Muy justito para un 4 estrellas. Habitación que necesita un mantenimiento: pintura de las paredes sucias, puerta del baño que no abre bien por la humedad, dispensador de gel extremadamente duro y casi agotado (se agotó durante la ducha). Almohadas muy duras. No sé cuántos clientes se han quejado del mismo problema, de la poca comodidad de las almohadas, quizás lo más inteligente sería cambiarlas. En la cama nórdico sin sabana, dudo que cambien y laven la funda tras la salida de cada cliente, lo que me parece una falta de higiene. Desayuno justito (alguna opción más no sobraría) café malo, pero bollería más que aceptable. Afortunadamente nos encontramos con un buen camarero, de esos que te facilitan las cosas. Comentario a parte para el parquin. Queríamos dejar el coche dentro, pero como estaba nevando nos dijeron que, si la nieve se helaba, que seria lo más normal, no podríamos sacar el coche. Tirando sal especifica evitarían este problema a los clientes.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, enfrente a la muralla. Por ser 2 estrellas tienen un muy buen desayuno. El único inconveniente fue que nos dieron la habitaciones esta atrás de la recepción (entiendo que es para minusválido) y el baño tenia una ventana que daba al salón del restaurante, aunque el vidrio estaba esmerilado al encender la luz se veía todo para adentro, estaría bueno que eso lo puedan arreglar. Pero por lo demás, y repito al ser un 2 estrellas cumplió ampliamente las expectativas.

We stayed in this hotel for one night when traveling through Spain. We were a family of 8 and rented several rooms. All rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint was that the beds were really hard. I know many beds in Europe are harder than what we have in the US but it was very difficult to sleep. However area is great and the town itself was magical! We really enjoyed our time there and wished we had more time to explore!

DA EVITARE La peggiore esperienza mai avuta. Arrivata davanti alla porta dell'ostello alle 20.15, un cartello indicava che la reception avrebbe chiuso alle 19. Ho prenotato su Hopper e come orario limite per il check in erano indicate le 22, ho controllato su booking e dice la stessa cosa. Al primo numero segnato sul cartello non risponde nessuno, al secondo risponde una signora che mi dice che alla domenica chiudono alle sette, che non c'è nessuno e non può farmi aprire da nessuno. Provo a dirle diverse volte che questa cosa non era segnata da nessuna parte quando ho prenotato e nessuno mi ha mandato nessuna comunicazioni a riguardo (la prenotazione l'avevano, i soldi se li sono presi e tenuti, evidentemente pur sapendo che mancava almeno una persona prenotata se ne sono fregati e se ne sono andati senza neppure degnarsi di mandare un whatsapp o una mail). Le ribadisco che ho bisogno che qualcuno per favore mi venga ad aprire altrimenti dovrò dormire per strada, mi risponde che non può farci niente e mi chiude il telefono in faccia. Ho provato il giorno dopo a scrivere per farmi almeno rendere i soldi ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Alla fine per fortuna ho trovato in fretta e furia un altro alloggio. Non immagino cosa sarebbe successo se al mio posto ci fosse stata magari una persona anziana o con bambini piccoli o che non conosceva la lingua.

Hotel yang telah menyesuaikan diri dengan COVID19 dengan betul. Bangunan ini hanya mempunyai 4*. Kekurangan pengubahsuaian kecemasan. Kerusi dan kerusi berlengan tidak berlapik. Separuh daripada palam tidak berfungsi, dan tiada palam berhampiran katil.

Después de decidirnos por el hotel y ver algunos comentarios...fui la verdad algo recelosa, una grata sorpresa ver que mi recelo era equivocado,en recepción la atención fue ESPLÉNDIDA( mira que fui pesada) el salón precioso,el comedor perfecto nosotros reservamos media pensión y calidad/precio estaba muy bien(tb tienen carta para quien no quiera las opciones de menú) un hotel que tanto en el trato, como instalaciones etc es de 10,no sé si las quejas que leí eran de personas que suelen estar acostumbrados a hoteles de Abu dabi....yo viajo bastante ,en distintas categorías y en este repetiremos seguro.

Great location to view the city from the main viewing point and an easy walk into the town. Good easy parking and rooms did exactly what we expected. On site cafe snack bar was very good and great helpful service. Local restaurants near by. Very nice helpful reception staff. Great value for money.

This is very comfortable and convenient hotel right within the city walls of beautiful Avila, within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Access to the hotel by car is not very easy, but manageable, and there is some on site parking, although it’s a bit tight. Once parked and checked in you can relax in the pretty garden next to the bar. We were on a half board package and therefore had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food and service were excellent. I had an enormous salad for my starter and my husband chose the charcuterie plate, which was also very generous. There is no pool at the hotel, but Avila has so much to see that this did not matter. The hotel is set in ancient mansion and the decor, including a full suit of armour in the lobby, reflects this.
