L’hôtel est très récent et j’ai séjourné dans une suite très spacieuse, confortable et agréable. Tout était parfait et j’ai été très bien accueilli, de mon arrivée jusqu’à mon départ. J’ai simplement rencontré un petit problème avec le lavabo de la salle de bains (il est tout à fait normal que de petits problèmes de maintenance survennent dans un hôtel récemment ouvert), mais le plus important est la manière dont ils sont pris en charge. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été irréprochable dans la résolution de ce petit incident. En plus de tout cela, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

入住體驗不錯，酒店地理位置也很好，對面就是河北大學，離高鐵站很近，酒店有保定東站接送服務，很方便，感謝高經理安排人接我，商務車接送，服務周到，酒店設施不錯環境也很好，早餐也不錯品種很多，服務很好，下次來保定出差還住卓正。

Visiting some old friends and was very pleased to have a nice room to come back to at the end of the night. Needed to add a night and there was absolutely no fuss about it. Mary and Ada were especially friendly and happy to make conversation which was appreciated!

必須給這家酒店滿分五星好評，整體入住體驗遠超預期，尤其行政禮遇真的驚喜滿滿！ 前台服務專業細緻，辦理入住高效順暢，工作人員態度温和有禮，有需求響應十分及時，服務恰到好處，不會過度打擾，又能給到貼心的關照。我們體驗了行政禮遇，行政酒廊環境雅緻安靜，餐食品類豐富，出品品質在線，下午茶、晚間簡餐味道都很不錯，酒水小食補給及時，工作人員服務周到，在這裏小憩放鬆十分愜意，行政禮遇大大提升了入住的幸福感。客房打理得非常乾淨，一進房間沒有任何異味，衞生死角處理得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，夜裡睡得格外踏實。房間各類設施保養完善，佈局合理，細節感拉滿。酒店公共區域整潔大氣，環境清幽，不會喧鬧嘈雜。周邊出行覓食都很方便。 整趟入住全程舒心省心，幾乎挑不出短板。不管是商務出行還是休閑度假都非常合適，已經加入我的寶藏酒店清單，下次到本地一定優先復購，真心十分推薦大家！

首先，客棧位置好，周邊吃飯停車、超市購物都很方便。其次，小院環境特別好，涼亭、鞦韆、流水、花草樹木收拾得賞心悦目。小院裏一片70年花齡的牡丹，小牡丹讓小院沉澱了深深的底藴。老闆兩口子人都特別好，讓我們住着像在家裡一樣自如方便。我們在茶室打牌，幫我們洗好了茶，準備好了沏茶的水，因着白天暴雨，老闆貼心地給我們熬了薑糖水。五一期間，易水湖限流，網上關閉了購票通道。老闆很熱情，幫我們聯繫了，找到渠道買到了票。總之一切都非常滿意，強烈推薦

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

房間乾淨整潔，有三層樓呢。窗外就能看到遠山。入住的第二天正好趕上細雨濛濛，山裡邊的雲朵飄飄。彷彿仙境一般美的不可方物。老闆人也非常好，入住之後還幫我們訂了景點低價票。這個每次我就在百里峽景點的邊上。可以徒步過去。很近的。總之吃住都很方便。非常愉快的一次旅行。

The bed was so comfortable that I rested so well. Breakfast was good. The location was good for the trip to buy things.

雄安蘆芽庭酒店（雄安新區容城奧威路店）設施齊全，機器人送餐超可愛！衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到超貼心！前台還準備了水果，茶水和礦泉水！酒店地理位置就在縣政府對面，東面就是惠友購物廣場，吃飯購物超方便！酒店前門後院都可以停車，對於我們自駕真是太方便了！特別是酒店的早餐太豐富了，熱菜涼菜雞蛋腸粥奶等等都有，非常好吃😄下次來雄安我還要住這裏！
