В целом, достаточно хорошо. Локация в центре города, близко почти ко всему, что мне требовалось. Цена очень хорошая. Комната, которую взял была на 5-ом этаже и была рассчитана на двух человек, потому один там чувствовал себя очень просторно. Комната и постельное бельё были чистыми, без нареканий, ночью было достаточно тихо, ничего не мешало сну, днём периодично были слышны звуки ремонта (сверлили дрелью). В номере был электрочайник, сахар, чай, кофе, вода 0.5 л. (две бутылки, т.к. номер был рассчитан на двух людей), стаканы и чашки, холодильник, телевизор, телефон, чтобы позвонить в ресторан или на ресепшн, вентилятор. В душе были наборы для чистки зубов (зубная щётка, паста), гель для душа и шампунь. Напор воды более чем устроил. Если заканчивалась питьевая вода можно позвонить на ресепшн и в номер принесут еще воды, но есть ограничение по кол-ву бутылок день, в моём случае в номере на двоих это было 2 бутылочки 0.5 л. В мою опцию были включены завтраки, мне понравилось: завтраки из себя представляли шведский стол, можно было набрать всего по желанию - ограничений не было, но сами завтраки день ото дня почти не отличались. На 2-ой день были серьёзные проблемы с Wifi, проблемы были не только у меня, звонил на ресепшн, за весь день проблему не решили, увы. Подпортило впечатление. На 17-ом этаже есть ресторан, посетил его, было вкусно, уютно и по цене довольно неплохо. Меню обширное, рамэн очень понравился! === Overall, good enough. The room and linens were clean, no complaints, at night it was quiet enough, nothing interfered with sleep, during the day periodically were heard the sounds of repair (drilling). In the room was an electric kettle, sugar, tea, coffee, water 0.5 liters (two bottles, because the room was designed for two people), glasses and cups, refrigerator, TV, telephone to call the restaurant or reception, fan. The shower had tooth brushing kits (toothbrush, toothpaste), shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure was more than satisfactory. If you ran out of drinking water you can call the reception and the room will bring more water, but there is a limit on the number of bottles a day, in my case in the room for two people it was 2 bottles 0.5 liters. In my option were included breakfasts, I liked it: breakfasts were buffet, you could get everything at will - there were no restrictions, but the breakfasts from day to day almost did not differ from day to day. On the 2nd day there were serious problems with Wifi, the problems were not only with me, I called the reception, for the whole day the problem was not solved, alas. It spoiled the impression. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor, visited it, it was tasty, cozy and the price is pretty good. The menu is extensive, I really liked the ramen!

This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

Приятное место. За адекватную цену комфортное проживание. Ремонт свежий, номер не убитый, заходишь и сразу ощущение, что за состоянием номерного фонда следят. Есть чайник, стаканы, кружки, пакетики чая (что очень приятно), холодильник. Бельё свежее, матрас удобный. Чисто. Администратор вежливая, при заселении сразу выдают бутылочку воды (но хотелось бы 2, при заселении 2 человек). На окне есть сетка от насекомых - это было очень важно для нас. Минусы - отсутствие лифта и месторасположение (за окном шумно). Только за это уберу одну звёздочку, тк владельцы, думаю, заранее понимали, что в таком здании идеального комфорта быть не может. Благо есть кондёр, и окно при закрытии наглухо блокирует шум, за это спасибо. Словом, если вы не против делать по лесенкам постоянный топ-топ, то рекомендую, здесь уютно.

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

I had a very good long-term stay at the Park-Inn in Astana. The staff was very nice and friendly. i would particularly like to thank Ms Valentina Cherkassova, the Sales Manager, for promptly accommodating all requests. I will come back!

Отель хороший. Можно было бы на этом и закончить. Если серьёзно, то замечаний, по большому счету, нет. Хорошие номера, очень располагающий персонал, вкусные завтраки. Внешне, чем-то неуловимо напоминает турецкие отели, но это субъективно. Рекомендую.

We chose this hotel because of many great reviews about friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and tasty food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ainur!!! The location is great. We recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone to stay both for leisure and for work

Excellent international breakfast. Very helpful staff fluent in English. Good location for the Great Mosque and Expo Centre, a short taxi ride from the city centre. Very clean and comfortable room with all mod cons.

Отличный отель! Расположен не в самом центре, но все удобно и в пешей доступности, транспортная развязка вроде тоже удобная…. Рядом много кафе, торговые комплексы, огромный рынок! Единственный минус если жить долго…. Уборщица на все этажи одна и физически не может успеть прибраться на всех 10 этажах, на 10 поднималась уже в 23:30 приносила мне только воду, но и за это ей спасибо!!!! Рекомендую к проживанию!!!!
