"Breakfast: Very good, simple and healthy, appropriate food to start a day.
Room: Clean and Organized, FYI: heater and aircon of the room is operated by the front desk so make sure to check it they turn it on otherwise, like me, im freezing for 2 hours when i asked them why my room is cold 😅.
Staffs: they are all nice and accommodating. Just ask them anything if you need something to know. AND its a BIG PLUS they know how to convo in English! BRAVO!
what i like is there is a kitchenette and coffee machine and electric kettle.
I just hope that they will have a free cleaning in the room in a minimum stay or a broom and dustpan in the room. Because I stay for a week so 1 week no sweeping the floor all i can do is wipe the floor with tissue. or the towel they provide.
I COMMEND one guy(bald white) sorry for my description, 😅he is really attentive to serve the breakfast. Great service!

"Pros: The location is excellent. Situated between the old town and the modern shopping district. There is a supermarket right opposite and De Brouckere metro station entrance right beside it. The room meant for 4 adults is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean.
Cons: We stayed in early June where the weather was cooling so the Aircon was not functioning which is acceptable BUT we had to leave the windows open and the road downstairs was extremely noisy and eventful throughout the night. The kitchen was well equipped but it would be good to provide bigger bowls."

It has been a very comfortable stay at Whitlock16 hotel apart. The entire hotel feels new, clean, and well-maintained. The studio furnishings are modern, durable, and good quality, which made relaxing after a long day easy.
The lounge is a particularly nice perk for guests, providing a pleasant space to unwind with good amenities. Access was straightforward, and it adds noticeable value to the overall stay.
In terms of logistics, the location is extremely convenient for getting around, and the check-in and check-out process was fast, efficient, and hassle-free.

Gym is very simple, even no toilet. Check out experience is not good. It seems management is in poor level. They asked me repeatedly if I had breakfast. I took no extra bed but they didn’t believe and asked housekeeping.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great and my room was very cosy, well equiped and quiate. So, it was perfectly balanced for my work and rest during a short business trip. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my colleagues. Great value for money!

_TX***ypThe reception staff was very friendly when we checked in as well as throughout our stay.
There is private parking available for 15€ a night but we opted for the cheaper option right as there are many available parking spots outside of the hotel. We ended up paying a little under 10€ for about 2 days.
The room itself was very spacious and offered a lot of storage space as well as a mini fridge, which we had to plug in on arrival.
The beds were very comfortable and rather soft.
Close to the EU Parliament and about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy city centre or you can take the metro.

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

This hotel is pretty near to the Midi station, just a street away, and the tram and bus bay are behind the hotel which is very conveniently located. The hotel room is not too big, even the bathroom is small. The heater may not be as warm as expected but it could make do with it during winter. The hotel front counter staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.
