampos station ia a five minute walk, as is Campo Pequeno with the metro. There's always taxis at the front of the hotel. In the local area there's a supermarket, pharmacy, and several restaurants within a few minutes. I'd recommend the Chinese Huang He which has a buffet every night, with a superb selection of value for money dishes.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Di Liberty Avenue, Loewe berada di tingkat pertama lobi. Mewah untuk berjalan sepanjang jalan, yang bagus untuk gadis yang suka membeli. Sarapan pagi sangat-sangat, tiada apa yang perlu dilakukan, tiada yang istimewa. Tingkat atas adalah bar kecil, menghadap ke seluruh Liberty Avenue adalah bagus.

Amazing ad Always. The staff is very attentive . Breakfast is the best i have had . Hotel facilities are modern and and very chic . Will most definitely be back .

Location - The property is an iconic pink building in the heart of the city centre and located along the hilly slopes of the city. It seems it has an interesting history of being a former radio station as well as home to the first luxury warehouse in the city in the XIX century as well as of the first Portuguese public, which could explain its really quaint design. Room - My room at 22SqM was really cosy but looks exactly like it is in pics - 2pax would definitely be a squeeze though in that space. The narrow walkway is an easy indication of the limited space to come. They did still managed to fit a small wardrobe, safe, and small fridge with some shelving space to the right of the entrance way which I thought was quite impressive. There was a cute tote bag but I wasn't sure if it was for taking or stay-use only so left it alone. As a Bonvoy Elite (Platinum and above), the mini bar comes complimentary which I thought was quite generous even though it excluded the vodka and champagne - beers and snacks sound good enough! Breakfast - breakfast is served at Rocco from 6:30am-10:30am and is a semi buffet style where you pick a main with a small buffet laid out. It did take a while for the staff to bring me the menu which I thought was weird as I was only the 4th occupied table there. I selected the Avocado Toast with creamed spinach and disappointed to report that it was not good - they didn't even have real avocados in the dish but just avocado cream which I didn't expect from a property at this price point. There are three things that, in my opinion, separate this hotel from the rest: Location, because it is located in the center of everything Lisbon: attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops, all within walking distance from the hotel. Customer Service is second to none; they arrange our transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, they showed us all tour options available for our short stay, and everything with a smile and kind words. Last but not least, the buffet breakfast was amazing; too many options to choose from. Our next flight was scheduled at 6:30 am, and we were not able to have our breakfast, so they prepare 2 small boxes with our breakfasts, to have it on the go.
