Hotel berhampiran Aman Narumit Mosque, Bangkok

Perfect place to stay when visiting the city of Bangkok. Lovely staff, great cafe, clean and tidy. We booked the double room with a private bathroom. Definitely recommend🙂

ห้องสะอาดมากแต่ไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปห้องพักมาเลย (มีอยู่ 1 รูปถ้วน ) มีเตียงนอนอยู่ชั้นบนเป็นเตียงยกสูงข้างล่างมีตู้เย็นห้องน้ำก็ให้ 7/10 แล้วกันแต่ถือว่าดีมากบริการดีความปลอดภัยสแกนคีย์การ์ดก่อนเข้าห้องและห้องสามารถสแกนคีย์การ์ดก่อนเข้าทั้งตึกภายในและภายนอกความปลอดภัยสูงมากพนักงานก็บริการดีมีที่จอดรถเหมาะสำหรับการจองไปดูสะพาน พระราม 9 เปิดใหม่ก็เหมาะสำหรับคนไปเที่ยวคนเดียวเพราะสถานที่พักปลอดภัยไม่อยู่ห่างจากสะพาน พระราม 9 ที่เปิดใหม่สักเท่าไหร่สนุกมากใครที่กำลังมองหาสถานที่ที่พักแนะนำที่นี่เลย 44 Room สะอาดปลอดภัยสะดวกสำหรับคนที่มีรถส่วนตัวส่วนคนไม่มีรถส่วนตัวก็สามารถใช้บริการรถสาธารณะอยู่ข้างหน้าซอยสาธุประดิษฐ์ 44 สะดวกมากๆ 

C'est une charmante petite résidence hôtelière, en fait des appartements en copropriété, qui louent environ 35 $ la nuit. Ils sont bien conçus, propres, modernes avec une cuisine complète et nous avions deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Il y a une salle d'exercice avec des poids, un vélo couché, 2 tapis roulants, un vélo elliptique et une petite piscine à peine assez grande pour quelques tours. Les lits étaient confortables, les chambres étaient hermétiques pour une obscurité totale et c'était un endroit très calme. It was cheap so we didn't expect it, the room was ok for the price. We were given a room in a cheaper category without them informing us. When I discovered it and we spoke to the reception, we were told they had overbooked and we could get our money back. What it was about was that they hadn't said it in the first place, hence the one star. After a bit of talking back and forth, we got a room in the category we had booked, if they had been honest from the start it would have certainly triggered a few more stars.

I stayed in the Montien Riverside for four nights in February 2023, over the Valentine’s day period, staying in a Deluxe Corner Riverside room. Even though the Montien is an older hotel it still retains that “wow” factor, as it has been well maintained. The staff here are amongst the best of any hotel in Bangkok, very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My room was up on one of the higher floors with huge windows on each corner overlooking the Chao Phraya river, magnificent views, especially at night. Whilst there were signs of aging, particularly in the bathroom, the room generally had been maintained to a high level. The room was spacious, airy and had a touch of opulence. The bed was super comfortable and the rain shower had good pressure with very hot water. A nice touch was the free mini bar (soft drinks and snacks only). The grounds at the back of the Montien are quite beautiful, large lawned area next to the river and plenty of seating available to enjoy a cool drink or a meal. There is a van serving food in the evening and quite often piped or live music. A great place to chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The hotel provides a shuttle service (one way) that runs parallel to the river and stops at all the key tourist spots such as Iconsiam. I had a wonderful stay at the Montien and would be happy to return. I would however like to mention a few areas that need improvement. The WIFI first. In my near twenty years coming to Thailand and staying in numerous types of accommodation from guesthouses to high end resorts the Montein has the worst WIFI I have ever encountered. So many times I had to switch to mobile network because of the poor or inconsistent signal. This obviously cost me money. For those whose livelihood are dependant on a reliable WIFI network then this place would not be for you. My second biggest gripe is that there are no power points by the bed, unbelievable and quite frustrating. I would have loved to have given the Montien five stars but because of the poor WIFI and lack of powerpoints I have deducted a point. Lastly, as a suggestion to management, why do you mot engage the service of a shuttle boat? You have a little dock in the river at the rear of the hotel and it would be a wonderful benefit to your paying guests. Apart form the negatives I mentioned above I can highly recommend the Montein Riverside for a relaxing stay with a touch of luxury.

Thank you for a great stay. Safe, secure location with easy access to transport routes, shops, nearby restaurants and 7-11 convenience stores. I really appreciate the high ceiling lofts, substantial natural sunlight, large balcony, and lots of closet and storage space. Very easy and comfortable stay.

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

Great views from the hotel and close to a few bars and 7elevens, I’d recommend if you want to avoid hectic town centre

Kemudahannya sangat lama, jadi bersiaplah. Terdapat seekor burung di luar tingkap yang telah lama mati, hanya tinggal bulunya sahaja. Pengangkutan adalah mudah, dan anda boleh menaiki BTS terus di depan pintu. Sarapan pagi hampir tidak sedap dan kopi tidak dikisar baru. Saya ingin mendapatkan beg untuk meletakkan pakaian kotor, tetapi papan tanda mengatakan bahawa untuk perlindungan alam sekitar, mereka tidak menggunakan beg dobi plastik, tetapi menggunakan beg kain boleh guna semula. Jika anda perlu mengambilnya, sila bayar XX yuan. Saya terfikir sendiri bahawa saya mempunyai rasa perlindungan alam sekitar yang kuat, tetapi mengapa terdapat dua beg plastik di dalam tong sampah? Saya hampir meminta mereka mendapatkan beg sampah untuk digunakan.

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.
