A truly excellent hotel in all aspects possible! It does not get better than this. Excellence in service, standards, cleanliness, selection, breakfast, room service, attention from staff. Simple a delight to stay here!

Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

Плюсы: -потрясающий вид на город через панорамные окна (рекомендую для фотосессий😉, фото прикрепила) -чистота -наличие бассейна -расположение: в центре, до всего можно дойти пешком, идеально для туристов. Рядом трц, супермаркет. Минусы: -в моем номере была дверь в другой номер (есть на фото, позади кресла) о которой не предупредили. Через нее слышен был разговор и смех проживающих в соседнем номере. Как минимум надо о таком предупреждать, как максимум снизить номер на такой номер -72% растаявший СПРЕД вместо сливочного масла на завтраке! Это ужас для отеля такого уровня. -официанты не смогли подсказать как работает тостер, приклейте к тостеру краткую инструкцию -скажите официантам на завтраке что смахивать крошки на пол это не нормально, их надо аккуратно вытирать тряпкой и не на пол, причем крошки убирать из под солонок и перечниц тоже!

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

Приятное место. За адекватную цену комфортное проживание. Ремонт свежий, номер не убитый, заходишь и сразу ощущение, что за состоянием номерного фонда следят. Есть чайник, стаканы, кружки, пакетики чая (что очень приятно), холодильник. Бельё свежее, матрас удобный. Чисто. Администратор вежливая, при заселении сразу выдают бутылочку воды (но хотелось бы 2, при заселении 2 человек). На окне есть сетка от насекомых - это было очень важно для нас. Минусы - отсутствие лифта и месторасположение (за окном шумно). Только за это уберу одну звёздочку, тк владельцы, думаю, заранее понимали, что в таком здании идеального комфорта быть не может. Благо есть кондёр, и окно при закрытии наглухо блокирует шум, за это спасибо. Словом, если вы не против делать по лесенкам постоянный топ-топ, то рекомендую, здесь уютно.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Расположение удобное - на такси минут 25 от аэропорта, до центра города тоже минут 20 пешком. Завтрак - шведкий стол (немного фруктов, сосиски, яичница, блинчики, сырная и колбасная нарезка), кофе, различные напитки - я не особо привередлива, мне понравилось. Сотрудники однозначный плюс - отзывчивые, вежливые. Из минусов - в ванной комнате холодно и видно, что фонд неновый - потрепаная дверь, шатающийся туалет, ненадежная розетка. Также в отеле не курят, но запах курева (?) ночью ощущался (возможно, из ресторана на первом этаже доносился). дял того, чтобы чисто переночевать подойдет, в целом.

В целом, достаточно хорошо. Локация в центре города, близко почти ко всему, что мне требовалось. Цена очень хорошая. Комната, которую взял была на 5-ом этаже и была рассчитана на двух человек, потому один там чувствовал себя очень просторно. Комната и постельное бельё были чистыми, без нареканий, ночью было достаточно тихо, ничего не мешало сну, днём периодично были слышны звуки ремонта (сверлили дрелью). В номере был электрочайник, сахар, чай, кофе, вода 0.5 л. (две бутылки, т.к. номер был рассчитан на двух людей), стаканы и чашки, холодильник, телевизор, телефон, чтобы позвонить в ресторан или на ресепшн, вентилятор. В душе были наборы для чистки зубов (зубная щётка, паста), гель для душа и шампунь. Напор воды более чем устроил. Если заканчивалась питьевая вода можно позвонить на ресепшн и в номер принесут еще воды, но есть ограничение по кол-ву бутылок день, в моём случае в номере на двоих это было 2 бутылочки 0.5 л. В мою опцию были включены завтраки, мне понравилось: завтраки из себя представляли шведский стол, можно было набрать всего по желанию - ограничений не было, но сами завтраки день ото дня почти не отличались. На 2-ой день были серьёзные проблемы с Wifi, проблемы были не только у меня, звонил на ресепшн, за весь день проблему не решили, увы. Подпортило впечатление. На 17-ом этаже есть ресторан, посетил его, было вкусно, уютно и по цене довольно неплохо. Меню обширное, рамэн очень понравился! === Overall, good enough. Location is in the center of the city, close to almost everything I needed. The price is very good. The room I took was on the 5th floor and was for two people, so one felt very spacious there. The room and linens were clean, no complaints, at night it was quiet enough, nothing interfered with sleep, during the day periodically were heard the sounds of repair (drilling). In the room was an electric kettle, sugar, tea, coffee, water 0.5 liters (two bottles, because the room was designed for two people), glasses and cups, refrigerator, TV, telephone to call the restaurant or reception, fan. The shower had tooth brushing kits (toothbrush, toothpaste), shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure was more than satisfactory. If you ran out of drinking water you can call the reception and the room will bring more water, but there is a limit on the number of bottles a day, in my case in the room for two people it was 2 bottles 0.5 liters. In my option were included breakfasts, I liked it: breakfasts were buffet, you could get everything at will - there were no restrictions, but the breakfasts from day to day almost did not differ from day to day. On the 2nd day there were serious problems with Wifi, the problems were not only with me, I called the reception, for the whole day the problem was not solved, alas. It spoiled the impression. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor, visited it, it was tasty, cozy and the price is pretty good. The menu is extensive, I really liked the ramen!

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

Excellent international breakfast. Very helpful staff fluent in English. Good location for the Great Mosque and Expo Centre, a short taxi ride from the city centre. Very clean and comfortable room with all mod cons.
