Overall, the hotel was good and conveniently located. Not far from the BTS station and the King Power Mahanakhon. However, the room feels quite dated and many of the in-room facilities appear old and worn out. The shower gel dispenser was not working properly and making it impossible to dispense the gel. In addition, the amenities box in the room did not look clean and should be replaced immediately. I chose this hotel because I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the previous hotel I stayed at. So, I was expecting a much better standard of cleanliness here.

Overall, the stay was excellent, with the housekeeping staff and concierge staff performing particularly well: the housekeeping work was meticulous and thorough, leaving guest rooms and public areas spotless; the greeters were warm and courteous, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage, providing attentive and thoughtful service, demonstrating high professionalism and deserving recognition and commendation. However, the bar service was somewhat lacking, exhibiting insufficient initiative, slow response times, and incomplete service procedures. The accompanying services did not match the hotel's overall standards, requiring further training to enhance service awareness and professionalism. Overall, the staff service was outstanding, with only the bar area needing improvement.
