"The hotel location is unbeatable, whether you are travelling with family or even as a solo traveller.
Stayed here for 5 nights as base to travel in Begium.
Although there were reviews about homeless people sleeping and hanging around just outside the hotel entrance, the frequent police and security outside make it so much safer.
There is a carefour express just a few metres about and it opens from 0700-2300 so you get what you need very easily.
The staff are friendly and approachable. Because it’s an Aparthotel there is no daily housekeeping services but not an issue for us because we are out most of the time. There is also a water dispenser at the hotel lobby that you can replenish your drinking watersm, just need to bring your own bottle as the hotel do not provide any disposable bottles.
Overall, it’s a very convenient and rather safe place to stay."

Pengguna TetamuThis beautiful boutique hotel gets five stars from us all round. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Our room was quiet, which allowed us to recharge after our long-haul flight. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

I had a great stay at Thon Hotel EU ⭐️
The hotel is modern, very clean, and located in a convenient area of Brussels. The room was comfortable and well equipped with coffee, water, slippers, and iron facilities, which made the stay even more convenient.
I also loved the small complimentary touches like free apples and Lotus biscuits in the lobby, such a nice detail!
The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Brussels 💯

It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.
The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it.
Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

Super worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival.

traveller2963The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

One of the best hotel located just arm distance from the European Parliament in a very nice location. Right in front of the hotel there is a nice piazza or square with many different restaurants and bars.
The hotel was nice and super clean, with all the amenities present and buffet options was amazing with quite a variety if food options.
Rooftop bar gives you a chance to sit there and enjoy the evening drink looking at the city view.
The place I will be looking forward to comeback again

A bit outdated hotel, but very spacy rooms and cleanliness every day. Polite stuff.
Positioned in a very good neighborhood (European district) with metro line 100 m. away and
bus station connecting airport very close.
Overall a good experience!

Ottima posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio è scarso, non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, né abbiamo visto qualcuno in reception durante il nostro soggiorno ed altrettanto al check-out.
Rapporto prezzo-qualità basso considerando che non avevamo il servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero.
In generale, però, la camera era pulita e in ordine.

Lulubell2006Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage.
The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste.
That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown.
Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.
