I had a great stay at Thon Hotel EU ⭐️ The hotel is modern, very clean, and located in a convenient area of Brussels. The room was comfortable and well equipped with coffee, water, slippers, and iron facilities, which made the stay even more convenient. I also loved the small complimentary touches like free apples and Lotus biscuits in the lobby, such a nice detail! The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Brussels 💯

First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return.

We had good stay, room was good size and it was clean. Room had a nice rooftop balcony. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade your TV’s to smart TV. Breakfast buffet was nice had plenty of options even halal food which was great. Hotel parking was couples of minutes walk away but there are pay and display parking just outside the hotel. I am disabled so I have parked there free of charge. You can register your car for free disabled parking anywhere in Antwerp central you can search on google and send picture of your blue badge with your application. I recommend to register before you visit because it takes 24 hours to process.

Super worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival.

The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

One of the best hotel located just arm distance from the European Parliament in a very nice location. Right in front of the hotel there is a nice piazza or square with many different restaurants and bars. The hotel was nice and super clean, with all the amenities present and buffet options was amazing with quite a variety if food options. Rooftop bar gives you a chance to sit there and enjoy the evening drink looking at the city view. The place I will be looking forward to comeback again

Ottima posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio è scarso, non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, né abbiamo visto qualcuno in reception durante il nostro soggiorno ed altrettanto al check-out. Rapporto prezzo-qualità basso considerando che non avevamo il servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero. In generale, però, la camera era pulita e in ordine.

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage. The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste. That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.

The rooms do not have air conditioners. Extremely hot even when you open the windows. You wake up in a sweat! Internet is horrible. We had a luxury suite and paid more for this particular room, but it was so hot. Our stay was miserable. We sent our family to another hotel because of the conditions. Big mistake coming here
