Hotel dengan balcony di Venice

My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

The hotel looks amazing, rooms are great , especially the bathrooms, nice breakfast (just no fresh eggs being made as part of the breakfast inclusive option which was a serious DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! The check-in and general interaction with the desk is sometimes very strange - as if the person on the opposite end either has a really really bad attitude while having a smile plastered at all times. The whole process is very strange where it feels like they are filing a loan application rather than processing a pre-booked and paid checkin which should be a fast process. I've been to this hotel multiple times and had the same experience hence the comment. The concierge however , whenever we spoke, was a great help for advice on places to go, eat etc. It appears that like all other (lower priced) hotels, the staff here seems to have relationships with specific restaurants and venues of other kinds and getting unbiased advice was a challenge. We had to ultimately rely on google reviews which can be a hit and miss. HOWEVER, overall, for the price paid, it was definitely a very very nice place to stay and the location (venice high street of sorts) was truly phenomenal!

An Unforgettable Venetian Experience at Baglioni Hotel Luna We had a wonderful 2 days and 1 night stay at Baglioni Hotel Luna, and it was truly a highlight of our time in Venice. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its elegant Venetian charm, rich history, and impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our short but memorable stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, combining classic Venetian style with modern comfort. It was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice while still enjoying a sense of calm and refinement inside the hotel. Despite the brief stay, Baglioni Hotel Luna delivered a truly luxurious and authentic Venetian experience. Timeless elegance, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location make this hotel highly recommended. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

The location is perfect.  Using Alilaguna you are taken directly to the hotel.   The staff is friendly and helpful. My only quibble is that the very deep soaking tub/ shower is a challenge for an older person.

Staff was courteous and very friendly - especially the woman at breakfast. Room was clean and very large with a nice bathroom. Only negative was the lack of a free shuttle to and from the airport Would definitely recommend to other travelers

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Having traveled to many hotels around the world, the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice truly stands out as the finest. We visited for our honeymoon, and the warm hospitality we received from the front desk and the restaurant staff was incredible—they made us feel so celebrated. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety and everything was delicious. The facilities were spotlessly clean, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and professional. Additionally, the accessibility to the city center was excellent, making our stay very convenient. Thank you so much for providing us with such wonderful, lifelong memories. Thank you!

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

🌟 Peaceful & Convenient Stay in Venice – Highly Recommended! 🌟 We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Locanda Herion in Venice. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful area, yet still very central—making it the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. It’s just a short walk from the bus and train terminals, as well as the ferry stops, which made getting around Venice incredibly easy. Even St. Mark’s Square is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is secure with access control codes, which gave us peace of mind. Although there is no physical reception desk, the staff were easily reachable by phone and were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet yet central place to stay in Venice. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for one night. The location was convenient and very close to the bus stops, which made it easy to get around. However, there were a few issues during our stay: 1. The room had a strong cigarette smell, similar to an ashtray. 2. The bed was quite springy and not very comfortable. 3. When we asked for some hot water for coffee, we were advised there would be a charge of €1 per small cup, which we found disappointing. Overall, while the location was good, the comfort and room condition did not meet our expectations.
